Would definitely recommend Camptoo to advertise your Motorhome. We have been using them for about 5 months. We do advertise with others but Camptoo knock spots off them 90% of our booking are through Camptoo. They are very professional always on the end of a phone if needed. They really help with the process of advertising.

Camptoo provides a valuable service. Had a great experience with a week’s camper hire. No complaints about the camptoo service as once I was I touch with the campervan owner, everything was between us and took care of itself. Their system works well, the one thing I would improve is the search functionality on the site which maybe could use better filters.

My only reservation- I sent Mail to get clarification on a Camptoo request for driver details. I had supplied these in my initial booking form and would not have been allowed to proceed unless I had complied - there was no response. Later when I rang with a query the rep could not have been more pleasant & helpful - overall a straightforward process and well managed by Camptoo.

Hired camper for five days. Easy and struggle fee process. Had a little accident which was covered by insurance whole claim went quite smoothly. Overall quite good experience and I would recommend the service

This was our first experience of hiring a motorhome. I had assumed we would hire one from a company that owned a fleet of motorhomes but discovered Camptoo, which is basically Airbnb for motorhomes - a platform for owners to hire out their motorhomes to others. There was a wide range of choices of vehicles and the site was very easy to navigate and the whole experience worked seamlessly.

I initially gave a 1 star rating as I was extremely unhappy at the cancellation fees they were charging in relation to a booking cancelled last year as a result of Covid..CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE....Camptoo responded to my unhappy email and have cancelled my booking giving me what I agree to be a fair refund. As I said Covid is no-ones fault so I am happy to accept the lesser cancellation charges as opposed to the 75% loss.as originally stated. I was able to fulfil the second booking that I had with them last year and couldn’t fault them which is why I was so disappointed. Well done Camptoo, you have listened to your customers.
