Fantastic company. Kept informed at all stages of my booking. Sent details of the driver and car prior to my trip. Our driver Micheal was lovely. On time, friendly and extremely professional. The car was immaculate, hand sanitizer provided and fresh bottled water. Very comfortable journey. I would highly recommend.

I have been using NJR Travel Solutions for several years now, from airport transfers , nights out and weekend breaks taking us to the hotel and then picking us up. Always professional , on time and has never let us down. All the drivers have been brilliant with us. There are usually 6 of us girls, so they have a lot to put up with. I would highly recommend this company for any travel arrangements.

We use NJR Travel to start off all our holidays. Brilliant service to/from the various airports, always arrives early so there's no panic, the Mercedes is always in top condition. Confirms bookings and flight details, so can track your arrival home too. Highly recommend (used for other events too).

We have used NJR travel for many years and they have offered ourselves, & family a first-class professional service. The vehicles are always valeted to a high standard. Jay is not only a courteous individual that is always well-groomed, reliable and punctual. However, it is his personality and his attention to the smallest detail i.e. remembering family names asking about pets even offering a bottle of water after a long journey. I remember on one return trip he even went out of his way to buy some milk & bread as we were arriving into Manchester late, how thoughtful! Jay has taken my elderly mother and her Partner to the airport numerous times and also picks them up when they are visiting each other either to Liverpool or Manchester.
