Mr Ahmed did his best. He was very helpful everytime I spoke to him, this is why I have already recommended him to my cousin. Our umrah was performed successfully. Unfortunately Crown Plaza in Madina although the service is excellent and it is a good hotel the ladies entrance was a bit far. Shaza hotel in Makkah is an excellent hotel. I wish Dynamic travel will consider using a different company, for the road transfer as the present company is unhelpful and I will not recommend it to anyone. Nawal Masfari

Our 2nd time using this company for booking our Umrah trip. Excellent service on both occasions helping with our flights, hotels and local transport. Mr Ahmed is most helpful. Will definitely recommend anyone looking to book their trip to give them a call.

We booked Umrah for a party of 5 including my elderly mother during Ramadan May/June 2018 via Dynamic Travels in Tooting. Brother Owais was incredibly helpful and patient during the whole process. He was reassuring and I am eternally grateful that things went according to plan. (Just one negative was the driver Saqib who charged us 40SR for parking when collecting us for the transfer from Makkah to Madinah, which was not discussed in advance). Owais suggested we stayed at Elaf Kinda which was a brilliant suggestion as the food was amazing and the location perfect. Jazakallahi khairan again Owais for all your help. May Allah taalah give you success in this life and the next, Ameen.

We booked a family Umrah package during the February half term. Our booking was handled by Numair who was Extremely helpful. The Hotels were of a very good standard and more importantly were very close to the Haram' in both Macca and Madina. This gave us the opportunity to spend the maximum time in ibbadah. Our transfers were also done on time. The brother (Ajmal) handling the transfers over in Macca/Madina was also very Helpful.

Zeeshan and the rest of the team was amazing in providing my parents umrah trip last month. The hotels were perfectly situated and the transportation was amazing. Overall a pleasant, headache free experience with this company. Would totally recommend 👍👍👍
