Umrah December 2021 Makkah Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Medinah Pullman Zamzam Advisor: Mustafiz Alhamdulillah my trip to umrah was completely smooth. I initially got quotes from different travel agencies and although ihsaan Tours ended costing more I decided to go with them purely because of the transparency and communication I got from Mustafiz. He is genuine and straightforward. He communicates consisely and clearly. I told him the hotels I wanted and the dates and he got me them. Other travel agencies kept trying to alter few things or couldn't get it exact. Mustafiz has always been available to communicate on phone calls or whatsapp and I was able to visit him in his office. He explained all the processes and created an itinerary which made it much more simpler and stress free. The transport arranged were all good and decent cars. All went smoothly no delays. Only downside is the drivers don't have good English. No need to review the hotels on here check trip advisor. I would recommend them.

My first experience of using Ihsaan Tours. Brother Mustafiz was very honest, professional and transparent with the Umrah package tailored to meet our individual needs. Due to Covid, the agency were very organised and clear on the new rules, providing regular updates and reassurance. Both hotels were within close proximity to the Masjid's (Pullman Zamzam, Madinah and Jabal Omar, Hilton Suites, Makkah). Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly with Ihsaan Tours on hand to deal with any queries and issues experienced with the Apps. Highly recommend using Ihsaan Tours for ease of travel and a stress free experience Insha'Allah.

Assalamualikum. I was on the Hajj tour 2018, recommended by a friend who went umrah with them previously. From the beginning they have been positive and encouraging. Their London seminar at the East London Masjid was very informative and this is where I got to meet some of the people attending the hajj. In addition, I got to see the religious guides who were coming along with us . The seminar was set up like a wedding hall where we all had a three course meal and received some goodies, such as a spare Ihram and a copy of Hisnul Muslim. Madinah - Roomates were of a similar age group and we got along fine. The hotel in Madinah was good and a decent location, took a couple of minutes to walk to the Masjid and it was behind the women’s gates, so it was more convenient for the ladies. In Madinah we had a tour of the area around the Prophet’s masjid and we were given some context behind the areas around the Masjid, which was really nice. There was a group tour organised to show Masjid Quba, and Uhud. This was led by Shaykh Abu Khalid Imran and I have got to say his speech at the foothills of Uhud was extremely powerful and emotional. The stories mentioned here were very relevant and I guess the purpose was for us to understand some of the struggles the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions faced. It is worth mentioning, that throughout the stay in Madinah, it was made clear what actions were permissible and what wasn’t by the religious guides and learned people. The last thing you want to do on a hajj is to go there and knowingly/unknowingly participate in any bidah or shirk. Mina- the horror stories I heard before coming on Hajj about mina and its facilities were partially accurate but nowhere near what I imagined. I guess I was prepared for the worst. The food in mina was excellent, the Turkish style food was clean and caused no issues. The portions were large, often we shared among ourselves and the remaining food was given out to the less fortunate who were just camped just outside our camps, roadside, without any food. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 as well as cold water, canned soft drinks and juice. Honestly, I did not expect all of this. During our stay in Mina, there were a few inspirational reminders by Shaykh Abul Hussain and Shaykh Imran. As well as a special guest appearance by Shaykh Abu Muhammad Salih and another Qari (sorry, forgot his name). Arafat – we were very fortunate to be amongst the first batch of people to go to Arafat and when we went to the tents, they were well air conditioned, we were provided some bedding which we took over to muzdfalifa. We arrived around 7am so after breakfast was provided I decided to crash for a few hours to gain energy for making dua from Zuhr! Perfect. Muzdalifa – we were on the 1st floor of muzdalifa, which looked really new to me, with new toilets! We had a very good spot, alhamdulillah, though the night was hot! Aziziya was functional and the beds were comfortable and water, drinks and tea available 24/7. We managed to eat from the sacrificed meat and I got to meet some very good people from all backgrounds and even tried the sheep head, brains and all! This was a good place to do some of the shopping and plenty of shops around. Makkah – Hilton was top notch. No issues whatsoever. Would I recommend Ihsaan Tours? Absolutely! There were some challenges along the way, no doubt, but this is Hajj and patience is key. I found that each time there were issues the team were responsive either in person or through the Telegram group announcements. The coaches were organised well and the logistics were handled expertly by Mustafiz and Bilal. The highlight of the tour for me was the close interactions I had with the scholars, both Imran and Abul Hussain. After all, this is a spiritual journey first and foremost and this is what I went to Hajj for. Allahu Akbar, May Allah accept all of our ibadah, dua, and Hajj. Ameen.

I have just returned from Hajj last week with Ihsaan tours. Alhamdulillah we had a superb experience. The whole team looked after us day and night and took care of everything allowing us hujjaj to focus solely on worship and making the most of our time out there. We were given clear religious and practical guidance every day from Sheikh Imran and Sheikh Nayaf who were always available when we had questions. This gave us the confidence to perform hajj without any doubts or worries. We had lectures almost everyday, we visited various sites such as Mount Uhud, Masjid Quba, Quran exhibition and a night tour of Masjid Nabawi. The whole team were approachable, upfront and understanding of different circumstances and needs. We also had Dr Sajid always available for medical guidance. The hotels we stayed at in Medina and Makkah were very good with excellent food and the locations were 30 seconds to 1 minute walk from the hotel entrance to the masjids. I would highly recommend Ihsaan tours for Hajj, all we did was make the booking and they took care of the rest. May Allah reward you with success in this life and the next for the work you do for Hujjaj.

Me and my family travelled with Ihsaan tours for Umrah in 2017 and from my experience with them in 2017 I decided to travel with them in 2018 for my Hajj along with my wife and I cannot fault the team at Ihsaan Tours. The brothers are caring, understanding and always available regardless of time. They will go out of their way to ensure as customers we are catered for in every respect. The Iman boosters from our religious guide were extremely beneficial in preparing us for our Hajj. If you want to go to Hajj or Umrah where you can focus on making the most of your blessed journey then I highly recommend travelling Ihsaan tours. I saw a complaint below bringing up missing luggage and flights delays and I had to clarify that this is outside the control of the brothers themselves and the responsibility of these issues lay completely with the Airline themselves. The journey and the experiences of Mina and Arafat in particular will live with me and my wife forever. May Allah reward the brothers and sisters for the efforts.

I went with Ihsaan Tours for Hajj 2019 and SubhanAllah where do I start. The volunteer brothers and sisters as part of the group work tirelessly around the clock to ensure we had a great experience. I would like to make a special mention about Sister Bibi, the Sister was the first one up and last one to bed ensure all the Sister had everything they needed, May Allah bless the Sister in abundance. The Sheikh’s we had really helped us. They delivered amazing reminders almost everyday and were always available for any questions we may have. Overall a 10/10 service and highly recommend to any that is thinking of going Hajj or Umrah InshaAllah.

I went to hajj with a small group from my family for the 2018 hajj with Ihsaan tours. Hajj is one of the best experiences of your life and you want to go with a group that care for the people that they take with themselves, and With ihsaan tours we found just that. We had an amazing time, all aspects of the hajj were very well organised by them right from the initial meeting in the UK. They offered true value for money with the shifting 5 star package, and if I had to go again inshallah, I would choose ihsaan tours again. Our stay in Mina and Makkah were both very comfortable, as expected of the 5 start hotel, both very close to the mosque, and azizia apartments were clean and comfortable, and close to Mina, which was ideal during the hajj period for us. They are also in the best place for shopping. All aspects of the hajj week that were in the control of the ihsaan tours brothers went very smoothly, we were comfortable in Mina, muzdalfah and Arafat. I felt ihsaan tours tried really hard to make our stay during the whole trip as comfortable as possible by providing items of comfort which were more then what I had expected. we really enjoyed the Islamic lectures from all shaikhs, doctors were always available and kindly assisted my mother when she became sick. Food was always plenty and delicious. All members of the group were friendly and approachable for any help. I am greatful to ihsaan tours for making my first hajj so pleasant and comfortable, allowing me to focus on my hajj. I am looking forward to going umrah with them in the next few years inshallah. In a nutshell, top service, amazing brothers (Bilal and Mustafiz) who are like family to me now, would go back to Umrah and Hajj with them all day, any day! Alhamdulilah, I have used Ihsaan tours to book Hajj for myself and my wife and an another occasion for a family Umrah trip. I can truthfully say they do not disappoint in their service. Words cannot describe what Hajj means to me but what I can talk about is the organisation and service Ihsaan tours provided for us to make it an amazing experience. Before the days of travel they provided us with an important seminar to answer our questions and prepare us Alhamdulilah. During hajj they were there for all our needs in terms of transport, food, drink and accommodation. They constantly checked on the Hujjaj and service was with a smile MashaAllah. We had amazing lectures, reminders and preparation seminars from numerous scholars of Islam. Alhamdulilah, it gave us the Imaan boost we needed before we underwent any rituals. Ihsaan tours have an excellent team of brothers and sisters from the amazing Shuykh, doctors, helpers and the organisers themselves. Hajj is no easy journey and should not be taking lightly, it requires one to be prepared and have the right mindset to perform the rituals. The Hajj tour guides are just there to ease your journey a bit (which Ihsaan Tours do immensely to say the least) but to be honest as visitor of the blessed lands it is up to you to make your own Hajj. Some people tend to think due to the high charges of Hajj they will get an amazing holiday but these are the Holy days and should not be treated as a holiday. For those who are fortunate enough to be invited to go will understand why it is a pillar of Islam and all the fancies of the dunya should not matter there. Alhamdulilah, we have it easy now but if you look at the years before us and even closer at the people who come to Hajj from other countries we should count our blessings! Alhamdulilah, I was also able to perform Umrah using Ihsaan tours with a family group of 16 people. They were able to price match, organise 5* Hotels and excellent transfer coaches. Alhumdulliah my wife and I completed Hajj with Ihsaan Tours. We are more than happy that we chose Ihsaan, they were excellent. There were so many tour operators to choose from but this was a recommendation from a relative of mine. They were very informative from the moment we initially spoke to them on the telephone. When going Hajj, one does feel like there is a lot of information to take in, but we felt at ease once we attended the their seminar prior to going to Hajj. We were given goody bags which came in handy and obviously men get one set of Ihram. Our first test of patience was once we were in Istanbul (6 hour plane delay) and the brothers communicated with us effectively. Once we got to Saudi Arabia a telegram group was set up where they team communicated with everyone about any updates. On our return to London we were told that luggage was still in Istanbul. No fault of Ihsaan Tours and to be honest no blame on Turkish Airlines. These things happen and we can only thank Allah for inviting us to perform Hajj and bringing us back home safely. Highly recommend Ihsaan Tours for your Hajj and Umrah. I was fortunate enough and invited by Allah to be part of Hajj 2019 and wallahi I could not have chosen a better tour group. Brother Bilal and Mustafiz along with the support of Brother Ayaz and a few others did an outstanding job. The brothers from Ihsaan tours worked round the clock to ensure we had a smooth journey through out our stay. Hotels in both Madina and Makkah were close to the Masjids and the apartment in Aziziya was more then comfortable and located in a great place. Ihsaan Tours - an experience of a lifetime. Me and my husband travelled with Ihsaan tours to Hajj this year and I have to say they went above and beyond with their service. They made it easy for us to concentrate on our Ibadaah because they took care of everything. The whole journey from start to finish was eye opening and inspirational. Ihsaan tours took Sheikh Abu Khaled Imran with us and he went through each ritual thoroughly so we all understood what to do and what to say. We had daily seminars which were all heartfelt and thought provoking. Travelling with Ihsaan tours was great because they really tailored the experience so we never wasted a single moment, took their time take us for night walks in Medina, we were told the stories of the places we visited, we were walking on the same grounds walked on by the prophet PBUH many years ago. We went to Hajj to change and become better Muslims and I feel my journey has just started, and ihsaan tours have played a huge role in that. I have to add the brothers especially brothers Mustafeez, Bilal, Babar and Musa were very caring and always tried their best to accommodate, whatever our need. Asalaamu Alaikum! I was fortunate enough and blessed by Allah (swt) to perform my Hajj in 2018. I had been pondering for a while on which company to use as so much was being invested and to ensure that the agent I put my trust in assisted me in preforming the rights of Hajj in accordance to the Quran and Sunnah. A few of my colleagues had used Ihsaan Tours in the past to preform Hajj and Ummrah, thus forwarded me on their details as I was not having much luck in Birmingham in finding a group that I found an affinity with. As soon as I reviewed what Ihsaan were offering and after speaking to the brothers I knew from the offset that this was the group I wanted to go with. The brothers who run the company were not pushy at all but explained in detail the process and the itinerary they normally follow. They did explain early on that they only have so much control and follow their plans as closely as possible when they are out in Saudi Arabia, but it is the Hajj ministry that have the final say. Taking into consideration that over 2.5 million people attend Hajj every year (I am sure the unofficial stats are a lot higher), I could appreciate that not everything would go to plan when the brother told me this and was glad that they were honest with me. Going out to Saudi Arabia there was a bit of delay in getting out there as there was a delay of 6 hours with Turkish Airlines at Istanbul. I presume a lot of people will be taking this up with Turkish Airlines as this was unforeseen and outside of anything that Ihsaan could have done or predicted. Moving on to my Hajj experience with Ihsaan whilst out there – I couldn’t have picked a better group!!The brothers were organised, scheduled talks (imaan boosters) delivered by the Shaykh were on point, prep for the rights of Hajj were delivered at the correct times just before any major rituals so it was fresh in everyone’s minds. Little things like the tour group going out and buying a router went a long way as it helped people stay connected with their loved ones back in to UK (before anyone jumps onto this it was only to stay in touch with loved ones and not following the Premier League scores). I liked the fact that they joined up with Makaam and Talbiya as the extra help from brothers from the other groups helped as there were multiple points of contact. It wasn’t a case of the organisers from the other tour groups being shoehorned to solely provide assistance to their own customers. Ihsaan were the same as they went out of their way to assist everyone under the umbrella. I would definitely recommend Ihsaan Tours to anyone that wants to complete Hajj and fulfil all of the rights of Hajj as they made it soo easy for me. All the nerves I had before going on Hajj were quickly squashed when out there with the brothers. If I decide to preform Umrah in the near future it will definitely be with Ihsaan Tours (even though I have to travel down from Birmingham). As the Shaykh said: “the greater the struggle the greater the reward”

Alhamdulillah, Allah blessed my wife and I with the opportunity to make Hajj this year and we chose Ihsaan tours through recommendation of our family. I can’t stress how much these brothers did for us to make our journey of a lifetime a truly wonderful experience. From the point of booking to our return it was a very seamless service and I would highly recommend Ihsaan tours for Hajj or Umrah. All the Hujjaj were invited to a pre hajj seminar and we were prepared for the long queues at the airports whilst traveling and during the hajj, however through the hard work and efforts of the brothers at Ihsaan we were blessed with minimal waiting times and didn’t face any hardships, Alhamdulillah. I was shocked to see that they have received a negative review below. Not sure what the expectation was there, we went to Hajj not Hawaii! And so we should remember that any trial or challenges during the journey is a test from Allah of our patience and character. A week since we’ve returned and I still haven’t received my luggage, but I’m taking that up with Turkish Airlines, it’s hardly the fault of Ihsaan Tours! The brothers (Bilal, Mustafiz, Babar and Musa) made an effort to come round and form a relationship with everyone which put our minds at ease knowing they are there for any or all of our needs. It was an added bonus that we travelled with a couple of other groups in Talbiya, Al Muntada and Maqaam tours as we always saw one of our yellow string bags somewhere or other putting our minds further at ease in the busy / big crowd situations. Transport during our journeys were spot on as I was traveling with someone who doesn’t travel very well and they loved the travel despite not traveling very well. Not sure what the complainant is talking about with respect to the tours and excursions, did they miss the talk by our beloved Sheikh Abu Khaled Imran at mount Uhud? MashaAllah he bought to life the battle of Uhud whilst we stood on the battlefield balling our eyes out listening to the emotional account of the trials our prophet SAW and his sahaba went through. Couldn’t believe the tents in Arafah, they managed to secure us some super cool (literally) tents and to sleep on the mountain in Muzdalifah on carpet is unheard of. *****HAJJ 2018***** Had an amazing Hajj journey with Ihsaan Tours, alhamdulillah! A reliable, organised and a friendly team right from the get go. They also had great communication via Telegram which kept all the pilgrims updated with detailed information right from the start. I went with ihsaan tours by recommendation to hajj 2018 and Alhamdulillah overall it was excellent. As I've been to hajj before with a different group, I can compare the difference. The brothers tried the best to do what they could, and what they couldn't control, for example the airline delays and immigration wait, how is it possible anybody or any tour group could control this? May Allah accept everyone's hajj and whoever's making intention to visit Allah's house do not expect it to be a five star resort holiday, it is a pilgrimage so prepare for Allah's tests.

This is my second time to be blessed to perform hajj and umrah, and after my first experience it was a no brainer to go with Ihsaan Tours again. Their honestly, guidance, politeness and eager to provide 110% at all times is amazing. Once again they have provided a first class memorable experience for me and my wife and could not fault them on anything. During a pilmgriage like this, there will be things that do not go to plan as advised by the organisers, things that they do not have control over e.g mina, flight delays and etc.. however you will get the few (may allah bless them) that think they are going on a beach holiday and expect the world at their feet (surprised some didn't fault the organisers for the country being too hot). However during these difficult times the organisers were always visible, always at hand to help in anyway possible and always exceeding expectations to make our comfort their number one priority. I can tell you how good the sheikh was during our experience, but that would require me to write a whole essay. I would recommend for anyone that is embarking on this journey look him up, see his clips go to his classes, may Allah bless him and his family, he truly was an exceptional leader throughout. #Hajj 2018 My 2nd time travelling with Ihsaan Tours. My first Hajj experience and it was the best. I have only duas and love for the team. This was the first time I and my wife have ever been to Mecca/Medina. We used Ihsaan Tours after recommendations from friends and we were not disappointed. Mashallah. Throughout the trip there were challenges with airlines and the Saudi government, which can happen with any tour group, the guys made sure that they made life as easy as possible. This is Hajj and there have to be challnges to overcome, its not a holiday. The hotels were excellent and literally less than a 5 min walk from the mosques. Aziziyah was clean and very comfortable. In fact now knowing what I know I would recommend shifting as it not only makes you take what you really really need, but for those wanting to shop, Aziziyahs your place. Mina and Arafat were an experiance that will be with us forever, we had plenty of talks, guidance and made some new friendships. Loved it. Overall, the brothers genuinely want to help and make sure that you are comfortable. A perfect example was on the way back, if the group leaders hadn't thought quickly and pushed the authorities we would have sat outside in the heat and humid for another 2 hours (again a Saudi feature!). These guys truly care that Hajj for everyone is as good as possible, even with the government making changes last minute.......again this is Hajj and there will be challenges to overcome. Highly recommend this group and the brothers who run it.

I traveled with Ihsaan Tours for Hajj18 and was amazed by their leadership, class and professionalism. They had an excellent team that supported us throughout the journey. Some groups take you to Hajj just aiming to make one complete their obligation and then leave them alone, however, this group had a religious guide who would continuously try to soften our hearts and ensure this was a journey of change. We were given excellent religious guidance and all of our questions were answered. Ihsaan Tours also took two highly qualified doctors with their team to ensure all of the hujjaj remained safe. They had a very experienced GP and a consultant. Appointments were not needed to be made and it was the easiest access we could ever have to doctors. The quality of the hotels were 5 star as promised and our stay at Azizi was also excellent. I was told many things about mina and the toilets before I left but Alhamdulillah Allah made it extremely easy and I had no trouble. I was told horrid stories regarding the heat and condition of the tents in Arafat and again to my surprise, we had high ceilings with extra powerful AC’s. Everything went better than I had planned. Anything the team could control they gave 110% and anything that was out of their control, they tried their best to make it easy for us. I would highly recommend them as they made my Hajj and the rest of the Hujjaj’s Hajj very pleasant. 5 stars all the way!

Alhamdulillah... We went with them for our 2018 Hajj. As were recommended by friends and family who had been with their tours before and gave us good feedback. We had a Great Experience with Ihsaan Tours of Manor Park London. We Definitely would go again and of course Highly Regard them. This was the 3rd hajj that I had done and the first with ihsaan tours. I have to say that by far this was the best hajj experience I had so far. Ihsaan tours are a very well organised team with great leadership who genuinely care about the hajj experience of the people they take to hajj with them. This was the 1st time I went with a shifting package and I am so glad that I did so as this really made the period during the hajj more comfortable, having the apartment facilities available to us at the time during hajj where you can come in and collect items of clothing or use the other facilities made all the difference. Azizia apartments were very clean, with comfortable beds, and placed in a great place for shopping. I had some of the best sleep there. Both 5 star hotel were really beautiful and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the full 3 weeks we were out there, and really missing now being back. I am however looking forward to going back with ihsaan tours soon again inshallah. Thank you to the whole ihsaan tours team for their professionalism and their efforts in making this trip the best ever. we will remember you in our Dua’s.

Hajj 2018 Superb service from ihsaan tours mashaAllah tabarakallaah Can’t fault a thing. Fantastic team of guidance and support throughout every step of the way. Anyone who’s been to hajj before and has something to compare with will be very pleasantly surprised as the service provided is absolutely amazing and like nothing we have had before. The hard work by the team’s brothers and sisters who were always at our beck and call made the entire hajj trouble free, easy and comfortable. We were transported from one place to another in comfortable air conditioned coaches which even had usb ports to charge phones and wifi. Mina had comfortable bedding which can be pulled up to make a very comfy chair. Tea, coffee, ice cold water and drinks provided unlimited 24 hours a day. Yes the toilets in mina and arafat will always be an issue, especially for the sisters, the toilets are not what we’re used to in the west, but hey, its hajj, get used to it. My greatest surprise was the arafat tent with a high ceiling and super duper hi-tech air conditioning. Food was excellent throughout Hotels were perfect and very close to the haram in makka and madinah. 2 very experienced doctors always available at a moments notice. Provided me with medication and advice almost immediately. And last but not least, the thing that really made this hajj special was the religious guide, a young british born sheikh, graduate of the islamic university of madinah, fluent in english and arabic, very eloquent, passionate and powerful, Brought the battle of uhud to life and had us all in tears many times, Always available for q&a throught the entire time. Loved every bit of it, met some beautiful people and made great friends. A big jazaakumullaahukhairan to the team at ihsaan tours. May Allah give you all the best in the dunya and the aakhirah. I will recommend them to family and friend .They provided an excellent service ensuring that me and my family had a very good experience and may Allah SWT bless them all for their dedications. I would also like to thank Ihsan Tours for clarifying the point I raised on the use Turkish Airline. I withdraw my earlier comment that I implied on 'cost cutting purpose' and now I am fully satisfied that it was to give the Hajjis the best affordable package than using other direct flight e.g. Saudi Airline that would have costed a lot more. Finally, I am happy that Ihsan Tours will take the issue of the luggage service irregularities by Turkish Airline Authority so that it does not not happen again to Hajjis in future. To be fair Ihsan Tours could not have foreseen this problem happening and I don't blame them.

Assalamuailkum, First and foremost money cannot buy the experience one encounters when having been invited or accepted and even returning from the act of performing Hajj. From the beginning to the end of our journey, we were given relevant messages, notified and informed with external and internal issues/concerns (beyond the tour guides control) and how to conduct ourselves in Allah's sacred home and our Prophet SAW's beautiful city. It was never mentioned to the organisers (including the Imam and Sheikh) and I know from many, whom I have spoken to, and from myself that we cannot thank them or show our gratitude enough for their sincere guidance - their demeanour, patience and management of over 300 people, who will have different needs and requirements, and doing the best that they could in guidelines with Saudi authority. May Allah grant them Jannah Al-Firdaus amongst the highest ranks. Ameen. It was a truly beautiful, spiritual, mental and soul-searching experience and if it weren't for Ihsaan, then I would not be able to share this experience, so again, thank you!

Just returned from Hajj 2018. My 3rd hajj and numerous Umrahs with different companies. Without a doubt, the most organised and knowledge based company I have used. The 1 star review is so dishonest and out of context and i feel obliged to correct their review. Yes the flight was delayed. Turkish Airlines delayed the flight - not Ihsaan tours. Your issue, as well as the rest of us, is with Turkish Airlines. If you wanted a direct flight package you should've gone with a different tour operator who offered direct flights! I am also still waiting for my luggage - the luggage is not in the Ihsaan Tours office - it is with Turkish Airlines. This is out of their hands! They did not watch while one of them threatened someone. Certain individuals were righty told quite bluntly that they cannot expect individual messages when they CHOSE to sleep away from the group like prince in an empty tent. As stated, they apologised for any mistakes - yet no apology from the individuals who compromised so many peoples Hajj by being selfish and ignorant. Yes they joined with Talbiya Tours. This was disclosed and if they had bothered to attend the Hajj seminars they would've seen both the banners and teams. It is obvious 2 experienced tour operators coming together makes a better service. Even if it wasn't disclosed, it is silly to say this made the service bad. They did not overbook. Anyone who has been to hajj will know Mina is tight, beds are exact and there is a lack of space in ALL tents. The reviewer failed to mention that certain individuals were trying to take 2 beds for themselves. Lying, yes lying, and saying there was someone sleeping next to them and had gone to the toilet - only to find out he was being selfish and trying to get himself 2 beds. "i thought i would try my luck" as he said himself. No space for prayer in Mina - this is the state of Mina. Ihsaan Tours do not own the tents nor do they influence the Saudi Hajj Ministry. No space to pray in Arafat? - Surely this is a joke! No space in Arafat - surely this person realises we are allocated 2 tents - they cannot just go and hire or purchase another tent! Regarding Muzdalifah - the coaches are from the Hajj Ministry - not Ihsaan Tours coaches. My own mother was left for the coach and yes had a long wait before she walked it. There was nearly 40 people in the same boat. Again Ihsaan tours had no say in this - in fact they left one of their doctors with the elderly. The elderly were not left behind. They CHOSE to wait for the coaches and they were clearly told this was hajj ministry coaches which were very unreliable. My mum chose knowing the risk. Once she realised no coach, she just got on with it. Not like certain 'non elderly' people who tried to sneak into the coach group and then eventually having to walk at the peak of midday heat. You cant complain if you tried to sneak into the coach for the elderly and then it backfired on you. I can't answer for the leadership from the womans side, but i had my mother with me who didn't say anything to me. "Card payment option not given" - is this person for real? No tours provided - i cant answer for this as i have been to these places before and chose not to waste energy going out. Speakers in womans side didnt work - well the speakers on the mens side occasionally didnt work. This is technology - it occasionally fails. The point is they tried their best to fix the issue and they did. I personally saw brothers sitting outside the womans tent holding a speaker fro nearly 30 mins. Yes Aziziyah is not 5*. But this is to be expected. The non shifting prices were in excess of £7k. In my honest opinion, all but a few individuals enjoyed the service and made the best of their Hajj. The few individuals who were looking for an excuse every day almost destroyed other peoples Hajj and should really have a look at themselves and their own characteristics. Just to point out that the whole group did a collection - both men and women contributed and bought all the organisers a gift. Why? Because the service was outstanding!

As-salamu alaykum..I went to hajj in 2018 with my elderly parents one with a walking stick and the other in a wheelchair through ihsaan tours. I was worried how i would cope with them during hajj.. As it turns out i did not have to worry 1 bit.. The staff was great all the way through helping me with my parents and if there was any issues they would deal with them straightaway .. I cant recommend them highly enough will in sha Allah go with them again...I Would also like to say a special thank you to Shaykh Imran for his guidance during hajj...
