M. L.I am part of the hajj 2018 group and alhamdulillah everything has been smooth sailing. The hotel is better than expected and the travel distance to the haram is fairly quick, in addition the chef has been preparing freshly cooked meals to ensure everyone is catered for. Furthermore the group leaders are very hunerous, easy talking and considerate as they look to solve all issues immediately to ensure all pilgrims are satisfied. Anyone that is ungrateful or complains as well as post negative reviews about this company has something wrong with them kmt.
Z. F.Alhamdulillah I went to perform hajj with the Albahisht group and would definitely go back with the same group again. The meals provided are not the same for lunch and dinner. The meals are freshly made by the Indian chefs that the group leader brings in from India. I can’t understand how anybody after performing their hajj can post such negative lies about the group. May Allah give them understanding.
Although hotels are of 3 star registered rating and of very liveable standard, for those looking for a good hajj experience, with the cheapest and of nearest proximity to the haram shareefs. Allowing the elderly easy access. I believe the service received was beyond 5 star for each one of the pilgrims. The group members will also go out of their way to ensure that each one of the pilgrims, especially the first timers are given individual attention and are able to perform tawaaf/Umra, rituals at even the odd hours of the night. May Allah reward all the group members for all their hard work, the service they provide and may they continue to receive success in this world and the hereafter. Continue with the good work!
A. L.A brother has cited that as we have been to Hajj and this makes us obliged to hold back any negative comments or points towards one and another. Its a valid point but I must add that because I will be helping another brother with my feedback then I feel obliged to share my experience.
This feedback is not based on how transformed or how the journey of Hajj has changed me but I know that I have to be honest so that others can be informed.
Mazhar Bhai and the crew were very caring throughout the trip. There were honest and upfront with everything.
Yes, I must admit the hotel in Mecca could have been better, but I felt that it was very close to Haram and therefore, from my perception I only needed to sleep and shower and spend my time in the Haram therefore, this point to me was not an issue or concern as felt the more time spent in the Haram the better my ibadaa was as I paid to be there in front of the Kaaba rather than in a hotel.
Furthermore, the food was always different and homely too. There was several choices too in comparison to other groups that were in the same hotel.
The laundry service was impeccable, always on time.
The transport that was in the control of the group was always on time.
The group also was one of the first ones to arrive at Muzdalifah this makes a huge difference in terms of space to sleep as in time there was no space for people to sleep on the floor and some ended up sleeping on the roof of the toilets.
The trip Arafat was also being one of the first ones to arrive at the camp.
Ziyarat was also good and may be it can be improve by getting the right guides, although Mazhar Bhai stepped in himself to do this on some occasions.
Madina, the hotel was much better and very close to the mosque too.
Overall I can not fault the group, volunteers and the organisers,
Alhamdullilah, and may Allah SWT bless us all and give us another opportunity to undertake this blessed journey with people like within this group. Ameen
M. l.Alhamdulillah me and my family were gifted the opportunity to travel with Al Bahisht.
Subhanallah they are EXCEPTIONALLY AMAZING. My health deteriorated very close to Hajj days and the group leader insisted that I get to a hospital to ensure I am healthy for Hajj. They accompanied me to and back safely at the busiest time of salaah (extremely difficult to get a taxi at that time)
We are grateful for freshly cooked meals of a wide variety on a daily basis, 3x a day. A group member specially goes to the market to pick up fresh ingredients. They ensure the entire group is well satisfied with their meal before enjoying a meal themselves after we have all finished. Alhamdulillah there were no issues of food poisoning or stomach issues. Food is easily available outside if you wish for a change.
Hajj days were made easy to accommodate for all (young, elderly and the less able).
We had coaches to every destination, and a complimentary coach to do Tawaaf Ziyaarat. The group leader stayed behind for people with disabilities.
Why complain about what is beyond people’s control? The more we complain the more Allah will give us to complain about
A. G.I went Hajj with this group in 2018, this was the second time I went with this group, my first time was in 2016. Alhamdulilah I have no complaints, the hotel was close to the haram an average 10 mins walk door to door depending on what time you go, if you leave just before or after prayers then the roads are packed with people so it would take longer (good tip during hajj is go to the haram early not last minute so you beat the rush). The hotels were of a good standard. Food was provided everyday - breakfast, lunch and evening. I have quite a sensative stomach but the food never gave me any issues, it was traditional Indian food mainly but had the odd dish here and there like noodles, chips etc. We had buses provided to Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Makkah. One thing that was really impressive was this group managed to get bus no.1 all the time so we were amongst the first people to get to these places. Having bus no.1 to these destinations especially muzdalifah and arafat was priceless because we missed all the rush and were able to settle in well in advance. All the tents had A/C and inside our tents we had our own fridges which was regularly topped up with drinks and chocolates, we also had two coffee/tea machines in our tent which again was quite impressive. Overall I would recommend going with this group, I’ve been with them twice and the service has been consistent on both occasions. I was in the same group as the individual who wrote the negative review above and if I had any complaint about my hajj it would be that the hajj group had to put up with a disruptive individual like him.
A.Alhamdulillah extremely grateful to have been a part of the Al Bahisht Hajj group 2018. They are an outstanding group and make it their first and foremost priority to ensure the comfort, ease and wellbeing of all Hajjis in their group throughout the journey.
Despite having a large group they never fail to disappoint. I have dietary requirements and upon making the group leaders aware they immediately catered using their personal time to make sure I was happy.
I am grateful for the tireless efforts each and every group leader took towards providing an unforgettable Hajj.

S.I attended hajj with the group this year 2018 on my own, the service is amazing the rooms are better then what we have been told they would be, food is amazing thanks to the chef fresh food was prepared everyday.the group leaders all ways asked if everything was ok in the rooms and if they could do any thing to help us on a daily basis.
I would definitely go with this group in the future. Everyone who attended hajj this year.... May our hajj be accepted inshaAllah.

M. A.Allhumdullillah by the grace of Allah me and my family were given the chance to embark on this journey of hajj with Al-Bahisht... I will try break down my review into sections to make it easier for people to understand.
ACCOMMODATION:
In Both Makkah and Madina the hotels were situated a 5 minuets walk from the Haram 7 minuets with the crowd of people around namaz times... Both hotels are exactly what you get sold 3* not the best but not the worst... yes there was a few mis haps with the rooms which were out of the control of the tour operator blame lies fully with hotel management but when raised to the group leaders action was taken immediately and all issues were resolved within 24 hours... Most importantly when compairing to other packages rather than looking at the hotel star rating as a comparison see that this is a non shifting package so you are in the vacinity of the haram at all times.
FOOD:
Allhumdullillah food tasted better than my expectations from previous experiences with other groups... Most importantly no two meals had the same food it was always fresh...breakfast would be cereal,bread ,butter ,honey ,jam , eggs or keema...
Lunch and dinner would be daal and rice alongside lamb curry, chicken curry, veg, fish or pasta...
when compared to other groups who charge more but only provide two meals per day this is a strong selling point... And if your like me then you will end up binging on the never ending choices of restaurants out there and only eating breakfast and lunch in the hotel lol...
5 Days of hajj:
MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE JOURNEY WHAT WE ACTUALLY WENT FOR.
The service provided in these 5 days is second to non can not compalin about a single thing from the transport to the accommodation to the food... Group leaders walk with everyone to jamrat and makkah and back to mina with group leaders at regular intervals as everyone walks at different speeds. One group leader remains at the back wih the slowest person no matter how long the journey takes them...
EXTRAS:
Laundry of 2 peices per person per day was provided also qurbani and zam zam, ihram rucksacks and umbrellas among the complimentary items provided by the tour operator...
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
From arriving at Manchester airport to be met by our group leader, introduced himself and got us all checked in to arriving back in manchester the customer service was excellent... As you always do have mis haps that are beyond the control of the group leaders but the manner in which they were resolved was professional and efficient... at all food times the group leaders would be present greeting people as they come in and ask if everything is okay and ask if any issues need to be reported...
when my wife fell ill in mina i received full support from the group leaders who went above and beyond my expectations and tour operator also sourced transport to get her back to makkah from mina ( which if anyones been will no is like an impossible task with so many road closures around hajj)...

Z. P.The group was very good. It wasn't five star like some other groups but we made do and we were fine Alhamdulillah. It was well organised and we were well looked after. The group people had time for us when we needed them, and they facilitated our hajj and made it very easy. The non shifting was also a bonus for us. The food was basic, one meat, one veg and one chicken dish but Makkah and Madinah have plenty of options for those fancying something different. Jazakallah to the group for making it easy for us to perform the most important journey of our lives.

I had lost or my bag got taken by someone and Mazhar Bhai and group done their best to find it but came back to London without my bag.
Mazhar Bhai Did not give up looking for my bag and found it 2 days later. Jazakallah.
Please everybody keeps us in you duas.
P.s. I didn't go to eat the food I went to fulfil my Hajj

A.I am also with the group, the service is amazing the rooms are better then what we have been told they would be, food is amazing thanks to the chef fresh food for each meal, alhumdulilah i have not come for a honeymoon so not expecting 5*, the prophet was happy with some dry bread and a little butter on it, yet we claim to love the prophet but we complain about fresh food. May Allah guide this misguided ummah .
H. A.Alhumdulillah best decision we made was to go with al bahisht, we went for hajj in 2017 and we were well look aftered, everything that was promoted in our package was delivered. Accomodation was lovely and very close to the masjids. Food was excellent also and the group leaders were very organised throughout the tour
