I would recommend doing an intro tour to anyone as we had loads of people who came alone and everyone got on really well. Just wow! We have just completed the Sri Lanka Experience trip with Intro Travel and I am at a loss for words. After two and a bit years of lockdowns and travel restrictions, Sri Lanka was a perfect way to reintroduce myself to our planet. The Intro Travel team were AMAZING - the office team were extremely helpful, giving us all information prior to departure, as well as making sure we had all covid passes, airport passes etc correctly filled out and printed before flying. I was a little apprehensive about travel with all the new restrictions in place, but they put my mind at ease with definitive answers and constant support. The Intro Travel team on the ground were superb. Will our Team Leader met us at the airport and took us to our accommodation in Negombo, giving us a rundown for the trip ahead as well as pointing out points of interest along the way. Will was a great leader; he is obviously passionate about travel and his passion rubbed off onto all of us in the group. Prasad the local guide in Sri Lanka was amazing, him and his team were extremely thorough and had answers to all questions we had along the way. We travelled Sri Lanka in style and stayed at some of the most beautiful resorts, hotels and eco retreats. We visited temples, received blessings, visited traditional homesteads, trekked up scenic mountains, and of course, at some delicious food! 100% recommend to everyone and anyone. My girlfriend and I have already put our deposit in for the Vietnam Experience. Massive shoutout to Will and Prasad, and the local team in Sri Lanka, you have all made this trip unforgettable. As well as the rest of the group, you were all amazing.

As Intro Travel say ‘there’s nothing like it’! I honestly had the best time on the Intro Vietnam tour in February/March before lockdown! There was such a great variety of accommodation, activities, restaurants, bars and cultural adventures and the coolest team leader making that trip so much fun! Anna’s personality complimented the tour itself, along with the group of people I met the morale in the group couldn’t have been any better. We embraced it all and the knowledge and understanding of the culture that Anna provided us with made us all feel very much apart of it! I have made amazing memories on this tour and friends that I will never forget, Anna and Intro Travel made that happen, I couldn’t thank you enough! Sri Lanka Intro Experience review: Just finished my 12 day trip with tour guide Stuart. It was phenomenal, as was he and I have no qualms in recommending the trip. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country with friendly people a great mix of mountains, jungles and beaches, and yum food. Intro takes you through the highlights and introduces you to experiences not otherwise possible. Highlights included: - visiting a rural village to experience local cuisine - morning safari to see baby elephants - visiting a buddhist monastery and meeting fledgling monks - surfing in weligama - the tour guide and associated team Book this, and stay south for a few days after for more sun, you won't regret it!ī

My 15 day Bali experience trip was a truly amazing journey. Was a little skeptical of booking a group trip but it turned out to be a really awesome time. The activities were all super fun but the best one had to be swimming with the manta rays in Nusa Lembongan. Accommodation was spot on at all the different places we went and the food was just incredible at every stop. Traveled here solo and met a whole bunch of awesome people which made the time here in Bali even better. Our group leader Craig did a really awesome job of bringing everybody together and ran a really nice trip. Loved everything about this trip and looking forward to doing another one soon!

Thai Intro Travel is an incredible way to experience Thailand. The itinerary is jam-packed with awesome activities and beautiful destinations. Some highlights for me were the floating bungalows in Khao Sok National Park, exploring temples, swimming and sunbathing, snorkelling pristine waters, the Full Moon Party, and seeing bioluminescence around Phi Phi Islands. The food, markets, and nightlife are great too. But without a doubt, the best thing about this trip is the lovely people you meet along the way. My group leader was Jeremy. He made the trip really fun, looked after everyone, and ensured the trip ran smoothly. His dance moves are alright too. I highly recommend this tour. You will not regret it!

Adventure of a Lifetime It can be quite complicated trying to book travel plans for somewhere half the world away, especially if you are travelling solo as you are unsure of where the best areas are and what activities you can do. Fortunately for me I was introduced to Intro Travel when I moved to Australia for a year so when my visa expired and I wanted to do more travelling I knew Intro Travel was the best place to start. The Intro Travel website breaks everything down perfectly so that you know what the pricing is as well as what you will be doing every day. Having a full itinerary there for you is perfect so that you do not need to do any planning, the Intro Travel team does it all for you. I booked the 12 day Bali Intro trip and from the point of booking, you are in contact with the Intro team to help get everything sorted before you even land in the country. Our group leader Craig Hewitt got in touch with us on the Facebook page and we were able to start a group chat so you can get to know the people on your tour before you even meet. They also take all of your flight details and pick you up at the airport. Considering this was my first time in Asia this put me at ease when flying in to the country as there was somebody waiting at arrivals with a huge Intro Travel sign! From that point onwards you genuinely do not need to worry about a thing. On day 1 Craig got us all together to discuss in detail exactly what was happening on each day and where we would be and what activities we would be doing. The group leaders are there to make sure everybody gets to know each other and have a good time. The accommodation and food on the trip are excellent and they are of a massively high standard. One thing in particular that stood out for me was the privately owned Villa in Lovina, it was absolutely stunning and a great place for some chill time with the rest of the group. A few highlights of the trip for me would be the surfing, snorkelling and the volcano trek. These are things that many people do not get to experience so to get to do these things in such a beautiful country was an experience I will never forget! The volcano trek especially, it may be an early rise and a tiring experience but you will not regret it when you see the sunrise at the top, and the fact that there is a massage waiting on you when you get back to your hotel makes it even more worthwhile. The culture of Bali is something that you need to dive into as well as Craig took us to the rice paddies, temples and to the monkey sanctuary. These are all places (similar to the activities) that you do not get in many other places so it is great to see how people on the other side of the world live. One of the most worrying things about any trip is the little details that most people do not think about. This is something that Craig and all the other group leaders make sure you do not have to worry about. The group leaders will tell you where the best places are to get laundry done, where to get a cheap SIM card so you can call home and most importantly they will help you with any medical or personal issues which they are extremely professional about. What makes Intro Travel so special is that the team worries about the things you would never even think of worrying about so that if and when those problems happen you are sorted! In terms of onward travel when the trip is coming to an end, Craig helped us look in to other Intro holidays where you could pay a deposit of £50 and the trip would be open dated for life. This is a great offer as it doesn’t force you to commit to something but you have the option to use Intro Travel again whenever you like. Craig also helped everyone with further accommodation and transport once the trip ended before we all had to head to our next destination. I cannot recommend Intro Travel enough after going on Bali and Oz Intro, they take care of everything for you and make sure the only thing you need to worry about is having a good time!

I came to Australia with very limited knowledge. Sure I could figure out a lot of things on my own but why bother when a company can help you figure things out and provide some amazing experiences along the way. But using the word "company" is a disgrace to Intro Travel. When you go with Intro Travel you are not investing in a company, you are investing in a life experience. Most backpackers start their trip in Sydney, which is where Oz Intro takes place. How you plan to spend your time is up to you but for myself, I would rather pay the money for someone to make sure I experience the best opportunities rather than trying to find them myself. I definitely would have missed out on many of the amazing opportunities if I had done everything on my own. OZ Intro will give you everything you could want to begin your Australia adventure!

I’ve just finished my 12 day Bali Intro tour and I can’t quite believe it’s all over. Thanks to Intro I’ve just spent the last 12 days in a little bubble filled with dolphins, turtles, monkeys, sunsets, and Bintang. The trip was perfectly organised with everything carefully thought out, including the most amazing accommodation, local guides and food. I'm already counting down the days to my next trip! However, the best thing about the trip were the people I got to spend it with. One of these people being our AMAZING group leader Laura Noyce. Everyone needs a Laura in their lives. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she can dance, she can sing, she can split bills and she can protect you from frogs. There’s not a lot Laura can’t do. So thank you Laura for being one of the kindest happiest and craziest people out there. We all had the best trip because of you and we miss you already! Keep on being you! xx

Having been a previous customer for INTRO, I was so excited to be part of their first trip to the Philippines and it definitely did not disappoint. As always from start to finish, the Group Leaders were there to help with anything and everything and the trip itself was just mind blowing. THE BEST way to travel a country and since doing my first group tour with INTRO over 3 years ago now I will never travel any other way. My favourite activities were the 3 day boat expedition from Coron to El Nido which was just incredible, the waterfalls in Siquijor and all of the snorkelling! The accommodation was comfortable and better than I expected as it was on all other INTRO tours. Already looking forward the next trip.

I did the Thai Intro 18 day trip back in January this year and absolutely loved it. I booked the trip about 2 months before I left and was so excited so I had high expectations and I definitely wasn’t let down. All of the emails and communications I received from the guys at INTRO were great so I knew they were going to be organised and make the trip fun. I travelled on my own but I felt like I was just travelling with a bunch of my mates, the group got on so well and our group leader, Laura, did a great job of getting us to mingle together from the start. I went on INTRO’s first Philippines tour and really want to give a shout out to how great it was. I did their Vietnam tour a few years back, and just like that trip this one was really well put together to show you some real highlights of the Philippines. For anyone who loves beaches, snorkelling and waterfalls this is the trip for you, with beautiful scenery everywhere you look. We got to see a fair few of the main islands like Siquijor, Coron and Palawan, and then lots of tiny deserted islands on our boat expedition, so I really feel like I’ve seen so much of the country in less than 2 weeks. All the accommodation was great, and I enjoyed staying in the bamboo huts on the boat expedition more than I thought I would – they are actually pretty comfy and it was great waking up on the beach knowing you were the only people there. If you are thinking about going to the Philippines (or anywhere else in Asia really) then definitely look at INTRO’s tours, I would highly recommend.

I’ve done a couple of tours with INTRO before in Thailand and Bali, and got the opportunity to join them for their first tour of the Philippines with my fiancé. It’s a beautiful country and INTRO delivered (as they always do) with a well-run tour that shows you so much in just 13 days. Lots of snorkelling, lots of beach time in the sun and some real adventure activities like the canyoneering at Kawasan Falls. The 3 day boat expedition between Coron and El Nido was one of those times that I will look back on as my fondest memory though – cruising on our own private boat, island hopping between these uninhabited tiny islands with pure white sand and clear seas and eating incredible food, whilst barely seeing any other people doing the same thing. It really did feel like we were the only people out there at times. I thought the accommodation was good as well throughout, clean and comfy and in some great locations, and the Group Leaders were great like on my previous tours, having such a good knowledge of all things Philippines despite this being the first tour they ran there. 100% recommend this tour!

Going to the Philippines had always been on my list and I had the best experience with my group of new besties and Intro travel.it was their first ever trip and I feel so luck to have been on it. I was a little nervous at first but our team leader Jess met us at the airport in Manila and from there I never looked back. Can’t believe I met so many new friends on the trip and have met up with them since being back home. Never thought I would have got that from the trip. Philippines didn’t disappoint and it was as Instagram friendly as I had hoped!! Anyone considering doing a tour (solo or with friends) please do. You will have the best time! I did the 12 day Vietnam tour in March. This trip is jam packed with activities, culture and fun! The perfect mix of partying and touristy stuff. The best part being it’s all planned for you so you can just enjoy yourself! I went with my friend and we had the best group, but it would of been no problem being on your own at all as the full group were all besties by Ha Long Bay. This was the first time I’d done any type of group tour, I had high expectations as I’d heard great things about Intro but it exceeded all of them! Our group leader Adrian was a complete gem, he was so much fun (even made the overnight train a blast!) and also handled anything you needed like a pro, he always made sure every person was having the best time! Everything you’d look for as a tour leader! Thanks for the trip was absolutely amazing, can’t wait to do more soon! :)

In December, I did the Thai Intro 9 day tour but with in a few days of the tour I loved it so much I extended to do the 12 day tour! It was my first time traveling alone after a semester in Oz and before going back to America. From day 1 Caroline was able to bring our group together like a family and she made everyone feel like they were special. This was the ultimate vacation and really opened my eyes to more places to travel in SE Asia with INTRO Travel. I really enjoyed the balance between culture, adventure, exploring, and the social scene of each destination. I couldn’t recommend INTRO more and if you get Caroline as a leader just know you are going to have a fabulous time and come away with a life long friend!

I 100% recommend Intro Travel to anyone travelling solo to Australia. The friendliest faces pick you up from the airport and settle you in your hostel for the week. Every single day you take part in a super fun activity and then dance the night away with your new friends. The tour group leaders are really helpful and easy to talk to and really make you feel welcome. The help they provide to plan your onward trip after your intro week is outstanding (I turned up with no plan after the intro week and left with a whole load of open ended travel vouchers for hostels and activities all the way up the east coast). I loved it so much, I've already booked my Intro Asia tour! :)

This was my first time out in Asia, and I joined the Bali Intro tour to start my travels. We had a great group of people, and some awesome activities throughout the whole tour - especially the dolphin watching in Lovina and visiting the local family. We saw some pretty cool temples, waterfalls and rice terraces as well. The accommodation throughout was a good standard as well. Our group leader Mr Adam looked after us for the 12 days, and made sure everyone had a great time! Would definitely recommend joining one of these tours.

Bali Intro Review I’ve just been on the 12 day Bali Intro tour, where I’ve been lead by our group leader Craig Hewitt. Craig was very good at making sure I arrived at the airport and had the correct information regarding airport pickup. Once I met Craig he made me feel very welcome and it soon became apparent that he was going to be an easy going guy, full of beans and I knew that I’d be going to have a good time! The Bali Intro 12 day tour was very interesting! It included a range of activities from massages to volcano hiking and Snorkelling to temple visits. Craig did a great job of getting everybody to know each other with some simple, fun and effective games and everyone soon got to know each other which is really important to make sure that everyone has the best time! Overall I would recommend this tour to anybody who is thinking about coming to Bali. I would definitely recommend Craig as a tour guide and I’d like to thank Craig and the Intro team for all the support and opportunities that they have given me.

Words probably can't describe how memorable this trip was. Sam, our tour guide, was fantastic throughout the whole trip. Constantly educating us about Vietnam and Cambodia and answering any questions we had on the trip. I most certainly made some lifelong friends from the trip. This is the third Intro Tour I've now been on as I've never been disappointed by them previously. The itinerary is a great mix of having fun, taking in the culture plus the occasional night out and really seeing the best parts on offer. The organisation on the trip is also second to none from transport to accommodation, no issues whatsoever. For anyone considering a tour, I would absolutely suggest booking with Intro and also get on a tour run by Sam!

This was the first solo travel I have ever done and honestly can say I think it’s one of the best choices I have made! The whole trip was so well organised - you just have to pay the money, turn up and enjoy. There are a brilliant range of activities included in the trip scattered all around the island to give a good taste of what Bali has to offer. Where do I start? My time with Intro in Australia was just fabulous to say the least. I was a little nervous about travelling to Australia but everything was taken care of for me. I was greeted at the airport which relaxed me straight away. I was able to meet an amazing group of people and had such a great time. The activities were awesome! Sailing around the harbour on a private catamaran, zipping around the harbour on a jet boat. Seeing the world famous Bondi beach. My favourite part had to be going to Port Stephens, it felt like such an Australian experience I could never imagine. After the tour my leader Tom helped me sort all my travels out and I’m still in contact with him for any help I need to this day!

Had an amazing time on the Oz intro trip with Dean as the group leader. The trip was so well planned, and all the activities were seamless and on time. The group of people on my tour really bonded with each other in the 9 days, which made it really easy to have tons of fun. Though surfing, sand boarding and jet boats are awesome, the real amazing thing about intro travel is how they help you plan the rest of your travel itinerary. We each left the tour with great rates and a detailed and personalized plan for how we would spend the rest of our time in Australia! The Bali intro trip was amazing, it lived up to all expectations. From the warm welcoming of the group leader (Mr Adam) to meeting all the group and sharing the experience with them. Great trip in the Philippines – this was actually my first time coming to Asia and so glad I did it with INTRO. It made it so much easier than having to plan getting around and think of things to do. The tour was a good mix of activities and chill time. Seeing so many different islands there was quite a bit of travel but the 13 days never felt rushed and we spent a good amount of time in each location. I loved Siquijor Island, it’s got a very laid-back feel to it, and we did a cool trip around the island getting “healed” by local witch doctors and swimming in the waterfalls. El Nido was a fun little town with good nightlife, and the boat expedition was awesome – sleeping in bamboo huts on the beach was great! I knew this was INTRO’s first tour in the Philippines but my fiancé had travelled with them before and she really wanted to go with them again, and honestly you would have thought they had run 1000 tours there – everything ran so smoothly. We have already put down a deposit to go to Sri Lanka with INTRO next year as well and can’t wait!

Bali experience 15 day tour. Being my first group tour I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from start to finish the tour ran seamlessly and exceeded expectations in all aspects. Our group leader Craig was constantly making sure everyone was okay and welcomed us into the group amazingly, he always had such a happy and fun energy and did everything to make sure we were having the best time possible. He was also very knowledgable about Bali and was passionate about teaching us all about the culture of the country which was really price. The tour was very well organised included incredible activities. My personal faves were snorkelling, scuba diving, surfing and Mount Batur volcano trek where you got to see an amazing sunrise. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to fully immerse themselves into the country and also meet some amazing people. This tour started me off for my 6 month trip perfectly and I’m so glad I started off with this as it gave me so much confidence travelling solo. When I came to Australia I’d already done a couple of intro tours in previous years and so had high hopes for the Australia tour. I’m so happy to say it met all my expectations and more! Loved the itinerary with my favourite part being sailing around the harbour on a beautiful catamaran and also spending the day at the beaches in Sydney having a bbq and the amazing coastal walk. I was taken care of from the second I landed and anything I needed the help was always available. Would definitely do it again next time I go to Australia!

This tour was great! 13 days was perfect to see the best of Thailand while also treating ourselves to a step above backpacking! Khao Sok National Park is unlike anything I've ever seen before and really made out Thailand trip feel unique. Kayaking down a river and seeing dozens of monkeys had to be the highlight of my trip. I love animals and from the monkeys in the national park, to Dave, Rosie, and Bob at Sarana, to all of the stunning snorkel spots we visit, to ending the trip at an Elephant Sanctuary I was in HEAVEN! Our leader, Caroline, took care of every detail for us and ensured we all were always enjoying ourselves. We were all brought together at the start and by the end felt like a family! I traveled alone and would definitely recommend it for anyone else solo traveling who still wants the safety of being in a group with everything already planned out for you!

I just finished the Japan tour and it was amazing! It was my first time doing a tour and I was a bit apprehensive but as soon as our tour leader met us at the first accommodation my concerns went away. Nathan was the perfect tour guide he was welcoming, an expert navigator and went out of this way to ensure everyone was having a great time. The tour covered lots of activities that we would not have done normally such as sushi making and a samurai experience. The accommodation was great from a traditional temple stay to modern hostels and hotels. I would recommend the tour to anyone!!

I have just finished the 9 day Thai Intro Tour and gutted that I couldn’t continue with the rest of the group on the 12 days. It was definitely the best way as a solo traveller to experience Thailand fully and stress free from the moment you get off the plane. There were so many highlights and something for everyone from the culture to the food, the scenery and incredible nights out I can’t choose!! Floating bungalows and Thai Boxing are definitely up there. My trip was made even better by the awesome tour leader Adam who was very knowledgeable, interesting and couldn’t do enough for you. I loved the private Sydney harbour cruise, it was a great way to see the surroundings. My favourite day was the trip to Bondi beach, simply because I had so much fun playing games on the beach with my group. You make friends for life, living together, travelling together, after a week, you don’t want to leave each other. I’m now planning my next trips with INTRO Travel as they do so many amazing deals in other countries. I have found them particularly useful with information about travelling the East Coast of Australia with the opportunity to work and live there too, with their help. My group leaders were full of excellent advise and helped me make the most of my time in Australia. Had the absolute BEST time in Vietnam, truly a five star experience! This was my first time solo travelling and I was naturally a bit apprehensive having no idea what to expect. This meant the group were at ease for the entire trip, and we could just relax and have fun! You also get to see a hell of a lot within the 12 days! Highlights for me include the Ninh Binh bike ride and the Ha Long Bay private island stay. Amazing experiences! This intro travel Thailand holiday was a beautiful journey, from the fast moving city of Bangkok to the quietness and breathtaking scenery of Khao Sok National Park and then the beautiful surroundings in Koh Phanghan onto the stunning Phi Phi Islands and then back into city life finishing in Chaing Mai this tour really has it all! We absolutely loved Bangkok City it was fast moving and good fun and you learn alot about Thailands culture and meet some wonderful Thai residents. You also get to party hard on Khao San Road and enjoy the night life, 💃 The overnight train personally we didn't mind at all it was an experience and we enjoyed it. Khao Sok National Park was absolutely beautiful the scenery almost doesn't look real as it's so breathtaking and the journey to get there along the water was good fun with the group. This was a great 24 hours to get to know the group more as there was no signal so we had to make conversation and it was so nice to relax and take in the stunning scenery. Khao Phanghan was really good fun beach parties, massages, activities, infinity pool and the lovely beach right on our door step and we loved our cute little bungalows we had for a few nights. The staff here were also absolutely amazing and so lovely and friendly and very helpful. Then onto the beautiful Phi Phi Islands which I think, for us, and the majority of the group was our favourite place to visit on this whole trip. Again the scenery is breathtaking, the boat trips we took were epic. The people were lovely and the nightlife is fab too! The accommodation here too was also amazing stunning rooms with again an infinity pool and really friendly and helpful staff. You see pictures of Phi Phi Islands on the Internet and you think wow is the sea really that blue and the sand that white and beautiful.. Yes it is and we have seen it with our own eyes 😍 Our last stop was Chaing Mai which was alot cooler than it has been on Phi Phi so that was a shock to the system for us all. Lovely accommodation again, we enjoyed the night markets, a ladyboy show, Hard Rock Café, Ziplining, the Jungle trek which was insane staying outside in manmade huts with no electricity and just candle for light but what an experience and one we won't forget! Then last but not least we visited the elephants which I think ended the tour on a perfect note. The whole experience from feeding them, trekking with them and then bathing in the mud and water with them was incredible and we were all on such a high from it! We cannot put it into words how incredible this tour really is, if you have ever thought about going to visit Thailand do it and do it with intro travel as the itinerary is so jam packed but you see pretty much every aspect of Thailand life! The tour guides we were so lucky to have were Jeremy, Brad and Kelly. They were all such a laugh, full of knowledge about the country and just made the experience that little bit better we couldn't have imagined having different guides! Jeremy we had for the whole 18 days and his energy is infectious, he's funny and he just loves life and living it to the full and you can tell how much he loves Thailand and being there and doing the job he does! We couldn't have asked for better, Jeremy was a massive part of making the tour what it was! One of the best experiences of my life, the accommodation was 5* and transport were 2nd to none. The tour gave me a great mix of culture and adventure from scuba diving In Gili T to exploring temples like Tanah Lot as well as giving me friends for life. Vietnam is stunning, and an Intro tour is the way to see it! I was on the last full Intro Tour in Vietnam before lockdown 2020....it was the best pre lockdown holiday a girl could ask for! With Intro what you pay for is what you get.... And that means ALL activities, including cruising down Halong Bay and an overnight in freedom island, good drinks, stunning scenery and a fun group, WiFi for me was not missed! The scenery of Ninh Binh is breathtaking, Hoi An and the Mekong Delta needs to be seen to be believed! Intro Tour takes the stress of getting around a country away, everything was pre booked and so well organised! The overnight train is an experience, but one you cannot miss out on! Given the time of our tour, our guide Anna could not have been a better fit, we were getting messages from employers saying we would have to self isolate when we got home etc, Anna let us all have our moments of worry, respected our feelings, but at the same time reminded us we were on holiday, we worked hard to get here and really gave us all a really enjoyable holiday! I had such a good time I put a deposit down on another intro tour, as soon as I can book annual leave in 2021 I will be booking!

I had the most amazing time experiencing Bali with you guys. Craig was our group leader and he was fantastic, I cannot fault him. This was my second time travelling with Intro travel (1st Bali intro, 2nd Vietnam intro) and expectations never drop to what this company offers for what you want to experience travelling to another country, luxury to backpacking to homestays really gives you a nice variety on the country you are visiting. Our Tour guide Adam was truly amazing and would reccomend 👌 his knowledge was unlimited and always made you feel included and on the ball with meeting everyone's needs as well as still being chilled nd a laugh which was a great atmosphere to be around whilist on your holiday! I wouldn't so much reccomend the other tour guide we got for bali intro, inge, as lovely as she was I did not take it kindly when she couldnt hide how she wanted to get with my boyfriend (several times) which made him and also me feel quite uncomfortable which showed her lack in professionalism, but luckily it did not put us off coming back for more of what intro had to offer with our 3rd trip booked for japan. Ps I would also reccomdend checking boy - girl ratios on trips before you book if your travelling as a couple, happy travels 💕

It's amazing how a group of strangers can become so unified so quickly and I'd like to think this is due to our guide who made everyone feel so welcome and safe the entire trip. (How he managed to get us all through Vietnam including on a night train and a plane I'll never know). We felt so lucky and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My trip to Japan was one of the best things I’ve done in my life!!! And it’s all down to the trip from INTRO. I was nervous about travelling around what I thought was an intimidating county with language barriers etc but choosing to go with INTRO made things so much easier and put my mind at ease. If you are unsure about travelling with INTRO then honestly, just trust me, you want regret it! From the second I met Nathan our leader I felt more relaxed. And to make things better I met some amazing people on the trip who I’m now BFFs with!! The trip itself was awesome and you get to see and do so much. It’s so organised and I had been recommended INTRO because of their trips ease but there’s nothing like experiencing it first hand. They have everything covered to make the trip as stress free for you as possible. And I’m sure I wouldn’t have seen or done half the things we did if I wasn’t on the INTRO Tour. My special memories include Tokyo temples, the awesome piss alley with my new friends (we had the best night). The Snow monkeys in Shibu and also the Samurai experience in Kyoto. AND the hilarious karaoke in Osaka. I loved it all!!! Thanks Nathan and INTRO and I can’t wait to get on the Sri Lanka trip ASAP!

After doing Thailand with Intro in 2017 and wanting to do a tour in Japan, I knew there was only one company who I would want to tour Japan with and that was Intro. They didn’t let me down and surpassed my expectations AGAIN. Doing my research on Japan, there were a few things I really wanted to see which the tour included such as going to Osaka and exploring the highlights in Tokyo, however, once again Intro have a way of including places, activities, sights that I would of never done myself and I’m grateful they’ve included in the tour! Going to a Sushi Making class and learning about buddhism in Koyan are a couple of the many things I wouldn’t have done and I’m glad I’ve done. Personal highlights of mine would include seeing the snow monkeys in Nagano which was incredible and the samurai class where I got to cut a tatami mat with a 400 year old samurai sword whilst learning about the samurai!! The tour is a great mix of places and the way our time is arranged daily. We get to experience a blend of the buzzing, lit up cities of Osaka and Tokyo to the natural sides of Japan in Nagano and Japan’s spirituality in Koyasan. Intro have also definitely thought about maximising our time in places by providing a great mix of free time with recommendations and activities. Finally just want to thank Nathan for adding to my experience with Intro and Japan! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Kyoto was my favourite city and the samurai experience, where we were taught how to wield a 400 year old katana from a descendant of the samurai and cut though a Tatami mat. INTRO is a great way to see such an amazing country, so I would recommend for anyone to book Japan with them.

Had an incredible experience on the Sri Lanka Experience with our guide Stuart. The tour gave a great snapshot of everything Sri Lanka has for offer and gives you experiences you couldn’t get without being with Intro. Stuart was always very organized and happy to help in anyway he could, he went above and beyond to help everyone on the tour even with their plans after the tour. I cannot fault Stuart for his friendliness, humor and planning for a relaxing and engaging trip that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be touring with Intro again!

This trip was absolutely fantastic. I had originally signed up for the 9 days but by day 5 I was having such an amazing time I extended my trip so I could do the 12 days. The itinerary was great- we did so much but also had a good amount of free time to explore on our own or relax. Looking back on how much we did in those 12 days it almost seems impossible but I never felt rushed during the actual trip as it was all so well planned out. One of the things that really appealed to me about this trip versus others was how the activities looked to be more unique than other tours. That definitely seemed to be the case during the actual trip as well- each experience seemed well thought out and it was clear IntroTravel had found some interesting accommodations and activities other tour companies did not offer. Our guide Nathan was amazing as well. He was incredibly personable, always available for questions and had excellent recommendations on what to do with our free time. It did not feel like he was a formal tour guide for the 12 days, he seemed like an extra knowledgeable 13th group member instead. He constantly interacted with locals and you could tell he had a great relationship with many of the local hotel staff and tour guides we met which made me feel like we were definitely getting great quality service. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone and they'd be extra lucky to have Nathan as their guide!

Well I have to say it’s been over 6 months since I did this tour and I still think about it daily. It was one of the best experiences of my life and a huge part of that was due to intro and in particular our tour guide Brad. He managed to have the perfect balance between being your friend and being approachable and I’m sure everyone would have happily gone to him for anything, in particular for advice about dance moves (if you’ve never seen him cutting shapes it’s quite a spectacle and I recommend it). The whole tour was made super easy by how well organised it was, I never for a moment worried about where we were going/what we were doing as it was all sorted, and I always felt safe. I actually forgot we were on a tour sometimes it just felt like a group of friends travelling, which is one of the best compliments I can give because one of the biggest reasons it felt like that was brads ability to include everyone. All in all I couldn’t recommend this trip and Brad as a tour guide more, I’ll remember this experience for the rest of my life and as soon as everything’s blown over I intend to get myself back out into the world and onto another intro tour, and if the new tour guide is even half as awesome as brad was, then we’d be a very lucky group :) #Let’sgointro

This tour is literally what set us up for life in aus. They take care of your visa, Medicare, tax file number, bank account, mobile phone/ oz number, help with jobs, cv, onward travel after the tour. Literally everything you need to get set up for a life here. Our intro leader was Tom and he is literally amazing at what he does. We were clueless about what to do after intro but he sits down with you and helps you get a plan together. Anytime you need intro for advice or help you literally just email or call them, or go to the office and you’re always greeted by a friendly face and WiFi! They collect your post for you too. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough to anyone wanting to come to Australia. Oz Intro gives you a sense of security and a ‘base’. You’ll also meet friends for life on the tour and new people to continue travelling with, which I found a massive benefit rather then travelling solo as a young woman. The trips on the tour are just unforgettable. Every single day is an adventure. Cannot recommend this enough! I’ve done 2 of their tours now and wouldn’t use another company! Shoutout to Tom for being the best tour leader and pal!! 😊😊

This is was the first trip I had booked going solo and I was quite nervous about it. As soon as I got to japan I don’t know what I was worrying about. Intro give really clear instructions on how to get to the first hostel in Tokyo from the station and if you had any issues our guide Adam was easily contacted. Firstly we had great guides for the trip Adam and Nathan who were really knowledgable about the places we visited but also great fun. The whole atmosphere was fun and relaxed from the beginning. I can’t believe how much I have seen and experienced in Japan in just 13 days. With this trip you get a really nice mix of the old and new. You see three very different city’s all with there out highlights and 3 more completely contrasting areas. A highlight for me was staying in the ryokan in Nagano, you have to experience the Onsen, so relaxing after a morning seeing the snow monkeys (very cute). All the hotels and hostels are fantastic comfortable beds in all and great facilities. This holiday was so good I’ve put down a deposit for two more intro tours. You will not regret booking!

I began my Aussie adventure with Intro Travel (18th March-26th March) My sister used this company 9 years ago as did a work colleague so I knew I’d be looked after and in good hands right from the moment I booked it all the way through to the end of my trip. Our guide was Ben and he looked after us the whole time and was so helpful nothing was too much trouble from the very moment he picked me up at the airport. We covered lots of fun trips in the first 9 days can’t quite believe how much we did - trivial quiz night at scary canary, jet boarding, private sydney harbour cruise, learning to surf, sandboarding, dolphin watch cruise, wine tasting, hike up tomaree mountain, bondi to coogee, dinner up sydney tower! Not forgetting the food that was included too on some of the trips too! For a solo traveler I would definitely recommend the Oz Intro experience for anyone looking to begin their journey in Australia be it for travel or work, Intro travel help you every step of the way plus a nice start to the trip and great way to make friends along the way who you may continue to travel with or see again during your trip. One person in particular I am grateful to is Tom Dewsnap of Intro Travel. Tom was so patient with me and my constant emails back and forth for weeks on end yet he answered all my questions and was so helpful. Not once did he not reply yet after almost every email he asked if there was anything else he could help with. His help and support continued throughout my trip. He literally planned and booked my whole itinerary so when I got Australia I didn’t have to worry about booking a thing (travel, hostels, trips!) When Intro Travel say they’ll help you before during and after your time in Australia that’s what they do :)

Don’t know why it took me so long to leave a review but thought it was about time - my trip didn’t start as we planned as my friend decided to pull out very late and I was very close to doing the same as didn’t want to travel so far alone with strangers but after speaking to some of the INTRO people they helped me make the best decision I have made in my life. Where do I start. I arrived quiet and a bit nervous but by the end of the first night in Tokyo I had made a whole new group of friends from all over the world. When I seen the itinerary I thought that we would be getting rushed from place to place but I was wrong without INTRO sorting all this I would have seen half of the stuff I seen or done. Where do I start sushi making, sleeping in a Buddhist temple, singing karaoke (first time ever), samurai experience and my favourite thing which I think was most peoples was the snow monkeys. I can’t thank enough Sammy who was amazing throughout my time there making everyone of us feel so welcome and her knowledge of every thing we done. I also have discussed with some of my new friends about going on another INTRO together.

With this being my first big trip away, she really put my nerves at ease.
