Booking process very straightforward and Brian answered all my questions very efficiently. Delivery was early, but worked well. Very clean, tidy and comfortable vehicle. Collection by them was delayed, but was OK. We would recommend them and would be happy to use them again in the future.

This is the second time we've hired from Low Cost Minibus Hire. I like the fact that they are not a large corporate and are flexible around all requirements. They do drop off and pick up sometimes on days outside of the hire period, but that was not a problem for us. The van was clean and in good order, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Would definitely hire again.

We had an excellent experience with Low Cost Minibus Hire when we rented a 9 seater minibus for a 5 week period. Brian and his team could not have been better or more responsive. Emails were dealt with very promptly and they were extremely accommodating when we had to change the booking at the last minute. The driver arrived exactly on time at Heathrow Terminal 5 for both drop off and collection, the van was in excellent condition and we couldn't recommend this service highly enough. They will be our first port of call when we need another hire.

We hired a 12 seat bus for a weekend trip to Scotland August 21. Their quote was much better than any other of the big hire companies. They dropped off right to my door bang on time. The bus was clean and tidy, only a couple of years old and great to drive with air con and decent fuel economy (average 30mpg from a big bus). We had a great weekend away and these guys came to collect the bus right on time on our return. No hassle at all. Would definitely hire from this company again in future.

Minibus was delivered on time, and the minibus itself was in great condition and was quite modern. I’m giving a 4 star rating rather than 5 as the minibus we had, had an issue with a side step that needs to be tucked away otherwise the minibus won’t start. It should do this automatically when the side door is shut but at one point it took us 20 minutes to get it to slide away for us to start again. Also, the minibus was picked up a day later than agreed, which was not an issue for me but if you have trouble with on street parking then this could have caused problems. But overall the communication from the company was great and relatively quick
