I. D.Firstly, the service offered here is for multiple countries, so there is some kind of direction required inside once you validate your appointment and go to first floor. There should be clear signs of what you need to once you reach there like do you need to wait on the first room, what Visa applicants needs to sit in first room, what will be the calling process for those with tickets (There is no display for calling tickets). The agents themselves are really helpful and overwhelmed I would say. They are helping people to give them direction to where they need to go, process/validate the visa application for relevant countries, and clarify what countries to wait there and who will be next. They are trying the level best to help but no clarity so much confusion. Their process needs to be improved to give clarity to the applicants clearly with signs and instructions rather making people play waiting games.
Secondly, due to them processing Visa applications for multiple countries I have sensed that they are processing very little Visa for some countries. There is no appointment on their website, even if it's there is not bookable. There site was also understand maintenance on a Monday morning. I have talked via phone to them multiple times to book an appointment and no solution. I need to go through an agent at additional cost to book an appointment for next day so I don't understand why they can't provide premium appointment for public at additional charge directly. The relevant country embassies needs to investigate to understand whether this VFS is actually reducing the number of Visa applications to their country due to their insufficient operations. Their booking process needs to improve a lot with the technology growth available. How can a website be down on a Monday morning and why can't they manage the appointment availability correctly on the website?
Lastly, they are offering printing service but it's very expensive and they have limited number of PCs (around 4 working and 3 not working). No copying allowed and only printing. Felt like a very old process and intentions is to get more money. Your a private organization proving service to the people on Visa and you can't help people to have seamless process. This can be easily done if your monitoring the operation and getting feedback and implement improvement.
Overall, felt like there are hear to make money (like every other company) but no intentions to improve and help people to have seamless experience.
Hope someone involved reads and implements feedback mechanism and make it a great experience for the people and relevant embassies as well as both the people and relevant embassies are trusting and spending money with VFS. Again to mention, people who work there are great and they are helpful to the maximum. The feedback is broken and no one is looking to improve the huge gaps as there is no competition.

I already booked flights and accommodations for me and my family, only to find out no other agencies wanted to accommodate us because there were no slots for visa appointment that can cater our flight schedule in less than 2 weeks.
