Nafeisa delivered a very high quality, professional service to us amidst the chaos of lockdown, and was accommodating to our needs by kindly taking into account our personal circumstances. She was very knowledgeable and up to date with information that helped us make a informed decision in the end; saving us from financial loss. At one time i was refunded a large amount of cash to me online before seats were confirmed when i changed my mind. Amazing service from start to finish. Nafeesa was very helpful and extremely friendly. My family needed tickets as their ones had been cancelled due to covid 19 and Nafeesa and her team managed to get everything sorted for us and also made our new ticket purchase very easy for us. Booked my family holiday to Dubai. It was well organised, from the pick up from the airport to the hotel and returning back to the airport. The tour operator organised a great tour of Dubai plus a safari trip. Thank you for a great holiday
