Excellent tour guide with so much knowledge and charisma, really enjoyed the tour and will be attended the new one in the spring/summer. I also recommend the murder mile podcast Michael does an amazing job of telling stories about murder and more importantly does it from the victims perspectives a lot of the time. I am not a podcast kind of guy but I have listened to all of Michael's murder mile podcasts. Truly excellent work.

As a long time listener to Mike's excellent podcast I was really looking forward to the walk. I was not disappointed. Mike is, as they say in the modern argot 'the real deal'. His passion for the subject and the depth of his knowledge makes him stand out. He is informative and enthusiastic with just the right amount of humour to leaven what could be a rather dry subject. A thoroughly engaging, interesting and informative couple of hours. Highly recommended without reservation.

The walk was perfect. Mike was great. He was very entertaining and knowledge. It was a great way to get out and walk around Soho and learn about the area. Lots of fun and can't wait for the new tour.

Michael was extremely entertaining and informative and would highly recommend. His unique take on combining humour and murder makes for a very interesting and relaxed approach to the horrors that have happened in London. This man is very passionate about this subject and something you can tell by the way he talks about it and explains the ins and outs of sohos gruesome history.

This tour is great fun. Michael is an entertaining host with great knowledge which he us happy to share. A very pleasing way to spend a couple of hours - who knew there were r so many murders within a mile in a popular part of London! Thank you!

Michael provided a thoroughly entertaining, informative and professional tour of Soho through many of its grisly murder spots. My 15-year-old daughter and I had a great time and would recommend the Murder Mile Walk to anyone looking for something fun and unique to do in London on a Sunday.

I have done many tours in London but this one is by far the best. The tour guide Mike is so knowledgeable about the area , you get not just the facts about what you are being told as part of the tour but everything else that’s happened nearby. He brings the tour alive and I don’t want to spoil it but the theme that runs though out is excellent. I absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely loved it.
Michael is very witty and knowledgeable
Highly recommend

I loved this. So, so much. From the moment we arrived Michael was incredibly welcoming, taking time to learn everyone's name. Whoever was at the front of the group, he would make conversation and tell you little tid bits of street we're walking through, he REALLY knows his stuff and brings such a fun spirit to some rather gory stories. There were plenty of times we stop - you do get a five minute breather in the middle of the tour to have a wee break or grab a coffee, which was really nice. It was (for our tour at least) in an area with loads of cafes so everyone would be catered for. Also REALLY liked that it wasn't focussed on one killer - for some reason I had it in my head it was going to be all about Jack the Ripper, which isn't the case AT ALL. Walking speed wasn't fast, so really got time to discuss what we just learnt, suspicions or just look around London. I also liked that you don't have to be a walker to go on this, I do feel it's for everyone. There's no hills or a certain speed you need to hit. Very excited for future walks with Murder Mile, hoping to make it a yearly traditional for my birthday

Had such a great time on this tour! Such brilliant storytelling that really had me wanting to know MORE. You can really tell that Michael has done his research, I especially loved all the little details that he added in. Would highly recommend if you're looking for an Covid-safe activity in the heart of Soho

Love love love the Murder Mile Walking Tour! Michael is knowledgeable and witty, can’t wait to go on another tour with him. Highly recommend!!!

The Murder Mile tour is a superb way to spend a Sunday morning. Michael's in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm make this a really interesting and fun tour around Soho. Heartily recommended!

Finally got the long awaited chance to go on a Murder Mile Walk this morning and it did not disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed every single minute. Michael, the tour guide, is so entertaining and informative it was a pleasure to learn about the history of Soho. I also listen to the podcast and while the tour covers different crimes to the podcast it was interesting for me to see places that I’ve only heard of. Can thoroughly recommend this walk to everyone. It’s not long in distance but the two hours are thoroughly packed with interesting facts. Just brilliant!

Amazing tour. Highly recommended, get in quick as they finish soon! Check out the Murder Mile podcast too, you won't regret it...or will you? ☠️

Michael, the proprietor of Murder Mile UK True-Crime - a true-crime podcast and guided walk of some of London's most notorious murder cases - met our socially-distanced group at Tottenham Court Road Station this past Sunday. We were treated to a mile of murder and mystery that took us through some of Soho's oldest streets, with Michael sharing his incredible wealth of knowledge about both ancient as well as recent murders in this area. At the end of our time together, Michael took a snap of us "killing it" outside the Golden Lion pub. A fascinating tour and I'm looking forward to listening to some of Michael's podcasts on these topics!
S. S.
Really well researched podcasts. Highly appreciated. Only thing I'm not keen on is aspects of the tone of the guide, very childish and mocking of a wide range of social groups. Sounds like he has an axe to grind, though I'm not sure why. Cut out the childish, looking down your nose view of others and focus on your content. Otherwise I'd rate 5 stars
N. F.
Very enjoyable and interesting tour. Mike was great as per his podcast!

I went on this walk recently was really inclusive as I am visually impaired, very well researched great presentation and not gimmicky totally fab!
S. E.
Michael was entertaining, engaging, and super well informed. If you want even the tiniest glimpse into Soho's dark history, this is the tour for you. Totally worth the money and 100% worth the time.
Bonus: if you liked what you learn on the tour and want more, he has a podcast loaded with all kinds of area true crime which he researches himself from the national archives.
J. A.
Fantastic tour - Michael is so enthusiastic and is a great storyteller. Make sure you listen to the Murder Mile podcast also!
A. C.
Excellent host Mike really knows his stuff. A great walk full of information and a lot of laughs.

An interesting and entertaining walking tour around London's Soho which is well informed, excellently presented, at a nice pace, and not overwhelming with information as some tours can be. Michael is a great tour guide, he'll point out locations from his podcast not featured on the tour (the overlap is minimal, so don't be put off even if you know the cases from the podcast by heart!), as well as a bunch of new cases. A perfect outing for any true crime fans!
G. H.
Amazing true crime podcast so excellent the way Michael tells all the story in great deal and makes you feel like you are actually there. Love the way the music is included and dramatised the story can highly recommend this 1st class podcast

Michael is the best guide for a tour you could ask for. He was charismatic from the first second and really pulled you into the world of Londons most notorious killers. He was there to answer all of the questions we had and could give us so much information, that you probably would never get anywhere else. I would listen to him talk about any topic, because he is most likely the only person in the world that can make talking about killing 15 people enjoyable. If he ever starts a new tour through London we will most definitely book it again!

After listening to Michaels podcast for a couple of years, we were excited to finally do the walk that started it all.
Meeting at Tottenham Court Road tube station, Michael took us on a thoroughly entertaining 2 hour walk featuring a good mix of both infamous & lesser known murder sites - all explained in detail by the knowledgeable host.
A much smaller group than I was expecting - Michael ensured that we all had a great time in a COVID secure way (households spaced accordingly & masks worn by all).
Highly recommended & we look forward to doing another of Michaels walks in the future.

I had been listening The Murder Mile Podcast for a while and when I decided go to London I really wanted to attend this tour. Michael´s a very good story teller.
This is a completely different short of tour that you can enjoy being in London, you´ll visit many important locations where the victims died or where the murder used to work, and the best thing is that all those places are in the same neighbourhood, Soho. A funny and interesting way to know something more about the London´s murders.
A. F.
We had a wonderful Sunday morning shuffling around Soho to learn about a variety of gruesome murders that have taken place over a number of years. Michael was funny, just the right amount of gruesome and very well-informed; he had clearly researched thoroughly and as a result was able to answer questions confidently. The pace of the tour was very easy and the details interesting and concise.
If you're looking for something different to do in London, this is good value and not for the faint hearted! I'd highly recommend - much better than your average walking tour I'm sure!
J. S.
We had such a fantastic time on the tour today. Drizzly, grey Sunday morning in London and what a fantastic way to spend it learning about grizzly murders and having some laughs along the way. Perfect tour based on facts and a lovely way to see different streets in and around Soho. Michael was absolutely brilliant; incredibly passionate and knowledgable.
J. M.
Great fun and thoroughly researched, this 2-hour walking tour of Soho is a brilliant way to spend a Sunday. Michael deftly uses his extensive knowledge, enthusiasm and humour to transform macabre subject matter into gripping stories of Soho’s iniquitous past. So, you don't have a to be a history nut, a true crime fanatic or a local Londoner to be fascinated by the morbid details that punctuate this tour. Highly recommended!
R. C.
It was amazing!! Michael is so much fun, even when telling these morbid details about murders in Soho. It was a 2-hour walk, and we didn't have to walk much because all true cases happened just around the corner. I highly recommend it for a sunny Sunday lunchtime; you will feel inspired to eat something yummy after it!
m. s.
A interesting murder walk , very knowledgeable and extremely witty , not a great murder fan went with my wife but really enjoyed.
A. C.
Michael was very helpful is rearranging my booked tour after a train delay meant I could not attend my original booking. Michael was extremely knowledgable on the area and provided fascinating insights throughout. I really enjoy reading and listening to true crime information but what really made this tour was Michael’s charisma.
M. H.
Absolutely fantastic and well worth doing if you are looking for something a bit different in London. The tour was really fascinating and covered loads of different gruesome murders but what really made it was the tour guide, Michael, who was just brilliant - really friendly and entertaining! Thank you very much for a great tour. Would definitely recommend.

The Murder Mile Walks are really good fun. On a Sunday morning, pouring down with rain, I didn't expect much but even with soaking wet jeans and damp shoes, I found myself laughing! Although the tour has many interesting facts, and presented with due sensitivity for the victims, Michael adds his own style of humour which is just great. I really do think it's the best £15 I have spent-and there isn't much in London that costs as little as that!
C. W.
Mike is amazing with his knowledge and makes it a fun and informative tour. Brilliant ❤
L. L.
Having listened to the Murder Mile Podcast I was excited to take part in the 2 hour ‘less walking-more murder’ tour. I was not disappointed!! The host Mike fills the hours with intrigue and enthusiasm and clearly has passion for what he does! A true crime nerds dream... or just fancy knowing a bit more about the area’s history that you might not hear anywhere else! A must do for your next visit to London.
M. K.
Can't recommend Murder Mile Walks highly enough. Michael obviously puts in a lot of work to make it two of the best hours you could spend learning about such a dark subject. Highly entertaining and well worth it
A. L.
Fantastic walk through Soho with an informative, amusing, guide. If you haven't done this yet, do it!! And also listen to the podcast of the same name, created and presented by Michael, the tour guide. It covers murders not included in the walk and is addictive!
D. M. M.
What a brilliant and intriguing way to spend a Sunday morning! The tour guide Michael was great, very insightful and a good way to see lots of the architecture of Soho as well as learn about its murderous past.
H. L. G.
Amazing experience! So excited & he is awesome to listen to and so totally amazing in person! Can't wait to do it again. If you love murder, true crime, sightseeing & adventure, go on this tour!!!

A walk to die for!
Lots of fun. Mike is super enthusiastic and makes SOHO killer storys very interesting.
I walked the walk with my two teenage sons (16 and 15) they loved it. Thanks for an unforgettable Valentine's Day. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Michael ist a great guide: funny, energetic, knowledgeable...I will recommend his tour to all friends & family when they come to visit. Looking forward to hearing his first podcast!

Great impressions from a happy (but lazy) customer! I visited walk in July and still have great memories of that day! Bright storyteller, nice company, intriguing stories (which are not common knoledge!) and very logical route. Thank you for a great day! Well-known places now have the new atmosphere!

Michael is very very knowledgable and a great raconteur. A great way to spend your Sunday morning finding out about Soho and the murders that have taken place there in gruesome detail.
Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting London. Very informative and funny, I booked it for a birthday surprise and we were hugely entertained. Mikes local knowledge and his dedicated research are fantastic. Can't recommend it enough.....brilliant. Huw and Evie Penny.
K. E.
A great tour. Best I have done in London. A must for any real crime fans. If you are a fan of the pod cast or new to murder Mile you will love it
P. J.
A killer walk...a walk on the dark side... no spoilers here but there are a few cliffhangers and a couple of threads re-emerge to thrill and astound in equal measure. So dark its black and a taste for the macabre is a must. That said, the mood is light at just the right moments to keep the experience fizzing along.
The walking is easy, the distances short so suitable for all who can get around... er... its not for children though...it is quite graphic and covers some of the details in full ....leaving nothing to the imagination. A Jack the Ripper walk it is not, this walk is unerringly real and covers many cases that are within living memory. If you into crime and murder do it, you will not regret it.

Amazing tour and Michael is a superb narrator. No documentary could be more enthralling than this adventure in Central London.

Outstanding tour - learned a lot, and Michael's enthusiasm and sense of humour was great (despite the awful weather!) Would thoroughly recommend.
