Great service from Travel Guru. Gillian came up with some great recommendations for an October get away. As well as making the process easy she went the extra mile regards informing airlines and the hotel re my son's nut allergy. All in all we had a great holiday. We would definitely recommend travel guru to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them for our next holiday. 😁

Fantastic Customer Service. 40th Anniversary Cruise marred by delayed flights, missed connection and lost luggage. The Travel Guru team worked tirelessly to get us to the cruise ship, chased lost luggage and successfully took the matter up with airline and cruise line. This time round I got Vicky who was excellent in finding me a deal to go away with my wife and she did just that. Used Travel Guru for the first time last year to book a trans Atlantic cruise, couldn’t have asked for better service. Billy organised flights pre cruise hotel and cruise all with no problems ( especially with covid restrictions to deal with ), always kept me well informed. Brilliant, Paul has been excellent. Booked a few times and keep going back as the consideration both Paul and Billy give to each individual is first class.These guys have remained upbeat and positive throughout this pandemic and im sure they have had a difficult time with many cancelled holidays. I recently had trip to Italy planned and was contacted on a regular basis by Paul to keep me up to date. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to pandemic ruling. Refunded within about 10days. Cannot recommend highky enough. X
