Absolutely fantastic service provided by one call travels. In short, we were recommended by family and friends and after our own experience, we will go onto recommending to more family and friends! It was our first time travelling for pilgrimage and first time travelling during the pandemic. We contacted br Yasin who was more than happy to spend time explaining the umrah process. Not just the logistics but he also spent time on explaining the importance of such a journey from an islam perspective, using only credible sources and strict sunnah and Quran guidance and put us at ease from the off. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم My mother and I travelled for Umrah with the February group and we were absolutely pleased with the service we had received. Everything was done systematically and you could really tell Ustadh Yasin had vast experience with his knowledge and insight when conducting the trip. Firstly, before the actual trip itself Yasin was easily accessible and whenever I contacted him he would reply quickly and honestly, we received regular updates from him regarding our booking process and other factors leading up to our flight. On the day of the flight, it was very smooth as Yasin had already prepared us on what to bring, how to pack and what documents we needed so it saved us from any unwanted headaches. During the journey he would regularly check up on my mother and ask if she was okay (as she is old in age) and showed great concern for those older and younger than him. Once we arrived in Saudi Arabia, he made sure everyone had got through visa checks with ease and gathered us together to help us get our sim cards sorted and go on the coach together. Throughout our time in Madinah and Makkah we had regular gatherings after Isha prayer to go over important Islamic principles that we must know as Muslims, this was to help us understand how to worship Allah correctly according to the Quran and Sunnah with authentic sources so that we were more likely to have our acts of obedience accepted. Again, this showed Yasin's concern for us as he didn't just want us to get to Saudi Arabia safely he wanted our efforts in prayer, dua etc to be accepted and successful also. The hotels were good and very close to the Haramain, with breakfast readily available each day. Yasin throughout the trip kept checking up on me and my mother, and we really appreciated his efforts and hard work. We will definitely be going with OneCall Travels again In Shaa Allah as the price is very good compared to what you get in the market now and the service is impeccable, honestly I couldn't recommend anyone else in London. Alhamdulillah cannot fault my experience with One Call Travel one bit. Alhamdulillah. I heard about their service when my brother and sister in law completed Hajj with One Call Travel and they couldn't fault their experience. So My husband and I decided to use One Call Travel to complete Umrah for the first time, May Allah accept from us. Ameen. Brother Yasin is very knowledgeable in following the Quran and Sunnah of Prophet (PBUH) when completing our Umrah. This is extremely helpful especially if you are completing Umrah for the first time as there are many misconceptions. I was expecting the typical experience that I've heard about other travel agents but Alhamdulillah the service we got does not compare. The process from booking to having valuable seminars about our relationship with Allah SWT has been so valuable from beginning to end. Even before we arrived brother Yasin ensured that all paper works were completed and was very thorough and detailed of what was required I.e. OneCall Travels is one of the few travel agents I have come across when planning to book for the umrah trip. Alhamdulillah, I am glad that I ended up going ahead with OneCall Travels for my first umrah. The overall experience was absolutely amazing. The group leader, brother Yasin is highly experienced and well organized. He has literally structured everything and kept everyone up-to-date, especially with the new covid protocols. He will go through some reminders which include virtues of umrah, Ibadah, etc, and will also educate you so know why you are doing this and how it relates to the fundamental of the religion. Brother Yasin has also made effort to communicate with everyone, keep the group engaged, and is very approachable. My only recommendation to OneCall Travels is continuous Improvement which is the case for any successful travel agents. I really enjoyed the Ziyarah etc in both, Madinah and Makkah and would suggest including more group-guided exhibitions/museums. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone planning to go umrah to at least experience it with OneCall Travels. You will not only perform umrah but will also have a good experience. Personally, I plan to go with them on other group guided trips in the future Insha’Allaah.

Firstly, i’ve been recommended to go Umrah via One call travels. Was hesitant at first but with all the good reviews and good feedback i received, i stayed positive. I booked ummrah in October 2021 for my father in law, we decided to use OneCall Travels as my father in laws English is limited and with the new rules of updating and using the apps would have been difficult alone. The booking was so smooth and lots of information shared on the Whatsapp group chat so everyone was prepared. On the day of travel there was an issue with the flights (not booked via OneCall, we booked separate flights, staff travel), potentially my father in law was going to lose all his travel but Yasin and his team went out of their way to get my father in law the best flights a day later so that he could rejoin the group. I was so worried about my father in law whilst he was away but I didn't need to be, Yasin sent me updates of my father in law, pictures of him happy with the group and made sure he was well looked after. My father in law loved his trip and enjoyed going with the group, this is something as he has been to Ummrah 30 plus times alhumdalillah. We have previously used OneCall for visas and the service is always great, the team are hard working and makes me feel like they actually care about the clients they go to Ummrah with. I had not travelled to Saudia Arabia previously so when I made intention along with my other half to make annual pilgrimage (Hajj), I naturally spent alot of time researching for the best agent. One Call Travels and brother Yasin came highly recommended by friends and family. He offered a comprehensive and convenient package at a great value and with his experience we were looking forward to the trip. However, the covid 19 pandemic had other plans. Due to this global crisis we were unable to travel in 2020. We were reassured by the fact that our money was ATOL protected. Brother Yasin kept us regularly informed about travelling status and we decided to defer our trip to 2021. But again travelling was not permitted. I really appreciate Brother Yasin for his honesty and keeping every word. I booked my Hajj trip with OneCall Travels in December 2019 to go in July 2020. Brother Yasin was very thorough and helpful when making my booking. He talked us through the whole itinerary and answered any questions with full confidence. He was very easy to talk to and understanding when issues did arise and when the pandemic hit, he was consistent with updates and encouraged positivity. I deferred my Hajj to 2021 because of my faith in Br Yasin. Unfortunately it was cancelled for international pilgrims for the second year in a row. I decided to ask for a refund instead of deferment as due to personal reasons I am not sure if I will be able to go in summer 2022. Yasin Bhai has given me a full refund without hesitation and I have asked him to put my name on the waiting list when Hajj does eventually resume. As-salamu alaykum Subhanallah Alhamdulilah allahu- akhbar ALLAH (SWT) has made it easy for me to travel for umrah , through Yasin bhai, One call travels. Alhamdulilah it was the best investment after a very difficult year and illness i went through. The process was very easy Alhamdulilah, especially with the restrictions in saudi and airline terms and conditions. This journey has made me learn how to be paitent (sabr) and appreciate every great niyamat in life Alhamdulilah. Our 1st day till last day with the group was well organised, planned and was full of excitement of the zirat and visiting the holy sites and the rawdah. Yasin bhai was our tour guide, Alhamdulilah with tawheed and firm belief, he guided us successfully and we manage to do what we intended to do, the whole journey from madina to mecca was beautiful and was followed with dua and tawheed. The hotels were 5* as promised with the packages and it was literally 1-3 minute to masjid nabawi and the harram. The process of Umrah and as’safa and marwa also the dua was made easy and it took less then 2 hours. I will Insha’Allah will travel with one call travel again in the near future, also to other destinations, and would recommend anyone and everyone to give it a go, because you will get what you are promised with the package. From our first meeting with brother Yasin, we knew that wanted to travel with him Brother Yasin is not only very knowledgeable but also very open. Wallahi I think my biggest regret was not going with the brothers at One Call Travels - I met the brothers while on hajj and unlike most other travel agencies who would have a go at an outsider who isn’t part of their group the brothers at One Call Travel took me in as one of their own and made me feel as if I was actually a part of this ummah. They provided us with plenty of educational seminars both in London and in Mekkah ensuring that we understood what to expect from both the logistics side of things and the religious aspects. Assalamu Alaikum Alhamdulillah, I performed my Hajj with Onecall Travels this year (2018) with my husband, brother and sister in law. We had several questions from the beginning till the end of our journey which Br Yasin (owner of Onecall Travels) kindly responded to each promptly every time. We travelled to Madinah first very smoothly. When we got to the hotel we realised the hotel made a mistake and double booked two families to one room. My husband and I were without a room. Br Yasin then upgraded us to a lovely luxury hotel (Al Shaza) 5mins away to a duplex room, Alhamdulillah it was a very nice experience at Al Shaza Hotel and my brother and sister in law also had a great stay at Al Haram Hotel. After a few days we travelled to Makkah. It was quite chaotic when we were doing our Umrah due to the number of people there, but Onecall were brilliant Br Yasin along with Br Ali (ZaytunTours) and Br Gulzar guided us through our Umrah, trying their best to keep the group together and gently protected us from other forceful groups of people. We had elderly and weak people in our group as well, so on each lap of Saee we were given a few minutes to stop and start again and Alhamdullillah we were not rushed, we were given plenty of time to make our duas. We then moved to Aziziyah, our stay was at Zahrat Al Yaseer Hotel. It was a new Hotel and we were the first occupants, and our stay here was very pleasant. I have heard of peoples stay in Aziziyah being dreadful, so I thank Onecall for changing my opinion about moving to Aziziyah. We were close to Mina and the Harem, we had easy access to local amenities, and were a few seconds away from the main road to get a cab to the Harem. During our Hajj days in Mina we were looked after well by the lovely volunteers. Also all of the ladies helped and looked out for one another. I miss my Hajj family dearly, Allah blessed us with an amazing group of people. We were also guided and looked after very well at Arafat, Muzdalifah and the Jamarat journeys. We were given tours of Madinah and around Madinah Mosque, a tour around our Azizyah hotel so we knew how to access local services, a tour around our Mina Tents, so we knew our way around, pointing out hospital, clinic, main roads etc. We were also very fortunate to visit the Quran Museum at Madinah. Br Yasin educated us through the Hajj rituals and kept us connected through the daily lectures regarding Hajj, Tawheed, Shirk and more. The whole Hajj experience was absolutely amazing. I have been to umrah many times before, however this trip was the best umrah I have been to Alhamdulilla. The first class he taught us was that any action we do of worship is to ask ourselves did Messenger Muhammad (saw) do it or did the companions do it if not then you leave it. And every day he reminded us to make the most out of the kabaah, I took four members of my family with me and they could not ask for anything more than what brother Yasin provided us with, he provided us with more than what we could ask for. This was my first time to go Umrah and it was a trip to remember. Brother Yasin went out of his way to make sure that we were well looked after. Besides getting excellent hotels (with masjid al nabawi and Ka'ba downstairs) and comfortable transport, it was the iman boosting talks and naseeha lessons that were most beneficial and memorable about this tour group. Also getting constant reminder to utilize our time to the fullest and reminding us the reward we will get gave us the extra boost to spend as much time in the haram and be in constant ibadha and not waste any time. Best of all there is no worry of if you are making any mistakes or doing bidha in your umrah as everything from rituals to activities we done had proofs and evidences from Quran and Sunnah, therefore there was no wasting time in any worship that had no benefit or reward. My Hajj package was with Travel Express (Leyton), however, I spent a considerable amount of time with One Call. One Call, had shared the same hotels with us in Medina and Makkah also the compartments in Aziziyah. We also transported at the same in transit with One Call. Yasin Bhai (Leader of One Call) and Shah Ali Zaman (Zaytun Tours), were always accommodating throughout my time during Hajj. Where I felt there was something missing with Travel Express, in terms of the seminar or guided group sessions. Yasin Bhai and Shah were always happy to invite me to their group sessions. In Madinah we stayed in Al Haram hotel, litrelly few steps away from our beloved Prophet Mohammed "saw" Masjid. In Makkah we stayed in the SwissHotel, which is attached to the clock tower and on the 2nd floor! Took us nomore then 5 minutes to leave our room and to be infront of the Kabba! In Aziziya we stayed in Zahrat Al Yaaser Hotel which was based half way point between Makkah and Mina. Each location had plenty of minicab service, shopping malls and food courts. Throughout each transitions we were fully made aware and ready, which made our journeys pleasent and not delayed unlike the stories you hear from other groups. Br Yasin gave us seminars throughout our journey, Quran and Sunnah was our guidelines, and we followed no one expect what our Prophet Muhammed "saw" did and told us to do. I traveled with One Call Travels for Hajj 2018, My package was; 5* Madina, 5* Makkah and then performing Hajj from Aziziyah, I was really impressed with the logistics. Flights were on time, coaches were brand new! and the hotels were amazing. We checked in immediately soon as we arrived and were treated to gifts. All of our accommodations provided breakfast and dinner which was really convenient and food was always different and great. During the days of Hajj coaches were provided for transport, the Mina camp was truly VIP compared to some we walked past, ours was spacious and packed with air-conditioning. Again Arafat camp was like a 6* tent, huge in size, very clean and equipped with air-con. Jazak ALLAH. ( Reply to your comment) Salam brother, maybe I should have given some examples. I didn't give the review based on the passport situation. I can't blame anyone except myself. But, it made me feel more closer to ALLAH. I felt like it made my Umrah more special. These are the reasons why I gave the review: 1️⃣ After staying in Cairo Airport whole night with my ill mum and brother with autism spectrum without food, water, sleep, worrying about if we have to go back to the UK because my passport was stolen, we came to Madina. Then, you didn't take us to our hotel. You put your hotel's name on everyone's ID badge. But we were booked in a different hotel. You planned to do Ziyarah so told us to join, but we were exhausted physically, mentally and emotionally. Especially my mum and brother. We wanted to go to our hotel and lay down for a bit. It made my mum very upset because you didn't consider how we were feeling. So I had to take them to find our hotel by asking people, and it was like 5 minutes walk from your hotel. Another point to remember is, it was our first time, and we didn't know the area and most of the people there do not speak English. So we were going round and round. 2️⃣ Our luggage didn't come with us to Madina because we missed our first flight because of the passport issue. We didn't have an unlocked phone, so we could not make a call to anyone. We didn't have clothes to wear, and most of our medicines were in the luggage. You gave zero support with that. I had to talk to people, and alhamdulillah a few people helped me. Most hotel staff do not speak English in Saudi Arabia. I had a conversation with you, and you said Airport staff want specific information, so that is the reason you didn't bother. But, you could have helped us by giving your phone to make a call or by asking if you can help us to get our luggage back somehow. 3️⃣ Makah hotel location was on a steep hill. I did tell you about my mum and brother's conditions. Again, we had a conversation about that, but you said you showed the location to my mum and cousin sister. However, both said you showed the location on a map, so they did not know about the steep hill. Also, let's say you mentioned it and they didn't hear it. But, I did mention my mum is not too well and my brother is autistic and has physical issues. So, you could have told me about the steep hill because I put my trust in you, well, we all did. You lived in Saudi Arabia, so you know. I feel like a lot of people do not understand autism. Autism Spectrum is a neurodevelopment condition. So it means people with autism born with a different brain than normal people. Therefore, they have issues with processing information. They have problems with their senses too. We take information through our senses. So people with autism might need extra time with instructions, processing emotions, and processing sensory information. They do not like change because they have to process every info again. It is not similar but just to give an idea, try to take in information with a terrible migraine headache. Saudi Arabia is very different from the UK. Therefore, we can't compare autistic people with normal people. We can't even compare autistic people with autistic people because autism people are different, and autism affects brain development differently. Inclusion knowledge might be helpful for a better understanding. 4️⃣ You gave us the same amount of time and told us if we don't listen then you guys will leave us. I don't think you meant it, but still we had to rush everything, and my brother does not like rushing, so it made him anxious and unhappy. 5️⃣ You mentioned 'Autism trainer'. That brother is helpful and kind, but he did not support my brother specifically. Maybe, he helped the other family with an autistic member. Jazak ALLAH for Some Islamic info. 🙂
