Really interesting tour seeing how your order is fulfilled. How much technology and human interaction is need to turn your item around for prime deliveries. The tours are free, you just need to book online. 2 tour guides safely take you around (with hi-vis for safety!) With headphones to ensure you can always hear your guide even if you are at the back of the group! Very efficient workplace...the themed break out areas for the staff is a nice touch. Shame we didn't get to see the Star wars one 😂 You even get a free gift at the end. They do free tours for school kids etc. Well worth it and eye opening to the Amazon shopping process.

Great tour from Debbie and Donna. Tour is around an hour long and takes you through the different stages. Intake of new items, putting them away, picking orders and dispatch. Very interesting to see the mix of human and technology. Water and toilets are available. The place can get warm (even in winter) so no need to wrap up warm as you might expect. You can leave personal items in the locked room at the start.
