I flew from London to Beirut at the end of October for a holiday. I can sometimes panic on a plane, particularly during landing and the staff on board were fantastic and checked on me. The food was really good and we travelled in a modern plane that landed and took off on time. I'd highly recommend them.

I am a YouTube travel vlogger, so I often get a fly to visit other countries. Often ,when I travel during night time, the hostess are tired and little bit grumpy, but not with MEA. I used it for first time for only 1h fly ,from Istanbul to Lebanon, (economy class) the 28-08-2019 and I had excellent customer service. The pillows, the extra tea , the comfy seats , them smiling faces. I highly recommended.

I've been flying back and forth to Lebanon for the past 10 years, up to six times a year, as I am affiliated with the American University of Beirut. I'll even pay more than the cheaper flights of BA. What does this tell you? The flying is skilled, flights nearly always on time, and I've eaten worse airline food. So the flight attendants may not be the most sophisticated, but I enjoy my fellow passengers -- a cross-section of humanity.

I have never come across a more helpful and efficient office dealing with, in my case, a number of changes to my MEA flight and my own uncertainty about which dates to book. The service was friendly, hugely helpful and I will definitely continue to fly with MEA. This same helpful attitude also exists on the plane - really nice cabin teams and again, excellent service.

Very good airline, gave pillows and blankets. Exceptional service, and no this comment isn't a fake one. I know the IFEs are slightly outdated, but they work perfectly! The headphone quality could also be better, but it's better than nothing. I do hope they get 787s soon, or even A330neos, the current fleet is getting old. It gets a bit crowded at the gate, but i guess its because the airline is popular!

I have been travelling with MEA airlines for many years.Today i called to book a round trip from London to Beirut and I had few questions that needs to be answered. I'm glad that the employee Candice answered my call, as she was very helpful and patient throughout the call. Thank you very much

I traveled in February from London Heathrow to Jeddah via Beirut... 4 passengers... Got ticket for 1200 pounds return ticket... Emirates was 2300 pounds for 4 people and much more for that.. They money you spend the service you will get.. For me the money I spend and the service I got.. I can't complain.. Small planes but it's ok.... I was but tired... But for cheapest airline I always recommend this airline specially those people who want to go for umrah for less... Even I checked ticket today for one person from London Heathrow to Jeddah via Beirut it's about 400 pounds but other airlines are more then 600 pounds per person. Rip off.. Middle East airlines are better than others...
