K.They are a good travel agent for upper middle class and have some diverse itineraries and options , have used them since a decade or more they are good value for money and helpful and polite and friendly ! For my land travels and river cruises I have used them often ! But mostly in Russia China Japan Egypt Tunisia and South Africa and Central America ! They give a good service for their clientele and the guides are reasonably pleasant though they can be a bit overwhelming at times but than nothing is perfect ! I am resuming my travels with them after this man made fascist propaganda pandemonium of a pandemic and hope god opens his world and planet to me again amen
D. A. (.I've traveled with Jules Verne many a time and despite a lull during Covid, they are my go-to tour operator. Interesting tours that are well organised and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended tour operator with knowledgeable staff.
D. N.Did a trip on the Danube going to Christmas markets, a ballet and concerts plus sightseeing. Excellent tour manager, friendly bunch of people and interesting places. Good service on the riverboat too. Am contemplating the next trip with them.

S. T.We have just returned from an Iberian River Cruise with extra nights each side of the week's cruise. The transfers and attention to detail for the extra nights were faultless and the cruise itself exceptional value with wonderful food every day. We will recommend this cruise to our friends!
H. B.Quaint pub in the back streets of Chesterfield. Preported to be the oldest pub in England. Full of charm and history. Beer was excellent and although we didn't eat the food looked delicious. It was Friday night curry night and menu had an intriguing selection of home made curry influenced from around the globe. Really wished we had the time to sample it. Lovely little find.
T.Been travelling with VJV for the last several years; destinations including Turkey, Egypt, Russia, and South Africa. Great holidays with great guides, great organization, great accommodation, and great customer service. I don't see myself holidaying with any other guided tour company anytime soon.
j. b.I've used Jules Verne for numerous escorted tours over the last 15 years and the trips have always been supremely well planned, packed plenty in, been small in terms of group numbers and represented excellent value for money. I heartily recommend Jules Verne for escorted small group tours.

I. B.MY WIFE AND I TRAVELED TO INDIA FOR A THIRTEEN DAY COACH TOURING HOLIDAY.
WELL I HAVE NOT GOT THE TIME OR WILL POWER TO LIST ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH THE HOLIDAY.
BUT AS A EX GREYHOUND COACH DRIVER I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED WHEN I FIRST SET EYES ON THE RUSTY 30 YEAR OLD. SCHOOL BUS.
THE TRANSPORT. / old dangerous/ very uncomfortable
THE DRIVER. / drove to fast /. Dangerously / and got a speeding ticket
EXCURSIONS / over charged for trips £15 each for a £4.50 entry .
PAID OURSELVES bypassing the tour guid .
5/6 hour trips took more like 8/12 hours in REALITY 😳. ON A UNCOMFORTABLE WRECK OF A BUS .
FOOD. / GREAT 👍🏻 IF YOU LIKE CHICKEN CURRY EVERY DAY FOR 13 DAYS .
ALL IN ALL. A TOTAL RIP OFF .
COMPLAINED TO COMPANY ON RETURN.
They apologised and we agreed to £250 compensation cash .
SHOULD HAVE TAKEN IT FURTHER.
But just couldn’t be bothered.
FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF.
JUST WANT TO WARN ANY ONE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY.
