Walthamstow is really a dump. There is a constant feeling of insecurity walking from the Tube station to the hotel after sunset. During my stay I saw a mob running like hell on Hoe street because some guy pulled out a gun in one club in the area. Oh, and please ask for a room not facing the street directly. It's very noisy during the night because of the bus station right outside the hotel... and because of the local chavs

Für Londoner Verhältnisse preiswert und dennoch qualitativ gut. Die Zimmer sind alle schick eingerichtet und gepflegt. Tee, Kaffee und Wasserkocher befinden sich in jedem Zimmer. Das Bad ist demgegenüber sehr klein, Aber ausreichend. Einzig die Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage während des Aufenthaltes geputzt.

Si buscas una habitación con todas las comodidades, en un barrio tranquilo, con el metro a la puerta, a 20 minutos del centro y a un precio realmente económico es una magnífica opción. Si buscas los mínimos servicios de un hotel no. No hubo cambio de toallas, no hubo reposicion de papel higiénico (hubo que comprarlo en las tiendas del barrio), no hubo limpieza diaria de la habitación (no se hicieron las camas por parte del personal en los 5 dias que estuve) no hubo recepción 24h, sólo vi al personal del hotel el día que llegué, me entregaron la llave de la puerta de la calle y de la habitación, cuando volvía por la noche ya no había nadie para informar de algún problema o necesidad, eso si, te daban sus móviles para localizarlos. En fin, la habitación perfecta en cuanto a comodidades y precio, de hecho, lo recomendaria para estancias de pocos días. Si buscas servicios no es buena opción.

Ik verbleef in de kamer met twee 2persoonsbedden, de bedden waren schoon en heb er goed in geslapen. Voor de rest was de kamer schoon, waren er genoeg stopcontacten (er lag zelfs een converter in een la) er was een ruime badkamer met douche. Er is een kleine gedeelde keuken buiten de kamer met een electrische kookplaat, magnetron en bestek e.d. De medewerkers waren voor de rest ook vriendelijk en gaven aan dat indien er vragen waren of problemen ze hier mee benders konden worden.

Location très propre, acceuil chaleureux on s y sent comme à la maison.
La salle de bain est exigue mais pour un long week end c est bien.
A 5mn à pied de la gare/metro sinon bus au pied de la porte d entrée.
Pour venir de l aéroport southend il suffit de prendre le train jusqu'à london liverpool street (17 livres un allé) et prendre soit le metro soit le train de banlieu arret whalthastom central. Pour l un et l autre le oyster card fonctionne
