C. M.I have stayed twice in a lovely flat in Simpson Loan, Edinburgh in 2017 and 2018. This flat is excellent and very convenient to the centre of Edinburgh. I have found the people at Edinburgh Festival Rental to very helpful and competent in all my dealings with them. I will certainly use them again for my next visit to Edinburgh!
V. K.I originally planned to stay there for 2 weeks and ended up staying almost a month. Vanessa was amazing, organising everything for me promptly and efficiently. The flat was great; fully equipped, clean, tidy and cosy. Next day I checked out, Vanessa informed me that the check out inspection was complete and I received a full return of my deposit on the same day. Best experience I had with a letting agency. Will definitely recommend and use again!!!
B. A.My wife and I returned recently from a very enjoyable, memorable visit to Edinburgh. This was in no small part because of the beautiful Georgian flat that became our home during our lengthy stay as well as the support we received from Edinburgh Festival Rentals, when needed. We received a warm personal welcome, and found that the team was quick to respond in a helpful way when we had questions or requests. We found the photos and description of this flat to be faithful to the place itself: spacious, tastefully decorated, centrally located. It was truly comfortable and a real pleasure to be in. Thank you! We will certainly be in touch the next time we plan to be in Edinburgh.
P. S.This is the second year I have used Edinburgh Festival Rentals for help with a property I rent out for the month of August. Louise, the Director, has been great to work with and her team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always handle my requests in a timely manner and very kind when speaking on the phone. Highly recommend this company if you have a property available for short term rentals, not just during the festival but all year round as well.
J. I.I stayed in Buckingham Terrace for three months over the summer and was impressed. The flat was very light and was immaculately cleaned during my time. If I could improve one thing it would be to have more and better quality kitchen utensils.

M. G.I rented a property from Rettie for a couple of months in the first half of 2017; the flat itself was really well appointed and kitted out. There definitely wasn't anything else I absolutely _had_ to buy for day-to-day living. The staff at Rettie were really friendly and helpful in all circumstances; there was an unfortunate ongoing issue with the boiler (not the fault of Rettie), but all correspondence on this was replied to very promptly, and they took all reasonable steps to try and resolve the problem. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Edinburgh for more than a couple of weeks :).
y. w.Staff from the EFR are all friendly, hard-working and their work is quite high efficient. You can get swifit response overall speaking. Got an accommadation located in the perfect location. Recommend for people who need temporary/short-term rent! The downside is that I need to go to the office to pick up the key in person, which is a bit inconvienient for people in a rush.
