Alhamdulilah, Hajj Travel London provided a high level of service. The group was very diverse from 8 different nationalities and everyone from the group was very helpful. I found that Hajj Travel logistics of moving the group was very efficient and that they were very helpful and accommodating for any requests. They are the only company I found from 2017/2018 to offer affordable unique packages for us and the only one that offers double rooms throughout the trip (expect Hajj days). Our package was 3 weeks: 2 days in Azziziyah before Hajj Days Main Hajj days - Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina 2 days in Azziziyah 7 days in Makkah (superb hotel at Raffles, no issue with congestion to getting into Haram) 5 days in Madinah (hotel was outside of gate 16 of Haram) Food arranged and provided by Hajj Travel was excellent, plenty of drinks provided while in Azzizyah. The group and scholar were always available to answer any questions. The company operated with honesty and integrity and I would certainly recommend them as your tour operator for Hajj.

This was a second Hajj for me, but first with Hajj Travel. I had an experience to expect challenges from previous visit. This was fantastic, because Total trust in Allah SWT, gave us chilled out brother Ahmed from UK, direct Saudi Airline with prayer facilities, nice Halal food, coach ride with plenty of sleep time, morning Umra with minimum effort truly a blessing given the busy period, brilliant Aziziya accommodation with plenty to eat in community atmosphere. Social lounge with internet, cloth washing facilities, friendly staff and welcoming organisers. Having an Imam who helped us with ritual queries and method was very much valuable. The stay in Mina was much better than previous, but fellow Hujjaj were great company. For the price package I would say its very special 5 star. We were given exceptional service. The day of Arafat was great, we had air conditioning both at Mina and Arafat, food was plenty, cold drinks were plentiful. Hotels at Makkah and Madina were close proximity to Masjid. Very nice and plenty of food. The organisation was very good such that all rituals were performed with relative ease and smoothly,given the huge flux of people. Overall great package, value for money compared to others, if you have a budget then you won’t be disappointed. I would definitely recommend this group and wouldn’t hesitate to go again with them. Remember Hajj is challenging not a holiday but this was exceptional and spiritually rich experience by the Mercy of Allah SWT. Many thanks to Hajj Travel for fantastic experience. May Allah SWT enhance this service even more.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hajj Travel for this amazing experience. We loved every bit of our journey as Hajj Travel made everything so easy and convenient. They are so well organised and guided as throughout with such knowledge. Our accommodation at Aziziya was great, the room was so clean, great food provided and we were amazed with the laundry room. I would reccomend Hajj travels to anyone who is planning on performing Umrah or Hajj. I would definitely book with them in the near future In Sha Allah.

Ma shaa Allah it was a beautiful experience and well organised trip. As expected Hajj does bring its challenges, particularly around queue waiting times and logistics, but Hajj Travel do their best to help you through this. I highly reccomend making the Hajj pilgrimage to all, and do not hesitate to choose Hajj Travel. It will truly be a spiritually enriching experience, and you take back memories to treasure for a lifetime. The group of sheikhs and your fellow pilgrims become like one big family of yours. All matters are taken care of: travelling from one place to another, accomodation, guidance at each step of the pilgrimage etc. All in all, you will not find a better package for the price given. I had my doubts beforehand that surely it's too good to be true, but subhanAllah there was no dissapointment. Double sharing rooms in 5 star hotels are given as promised, and even the Aiziyah is clean, pleasant and within a 20-25mins walk from Mina. Brothers Abdul Kader & Jaffer set this company up to provide a Hajj experience that seeks to put us Hujjaj first. Ma shaa Allah they are true to their word, and may Allah SWT grant them even more barakah.

Alhumdhulillah it was a pleasure traveling with Hajj Travels Our Hajj experience was made easy and most memorable by the knowledge and expertise of Hajj Travel and their guide . Special thanks to brother Nadir and Sheikh Ahmed who was a great help with our mum during Umra and throughout our Hajj journey . The hotels in Makkah ( Raffles) and Madina (Dar al eiman intercontinental) were one of the closest to the Holy Mosques and for the price it was the best and cheapest we found. Ajizia apartment was also situated in a very convenient location and the accommodation was very good, Alhumdhulillah I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Hajj Travel team for all their effort and definitely travel with them again. Alhamdulilah our Hajj journey was so special with Hajj Travel London.The group leaders and all the three Imams are so humble and nice people.It was my first ever trip to the Holy land and with all the help and guidance it was made so simple and memorable.Accomodations at Aziziah was very nice and clean and hotels provided after the Hajj were excellent.Taking this opportunity I would just suggest brother Jaffer and Abdul Qadir that they should make three separate Watts app groups for the three separate packages they provide to improve the communications as once you are in 5 star hotels everyone is in separate location in the hotel and it will just be easy to get all the questions answered.I chose Hajj travel on a recommendation and when I read the previous reviews I decided to go with it and I am so thankful that Allah helped me to find such a great group of people and all the Hajjis in our group were just like a family.There will be lots of other good Hajj companies but after my experience with Hajj Travel I believe that these people they not just do this for making money but they mostly do it to please Allah as for the prices we paid I don't know how they make any profit.In the end I pray for all our leaders and imams for Allah to give them lots of Ajar for their sincere efforts and ask them to remember all the previous years Hajjis including me in there prayers when they travel next to the Holy land.
