Exceptional customer service and support from Niraj Shah at Designer Travel Ltd., truly professional travel agent, very helpful and gives his time. In 2018 he was very helpful in our hotel booking for a group of 40+ for best available hotel/price and everything taken care of we had no issues. Latest we booked flights to India for Jan 2020, and a week before our return we got stuck in March due to Covid-19 lockdown and scheduled flight suspensions, etc., and Niraj stayed in contact during our overstay. In July we managed to return to UK via another airline, and Niraj was very helpful in pursuing and managing to get us a partial refund from our original ticket airline - and I know we were not the only one's in this situation that Niraj has supported to the end. I would highly recommend Niraj at Travel Designer for all travel requirements and advice. THANKS Niraj and keep up the "Great Customer Service".
