As a Travel Agent the staff are very helpful, very polite until they get your money and the booking has been made. They could improve on their customer service once they get your money in relation to making any changes to your booking. They make a number of promises which they are unable to keep, they could improve

Great service, Newmont travel managed to identify 4 seats at very low cost working to a very tight timescale for travel to Dominica Commonwealth. I will always use them for travel to the Caribbean,they are first class. Keep up the good work Newmont Travel!

The staff on the phone and in the office are excellent I have booked with newmont for many years however the manager in the branch in Dalston is arrogant ,rude and obnoxious and because of that I do not enter the shop I ONLY book over the phone .
