I contacted Mathew to change my sister’s flight details as a matter if urgency and the service i got was excellent. He phoned me each time he had promised to do so and he got my sister the flights she wanted and although there was extra charges it was very reasonable. I would like to say I've had nothing but good experience with Hoodaki travel. Roger is the agent I deal with every time. He has gone above an beyond to ensure I get the right holiday custom to my needs. He is polite and professional and always address me correctly. I feel this company is for the consumer and for me I feel this is imperative and this comes across and the opportunity to pay for service is amazing. Also if the flight you want doesn't meet your budget alternative is always given. This is my 4th trip I've booked with this company and Roger being the named agent . Its Important that trust is there and a good professional working relationship. In my opinion Roger is a very good agent working for hoodaki travel representing his company well. I totally would recommend hoodaki travel. I would only now book with them as my service I have received has been great.

Amazing treatment by Kim, who not only looked after my friend Leyton,who has learning difficulties, on a trip of a lifetime for him to visit Philippines she has also helped me get a flight to Australia today. A wonderful travel agent booked them to go to Multan with Qatar Airways to Palistan and they did the job.The flight was smooth and they gove me eticketa syraight when i payed.The only thing was they were quite expensive as i paid £4500 whereas the tickets where £4300.There is no scams so i dont see why people hate as they are nomal travel agent which dknt cheat.Also i will refer to others
