This is a great company to deal with. Kenny the guy who helped us plan our next cruise was second to none. He came up with ideas that we hadn’t thought of and as a result the whole package was streamline and cheaper. Well done Kenny!

We were absolutely delighted with the fabulous room we have been allocated on the Oceania Marina! And the ship is fantastic, what a high standard . So far our cruise has been perfect in every way . And thank you very much for the bottle of champagne in our cabin - this was very timely as we just had some very good news, so we toasted the event in style on our balcony. We couldn't be happier and we'll definitely be booking with Infinity cruises again! Thanks for excellent service.

Infinity cruises were amazing and made our holiday perfect. Great attention to detail was given, they weren't deterred by all of our special requirements. They have genuine morals and are always willing to help and do what they can to make the holiday as good as it can be. They know how to cater for a family member with limited ability.

I would like to thank you and your team at Infinity cruises for organising the cruise I have recently returned from. Traveling from here to Valparaiso, then on to Sydney on P and O "Aurora " it was a marvellous experience and all the arrangements made by you were superb. All the transfers were for me alone, in saloon cars (except from Santiago to the apartment when there were others) which made one feel quite special. I do not know how much input you had with the choice of my cabin but it was in a superb position, right in the front facing the bows affording marvelous views. Above all, so much was included by you, at such a very reasonable cost. I will recommend and indeed have already and look forward to being able to travel through you in the future.

Hello, I just wanted to drop you a note to express my thanks for the considerate and efficient way in which your team have managed our cruise booking, We have just returned from another wonderful cruise with Cunard to the Black Sea and Turkey. Since we retired 5 years ago we have now booked with you on several occasions and have been very pleased with your services and value.

We havent even been on our cruise yet and i'm already wondering what we have let ourselves in for. Unresponsive promised to call us back 3 times still waiting for call 1. We certainly havent had a good deal other companies offering direct flights from Heathrow and we were told there weren't any available. Also transfers and drinks package available for the same price. All in all we could have saved travelling time and a grand. Watch this space for update on my return.
This paragraph is a further update of my disappointing service from Infinity Cruises. I have already asked for some kind of compensation and have not been on the cruise yet. I am awaiting the 3rd lot of tickets to be sent and we are due to go 19th February. In short first lot of tickets recieved had incorrect date of birth for both my hubby and me. Not one digit error but six mistakes. Then the second lot had incorrect town of birth for the both of us. I spoke to MSC who said we needed to get tickets re issued. Im now awaiting the new issue, to which im waiting with baited breath. Our experience so far has been awful and we will not be recommending Infinity to any friends or family.
Saturday 10th February!!!! Received our 3 issue of tickets would you believe they are again incorrect. I did say i was waiting with baited breath. I'm in no mood for apologies on Monday when I again have to find time to call INCAPABLE INFINITY!!! My next port of call (lol) is ABTA, I want to shout out loud steer clear of INFINITY CRUISES as I cannot believe we are the only guests who have had such a traumatic experience.
