Delightful little tourist attraction, very nice and knowledgeable staff tour. If you are tall like me, then the seating is a little tight otherwise just great!

Lovely leisurely boat ride .

Friendly staff, a cool boat and an interesting commentary. Worth the money for a 90 minute cruise. Wear layers though, you'll be sitting in the open.

Had a trip on the canal cruise with the lunch package on "my fair lady" included pre-booked choice if veg quiche, chicken or salmon buffet system with salads , potatoes bread, followed by choice if three desserts.absolutely delicious.the staff were so friendly, the gentleman giving the commentary on the history of the canal was so interesting and funny! We had an amazing trip ,we would highly recommend and will return.there are also trips available to book on the day without lunch at really good prices . brilliant unforgettable day

Superb experience from start to finish. Arrived at the Lock with my 6 year old daughter and we were greeted in a friendly manner. The lady who took payment somehow even recognised me from our telephone conversation two hours earlier when I'd enquired about tickets. All staff were using PPE and we saw the boat being thoroughly cleaned before we boarded. The cruise itself was exceptional. This was mostly due to the expert commentary. I learnt a great deal even if my co-passenger was more interested in all the blackberries she could almost reach as we coasted along. I now know the origin of the term 'legging it' for example. All in all, a lovely way to spend a couple of hours. A real stress buster. Thank you!

Nice cruise but totally disrespecting any social distancing. Hazard markers on floor showing where people could sit. Staff wearing gloves and telling people about his they sanitise the seats. But didn't adhere to this at all. Chairs were put out for people to sit on less than 1metre from me. When I asked if this was ok I said no so she said i could move which wouldn't have made a difference to the distance. Then additional people got on on the return journey with no sanitizing of seats. What a shame that this is what I remember and not the actual cruise which was lovely.

Great canal boat trip, took my 2 daughters aged 9 & 11, just the right length of time, 90 minutes, so they didnt get bored. Easy to find and board. Oh found out at the end of the trip there is a toilet on board! Wished I'd known this half way through for my daughter!!!
