Affordable by London standards, yet still of good quality. The rooms are all stylishly furnished and well-maintained. Tea, coffee, and a kettle are provided in every room. The bathroom, in contrast, is very small, but adequate. The only downside is that the rooms are only cleaned upon request during your stay.

If you are looking for a room with all the comforts, in a quiet neighborhood, with the metro at the door, 20 minutes from the center and at a really affordable price, it is a great option. If you are looking for the minimum services of a hotel, no. There was no change of towels, no replacement of toilet paper (we had to buy it in the neighborhood stores), there was no daily cleaning of the room (the beds were not made by the staff in the 5 days I was there) there was no 24-hour reception, I only saw the hotel staff the day I arrived, they gave me the key to the street door and the room, when I returned at night there was no one to report any problem or need, yes, they gave you their cell phones to locate them. In short, the perfect room in terms of amenities and price, in fact, I would recommend it for stays of a few days. If you are looking for services it is not a good option.

I stayed in the room with two double beds, the beds were clean and I slept well. The rest of the room was clean, there were enough sockets (there was even a converter in a drawer) and there was a spacious bathroom with a shower. There is a small shared kitchen outside the room with an electric hob, microwave and cutlery, etc. The employees were otherwise friendly and indicated that if there were any questions or problems they could be benders.

Very clean rental, warm welcome, it feels like home. The bathroom is cramped but for a long weekend it's good. 5 minutes walk from the station/metro otherwise bus at the foot of the front door. To come from Southend Airport, simply take the train to London Liverpool Street (17 pounds one way) and take either the metro or the suburban train to Whalthastom Central. For both, the oyster card works

I recommend this place. Nice staff, they respond quickly when you ask them for help. The rooms are really nice, and I've already visited a few similar hotels in London. 👍

Hotel located a little away from the city center but very well served by the metro. The rooms for 4 people are spacious and very warm.

It was clean and it was nice that it had a kitchen and dining room. Walthamstow is really a dump. There is a constant feeling of insecurity walking from the Tube station to the hotel after sunset. During my stay I saw a mob running like hell on Hoe street because some guy pulled out a gun in one club in the area. Oh, and please ask for a room not facing the street directly. It's very noisy during the night because of the bus station right outside the hotel... and because of the local chavs

The rooms are clean. The staff are friendly. They have kitchenette where you can make and warm some food. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting London.
