After having an amazing experience with perfect holidays for our trip to Florida in 2018 i decided to contact them again to see if they were able to help us create a bespoke West Coast US roadtrip holiday for 2019. As always nothing is any trouble and they worked so hard on helping us create exactly what we wanted. Mel was fantastic through the whole process giving advice on her own experiences as well as always listening to us. Working together we created an itinerary. Customer service skills are A+++ We have just returned from our trip of a lifetime on which my partner and i become engaged. We can not Thank Perfect Holidays and Mel enough for making this happen, without you guys we wouldn’t have been able to do it. It will be remembered forever. I highly recommend this company and we for sure will always consider them when we book a holiday. Richard was so helpful - I'd searched for weeks for the best deal for a group booking to New York and Richard managed to take all the stress out of it. He found us a great hotel in Times Square and a great price on the flights - he even rang me back after booking to say he'd found flights from Bristol for only an extra £11 each!! Snapped them up! Our group had such an amazing trip to NYC and I'll definitely be coming back to Richard to help with booking our American road trip honeymoon for 2019!!

Have used richard king from perfect holidays twice now, once for a package to New York and another for flights to Bali... excellent service they go above and beyond to find tou excellent deals the best prices best flight times. Calling him again soon to book another two trips soon

Booked to go to Florida last Christmas and this Christmas all through Chris. Have got great deals both times and great customer service. Chris and Mel helped me change apartments last year due to hurricane Irma and couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation for us. Would definitely recommend.

We have not been on our holiday yet, but to date Richard has been aaaaamazing. Due to his Great customers service, I have recommended him to all my friends/family and all who has called agrees with me 100%. He is everything you would expect from an agent, helpful, patient and polite. My advice to anyone who has had a bad experience with one of the agents at this Perfect Holidays, ask to speak to Richard, infact just ask to speak to Richard when you first call.

Perfect holidays is the best holiday company. Mel the sales assistant is second to none. I Had a problem when arriving in Washigton dc. Its was 11 in England and Mel e mailed me straight back regarding the airport transfer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a holiday

Can NOT FAULT them & HIGHLY RECOMMEND . I have to carry life sustaining meds due to my disability...... MEL was BRILLIANT!!!!!! She went above and beyond all expectations to help me, & believe me I have not been the easiest customer for MEL!!! BUT I am utterly thrilled with every part of the booking from my initial enquiry to now being a few days away from flying. The entire process was SEAMLESS & trouble FREE. I can't recommend this company and ESPECIALLY "MEL" Highly Enough.... PLUS This is a 5+ STAR SERVICE at literally one star PRICES. I expected far too much from this company despite their unbelievably competitive prices and BOY DID THEY DELIVER!!!!

Mel booked our golden triangle trip ,she was so patient as i changed the itinerary loads of times.In the end got the holiday i wanted at the price i wanted .Everything that was promised was delivered and all went to clockwork would use there service again
