R. S.LuckyTrip is an amazing holiday company to book with. You can find great locations for an amazing price and book within about 4 buttons. Or, if like me, you’re more open to new locations and random dates, this is a great app to give you some ideas of places to go, even if you’ve never heard of them. Set your budget, set your date, set the type of holiday you want, and boom… an amazing price. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a spontaneous holiday, or even just looking for a good prices holiday. Lara is also amazing and great.
J. W.I’m not a huge fan of booking through travel agents however this place is amazing!! We found a great deal to go to Rome for 3 nights and it was perfect. Lara sent us all the details for our trip and even details about entry requirements/covid testing. When I emailed asking a question she replied within the day. I was so pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process was. The app is so easy to use too! I would 100% use again. Thank you!

This app has given me the opportunity to see places I wouldn’t think to see for myself and takes a lot of the pressure and hassle off finding a place to stay and things to do.
It is a very user friendly interface with easy to read overview. I cannot sing the praises of this app enough to the point my whole work team are using it 😂

K. R.LuckyTrip's customer service has been excellent throughout, particularly dealing with their advisor Lara. Because of COVID, we were forced to either reschedule or cancel our flights, and we were provided with a voucher for our troubles. It has never been too much trouble for the staff to assist us, and I found the concierge element of the process helpful.

O.Booking my trips through Lucky Trip have been an incredible experience i have actually used them twice and will use them again very soon. i have found that the customer service side is a lot better than most Travel Agency's for example on my second trip i had booked an AirBnb could not for the life of me get through to my Host (Idiot i am did not read the email properly to see where he had placed the padlock with them inside) i called Lucky Trip and explained my situation shortly after talking to someone from the customer service department, they had managed to contact the Host, got him to call me back and i was able to find the keys location and begin my holiday.

W. S.Luckytrip are an amazing holiday company. First off the app is incredibly easy to use. The destinations are really interesting. You're given an option of different places to stay at each location and a bunch of activities to do. Before you start you can set your budget and an idea of what you want to to, beach, city etc. Basically the app is brilliant. Way way better than any holiday company's website I've ever used.
Secondly, and this is probably the most important bit. Luckytrip have totally got your back. We phoned them before we left and a human answered the phone straight away and hooked us up with transfers. Then we had a problem at the apartment we were staying at. Someone from luckytrip answered the phone at 1am (British time) and sorted everything out for us.
Honestly these guys are great. Give the app a go you'll be surprised.
