What a happy place to visit. You are always made to feel welcome and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I’ve found that no question is too silly to ask. Whether simply investigating a possible holiday destination, adding extras to a booking or even buying foreign currency I’ve found the staff can’t do enough to help. As I said above, all staff are professional and eager to help but I would like to highlight Liz, Janet, Lisa and Louise. We’ve booked three holidays this year and look forward to visiting the store next year for our next one. Thank you for everything.

We booked a recent trip to Turkey through this shop, and the service and knowledge from the staff (Special mention to Liz) was exceptional. They gave us lots of information about specific areas, as well as recommending hotels based on what we as a family were looking for. The whole process was excellent and we had a fantastic holiday in a stunning hotel / area. Will definitely be using the shop again

I have been helped to book holidays by Lisa in TUI at Fort Kinnaird on several occasions. Cannot recommend Lisa or the shop enough, an entirely bespoke personalised service with no limit as to how much help and advice or time they’re willing to give you. Absolutely outstanding!

Just had a consultation with Louise at Kinnaird park store . This member off staff exceptional in every way . Had my cruise changed over with no bother polite , helpful and very co-ordinated . Went in with my partner to purchase some currency. Both Liz and Lisa were polite and friendly and took the time to ask us where we were going on holiday. They then introduced us to an agent called Gianee who had been to Dubai many times, she was very upbeat and informative !! We normally book our holidays online but We will definitely book future holidays in this branch based on the service received, very personalised and evident these ladies are passionate about what they do ! Will recommend to family and friends .

Karen was very helpful and managed to get us a holiday for summer 2024. She arranged everything for us including seating us all together on the flight.
