I used this company for my umrah travel for me and my mum. What can I say, amazing service and the people at Al-Ansar was really patient with all the questions I had and any worries. They sorted out everything from before I left to the point of me coming back to London. They have a dedicated ground team in both Madina and Makkah, which sorts out whatever you need whether it’s advice, transportation to your own personal landmarks you want to visit (Ziyarah). Even to arranging someone to do the Umrah with me so I felt comfortable and knew what I was doing at every time. I highly recommend anyone looking to book Hajj or Umrah with Al-Ansar, as Umrah is an experience you want made easy, and these guys have got that sorted! Will definitely be booking with Al-Ansar again in sha allah!

Brother Kauser went out his way throughout my journey. Was with my mum only and was worried due to the language issue on the female side, but Kauser sorted everything out, step by step, checking in every day, The unconditional love and help that was received from Kauser was way more then expected!!. Kauser provided support from the day we landed at Jeddah throughout the journey, Sister Fatima helped my mum in Madina, she could speak multiple languages fluently making it easy for my mum. A very humble sister, may Allah reward her- أمين. I could go on for days, explaining the help Brother Kauser provided, every single required document stapled together to hand over, no issues no where. The hotels was 30 seconds away from Al,Haram, both Makkah & Madina. Rooms ready for us, everything organised, nothing was needed at all during my Journey. I would definitely recommend Al Ansar travels for your hajj or ummrah bookings or even if you just simply require ground support in Makkah and Madinah i.e pick up from the airport, ziyarah, pcr test booking. It can be daunting travelling for umrah in these times of covid as there's lots of extra paperwork and restrictions. But Al Ansar travels have teams in the Uk, Makkah and Madinah to help and guide you all the way through your stay and on hand at all times with Excellent customer service and reliability.

Salaam. Brother Kauser is a legend. He is an amazing Hajj and Umrah tour operator. I have been on Hajj and Umrah with him and both times I was amazed by his care for the pilgrims. He is constantly on the front foot. Even with situations that are beyond his control he makes a huge effort for the pilgrims. The things under his control just moves like clockwork because of how much effort he puts in every minute of the day from regular updates/pre updates/ live updates and more. I may know his brother and nephew, but that’s not enough of a reason to praise a hard working brother like him. His organisation is well set up. He has UK and Saudi staff who support his operation. With regards to scholars, he is probably one himself, but he does provide an additional scholar throughout your journey. His knowledge of Saudi is excellent and has great relationships with organisations in Saudi which benefit the pilgrims especially with regards to hotels and transportation. Alhamdulillah where do I start. Allah blessed me by not only inviting me to His house but to do so with such a beautifully organised and led group. During strange times with so many new rules and regs, Br Kauser made the whole experience a super smooth one. From beginning to end, the entire journey was planned and executed superbly. We were kept well informed from the get go via what’s app broadcasts. He led the group from the front and was always available for assistance along with his ground staff Ahmed, Fatima and of course the group’s spiritual leader Moulana Zeeshan! Ziyarah’s were amazing and very detailed. The choice of hotels were second to none. Beautiful hotels located directly outside the Haram in both Makkah and Madinah. I came across Al Ansar Travels while searching for a Hajj/Umrah tour group who has knowledge of the current situation unfolding in the Kingdom due to COVID 19. I had initially contacted brother Kausar for a bespoke package as I had travelled for Umrah many times before but he offered me a group package which worked out perfectly for me and my parents. Throughout the preparation before departure to the Kingdom, brother Kausar remained 100% transparent and regularly updated the group with new regulations/any changes happening on the ground. This increased our confidence in what to expect upon arrival. Every question was answered swiftly and support was continuously provided throughout. Upon arrival, the service provided from the entire Al Ansar team was outstanding! Every need was meet even if it was late at night. I ended up doing my Umrah tour with Al-Ansar by default (there was a collaboration between my travel agency and Al-Ansar). To say I was impressed would be an understatement - straight off the bat, it was clear that this is an extremely well organised setup! **Communication** Using a mix of channels, the communication from the outset, throughout the tour and even after was consistent and thorough. Definitely one of their USPs, as I think other firms would struggle to match this aspect. **People** Every business is a product of it's people and Al-Ansar would be a prime example of that - Kauser and Imani were not only highly organised and professional, but their conduct made you feel like it was a family outing. Even when they needed to pivot (due to people not listening to prior instructions), they adjusted without any complaint or ill feeling. The grounds staff were equally commendable - great command of English, super helpful and extremely hospitable. A great team setup! **Tour Guide** This was the real hidden gem in what was a memorable trip for all the right reasons! Hafizur Rahman was not only a man of impeccable character and knowledge, but his detailed explanations and retelling of stories (during ziyarah) in a manner that he would bring it to life would literally draw a crowd outside of our group. Our coach travels (ziyarah and travel to Makkah from Madinah) was a highlight - it was packed with nasheeds and quizzes - the 6hr journey just flew by. ** In Conclusion** There is room for them to improve, but I do feel that not only would the team welcome feedback positively, but actively seek out continuous improvement; so I wouldn't be surprised to see an upgraded version of Al-Ansar next time round. In summary, I would highly recommend this tour operator for their services and genuinely wish them every success. As for me... I'm certain this was the first of many trips to come with them.

The Al Ansar team always go the extra mile for their group. Emails and queries are always responded to within 30 minutes. They are always friendly, approachable, accommodating and ensure every individual has all their needs met from laundry service to Bangladeshi food. Kauser keeps the group updated regularly via WhatsApp throughout the trip and sends reminders. They provide tips, goodybags and seminars for every trip. Imani and Kauser are organised and professional. They remind us to say Du’as while we’re travelling and they always choose hotels which are located close to the masjid. Al Ansar travels are the best agency to book your hajj or umrah with. I went for the first time with my family and my family from Bangladesh as well as my friends family and we had the best time due to the efficiency, organisation and helpfulness of the guides. My grandmother who uses a wheelchair was looked after by the two guides Fatimah and Ahmed. They helped her get everywhere, did her tawaf and saee with her whilst we did our own with the help of Fatimah who read the duas with us around the kaaba and between safa and marwa so we knew what to say. Alhamdullilah we couldn’t have asked for better people to look after us, they treated us like family and it felt like one with our group too. The tours were fantastic and informative and the tour guides know everything so if you have questions about anything they are happy to help. They are both especially good with children in helping them understand what umrah is about and about the sites etc. Thank you Al-Ansar for making this the best Umrah for us. Insha’Allah we see you again soon. I would highly recommend them for anyone and you can ensure you’ll get the best treatment, the best views from the hotel (ours was directly infront of the haram in both makkah and madinah).

Kausar and the al-ansar team have been amazing facilitators for this trip. They prepared us adequately as a group, and assured us throughout the trip there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was brilliant and recently refurbished. The tour guide and the programme set out was spot on. We had the opportunity to visit many historical landmarks as well as visit a refugee medical centre which al Ansar help build. The programme also planned in shop visits that supports Palestinian workers and we always had good advice given regarding where to eat and shop from. Kausar and his team made me feel the group was like a family. Kausar would always eat and sleep last after he was satisfied the group was okay first. His wife would do the same for the women in our group. The your guide loved being challenged and answering questions from the group. There was a wheelchair and a resident nurse from the team incase of any emergencies. The coach driver was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the trip and the al-ansar team organised all the travel arrangements for us. The programme was not your usual tour around the historical sites. It had strong emphasis on understanding the situation of the Palestinians and how best we can support them. Just wanted to write a short review to show my appreciation and gratitude to Al Ansar Tours, whom I travelled with to Palestine on a Five-day tour package in February 2020. Overall, I can honestly say that the tour was very well organised and went over and above any expectation that I had. From the beginning there was great emphasis on the well-being, safety and security of the whole group. Brother Kawsar and his wife were always the first up and last in, ensuring that everyone was accounted for and that no one was left behind. The team were always there to deal queries and questions, and i always witnessed them putting the travellers first, meaning that the whole group could move around stress free and take in the spiritual experience of visiting Palestine. Details of forthcoming activities were clearly communicated ahead of time, and they went over and above to ensure that any special requests from travellers were accommodated as much as possible. All this great service was provided despite the fact that brother Kawsar was on crutches. I pray that he has a speedy recovery and gets back to full health insha allah. The guided tours that were arranged were exceptional in giving insight into the great history of this country. The Al Aqsa tour a 5 day package was well organised where I got to see as much of the important religious sites and landmarks within this period . From the beginning to the end of the trip the team ensured everyone enjoyed the trip taking account safety and wellbeing at the same time . The communication was impeccable during every aspect from what will be expected during the journey ..how to be safe.....plan for each day etc . Once in Makkah the knowledge our guide Hasan had was amazing. He was an absolute gentleman and was very polite and helpful.
