C. O.Really big bus station with a nice cafe and shop just underneath the sign. Got some items from there and the prices were fair. Didn’t get to take the bus because of my schedule but was able to get a taxi just outside the station. Area was also neat and looked well organized and maintained!👍🏾

M. S.Overall the Bus Station is quite nice, and it is relatively new in construction.
In terms of waiting for a bus, there is the typical layout of bays, starting from A, then B, C, D and etc. With all the bays having there own seating and there is open space to stand in the general area of each bay.
Plus there is plenty of signs and displays, making it quite easy to find the correct bus and wait in the correct area.
A. B.The bus station is always well lit but the buses can be late which is difficult for a student and it can be cold but the cafe is nice same with the staff

M.Other than the fact you have 3 pigeons that have made the bus station there home, bus timetables/online timetables/ the computer screen all saying a IC5 bus comes to the bus station at 2pm when it doesn't and rude teens staring at you the whole duration of them sitting at the bus station, Lincoln Bus Station is just like any normal bus station but with extras like shelter so when it rains your dry, enough seats to accommodate and free WiFi
