Booked with Bilal tours for the first time for umrah and everything went so smoothly from the start till the end Alhamdulillah. Easily contactable and hotels were good as well within a 5 minutes distance from both makkah and madina shareef. Made sure everything was ok. Transfers were very well organised as well! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend it!

Allhumdolliah first time using billal hajj and tours it was a butifull experaince. 6 of us went as a family group and we all were very pleased with service offerd. From start to finish we taken well care off any questions we can always phone or message and they were ready to help and get responce very quick. Hotels were excellent very close by the haram in Makka and madina munowara. Transfers always was on time and coach was big with plenty of space. I highly recommend using billal haaj and tours there is one thing we need is honesty from providers if they can't Do it they will say straight away

Letting their hajjis concentrate on ibadut while small but important things like good food, laundry, tours and so much more are provided. We stayed in a brilliant hotel in Makkah and Madinah, with excellent proximity and all other things were well considered and planned for our ease and for us to maximise our time.
