E. B.We used Dylan to plan our first trip to Aruba amid the pandemic. He made everything go extremely smooth. We were traveling with our one year old out of the country for the first time and he has everything hooked up to make our boys stay special. Crib was in the room and set up when we arrived, booked us a palapa by the pool with a pack n play every day and had people at the hotel check in with us daily to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be using him again to plan more of our trips!

C. L.My husband and I worked with Dylan to plan our COVID honeymoon back up plan at the Ritz Carlton in Naples, FL and I cannot say enough about our experience with him. From the very beginning he was responsive at seemingly all times of the day so that we could plan our trip quickly as it was a bit last minute. He went above and beyond by calling multiple resorts for us getting information on their COVID policies. After discussing many different options, he helped us secure a wonderful deal on a room package at the Ritz. Upon arrival, Dylan checked in with us a few times to make sure all was well but was never at any point over bearing. We had a couple minor mishaps with our check in that were smoothly handled by the hotel, but Dylan still went above and beyond by contacting his connection at the hotel to fully remedy the situation. We will absolutely be recommending him to our friends and using him for our next trip!
