Can always depend on premier inn to have a comfy big bed and a shower better than I've got at home! The morning breakfast staff were so happy and friendly despite us turning up just as they were about to clear it away. Perfect stop for a wk end break.
S. C.
Clean rooms, pleasant staff + of course an all you can eat buffet breakfast at a reasonable price!!!
Short walk to the tube so easy to get about.
It's what you expect from a Premier Inn with a huge comfy bed😴😴😴😴😴.

An overnight stay for a family of 4 on our way to a concert at the 02. The staff were friendly, helpful and an actual joy to engage with. The room was ready on arrival, clean, with some Extra laid on (a tin of bisuites and premium WiFi). Breakfast was well managed, social distancing observed and a good assortment of cooked, porridge, pasties and yoghurt and fruit available. The Management hopefully appreciate the great staff they have here.

The room was comfortable and extremely clean, the bathroom was spotless! Reception staff were all lovely, they doubled up as the waiting staff in the restaurant and nothing was to much trouble, especially from Daniela.
I must add that although the evening meal menu wasn't that big, the food was absolutely beautiful. Hubby had the big beef burger & I had the lasagne, both served with a generous portion of chips plus with the lasagne came a nicely dressed salad and garlic flatbread which I'm sure was made fresh. Bloody delicious!! By far my favourite Premier Inn to date.
P. C.
Just what you expect at a Premier Inn. Clean and well appointed room with all the facilities I needed. Staff were excellent throughout our stay. Perfect location for both Greenwich and Deptford with the DLR just around the corner.
D. K. B.
I've stayed in many Premiere Inns up and down the country. I never usually feel the need to leave them a review because they are such a huge national chain they are all the same. Zero character, identical interior etc. But this one in Greenwich had without a doubt the nicest most friendly staff I've ever come across. The team running breakfast in particular were so welcoming and helpful I felt like I was in their very own b&b. Absolute diamonds you have there.
I'm actually from Greenwich, born and bred in Blackheath but live out of London for 20+ years since joining the British Army. My trip to Greenwich the first weekend of February 2022 was the first time visiting since my mother final moved out from the city and therefore I had to book somewhere to stay. It was such a nice surprise to be treated as a guest and not as cattle while staying at Greenwich premiere inn. Please get the rest of your branches to be more like this and the stay might match up to the comfortable beds.

Stayed twice now and both times been look after by Marina. She is very friendly and makes everyone feel welcome! Would 100% recommend a stay at this Premier inn.
M. R.
A fantastic quiet well located hotel with good food and affordable prices. The staff are amazing. Well done.
J. W.
Clean, basic facilities. Though stretched staff were friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast selection, with plenty of variety. Bed was perfectly comfortable for an overnight stay. Would use this facility again.
S. M.
Good location, close to the DLR. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Our room, a family room, was very small and disappointing though. No opening window meant it was very warm and stuffy. And the one window that we did have was high up and looking out onto the side of another building.
T.
Affordable rooms with very comfortable beds - not the fanciest/ prettiest but if you’re in London for 1 or 2 nights, it does the job!
S. A. S.
Really great service and good food. Staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Would choose to stay here anytime again.
H. J. F.
Extremely clean and tidy, nice room with aircon/heating controls, comfy bed and a very good shower. The perfect hotel for use at the O2 arena as it is 20 minute bus ride directly from outside the o2 arena. Staff where nice and the breakfast was good as usual.
B.
We have stayed here a few times now when in London, and what a wonderful, clean and value for money hotel it is. The staff are polite, well trained and excellent at their job. If you're staying in Greenwich then I'd most certainly recommend this place!
M. B.
Spent a night - 30th/31st of Oct, the staff are absolutely amazing. I've been to various Premier Inns across the UK & this is the best service so far. I'll definitely come back if I can
M. R.
Well it was ok, but the rooms were a little basic.... No phone in the room, so not able to call reception. The tv was quite small, and not a smart TV, and all the channels need updating as they're all on the wrong numbers, and some are not even still broadcasting!
S. W.
Didji, Malaye (sorry if not the correct spelling) and the team are amazing. Helped me out with all my requess and did so with a smile.
Lenny Henry bed/pillow black out curtains are worth 5 stars alone.
b. j.
comfortable clean rooms .The only complaint I have is the tv hasn't been tuned in since the hotel was built .Lack of tv channels because of this
M. S.
Great experience and highly recommend this hotel
Just came back from a mini break in Greenwich and also to see our son who is at university .
The staff is very courteous, friendly , welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. Rooms and public areas are spotless. Big shout out to bubbly Marina (from Peru 🇵🇪) and her brilliant time! ☺️ Thank you for making our experience so special
Quiet location but 5min walk from the DLR station and only 15min walk to the centre of Greenwich and all it’s main attractions. Bus stop right outside in case you don’t fancy walking to town. No 177 takes you straight to the Cutty Sark and centre of Greenwich
The breakfast was plenty and delicious 😋
Myself and my husband liked the experience so much we already booked to come back around Xmas time. Can’t wait!
R. B.
Enjoyed my stay. Nice room and bed and friendly helpful staff. Good rates and would stay here again
E. H.
The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and I had everything i need but one night sleep there it was very loud so didn't get much sleep hence not 5 stars .
M. S.
We have stayed here for a few nights so far and have found the staff to be very helpful, welcoming and nothing was ever too much for them. Very good bus services from the hotel to travel around London.
B. K.
Functional , albeit rather average experience. Good points tho once you step out the main door you're in the heart of friendly Greenwich with tons of amenities at your feet.
J. H.
Good location and close to two tube stations so easy to get into London.
Room was clean and had everything you needed for a break.
Staff were polite and helpful, my only concern was breakfast, due to covid restrictions it was table service and not the usual buffet, did wait quite a long time to be seated and again for our breakfast to arrive, which was only just warm when we received it and not worth the £9.99 at all, but overall I was happy with my stay and would book again
A. G.
Usual premier inn, good value, clean and tidy and a great breakfast in a good location for the DLR. A short walk down to the river for the Uber boat and the Cutty Sark. Will stay here again when in London.
G. W.
Room a good size, beds clean and comfortable. Curtains nice and dark.
TV worked well. Bathroom clean.
Staff very polite and helpful.
Drinks in bar reasonably priced. About 20 mins walk from waterfront but lots of good shops on the way. Would use this again.
a. p.
Ideal location for Deptford , Greenwich and the DLR with excellent comfort for sleeping,TV, bath and shower. Selection on the menu in the restaurant wide and varied embracing vegitairian options. Stayed for a week and not at all dissappointed.
A. C.
Goid location. Staff amazing. Staying in family room kuds bed not great really wobbly and sink very slow to drain .goid value great breakfast kids ate free bonus
T. P.
Room was fine, food wasn't great but staff were friendly and welcoming.
P. G.
Absolutely cannot praise the staff here enough. Natalia and the team made our special weekend so much more special- thank you Natalia.
K. P.
Staff were friendly and the room was clean.
Only thing that let it down was the vending machines weren’t working properly, my daughter put money in one and it didn’t vend.
M. H.
Fully catered facilities, very comfy beds. The staff couldn't have been kinder.
l. B.
Room as you would expect from Premier Inn. Unfortunately breakfast service is an utter disaster. Significantly reduced number if tables. No buffet everything has to be ordered to the table. They appear to be operating with significantky reduced staff and don't think the staff they have are experienced. One day we got a very slow, warm breakfast. The next day we left after 1 hour and a quarter having had cold toast and hot drinks. We have up on the rest. Lots of very unhappy customers. The need to restrict the number of tables further or just do continental until they get on top of things.
P. W.
Nice place. Stuff was polite. Room was clean and cozy.
S. W.
Good value, convenient location, clean and tidy hotel - recommended.
r. g.
Stopped in Premier Inns all over the country,
I must say, the staff hear were far the most accommodating, very friendly, very helpful.
Thank you
S. W.
Friendly and quiet hotel, 2nd stay here
R. L.
Cheaper than most hotels, a bit frayed at the edges, but clean and comfortable.
A. G.
Clean but very tired, needs a refurb, damaged bath, peeling walls, one towel between 2 people, no kettle.
G. W.
This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I really like it! The location for me is fantastic. It's easy enough to reach from the city and it's close to the Train station and amenities. I also really like Greenwich as an area. If and when I come back to London this hotel will be very close to the top of my list.
K. d. C.
Really safe rooms ok safe clean food amazing .
a. m.
Nice place, not far from river ,straight on river taxi and save on london parking. Speaking of parking when you book here also ring to reserve a parking bay located underground its limited. Quite a few things to do locally (cutty sark, navel museum, queens House, observertry and a nice park + nice shops etc

Amazing 2 night stay. Bed is really comfy and our room was perfect down to every detail. Loved how the TV can move to be watched whilst in the bath, great specialised make-up mirror and staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
J. S.
Clean, safe, tidy. Staff very friendly.
P. L.
Problem with pillows, bit naff, but apart from , nice night sleep
G. R.
Nice place friendly staff. Bed was broke and not by me lol
E. G.
Fantastic Hotel and great time.
Thouroughly Recommended
D. S.
Service was what we had hoped for considering the 'new normal' felt confident staying there. Bed was very comfortable and on the desk was information about the cleaning regime. Put my mind at rest as I went to sleep...
C. R.
Very friendly service and a great breakfast atmosphere!
R. E.
I stayed in Premier Inn Greenwich from Christmas Eve to Boxing day and had a pleasant experience here. I had no problems or issues during my stay here the check in process was very quick and easy using the machine. The room was spacious, comfortable and warm with amenities like a desk, sofa, hairdryer, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed on the first floor of the hotel and had no issues with noise so had a pleasant sleep on both nights I stayed. The only quibble I have is the restaurant food, I had haddock and chips and they tasted awful, it was very over done and the chips were terrible quality like something premium branded and shop bought instead of restaurant quality. I enjoyed the unlimited breakfast and dessert though.
R. A.
We stayed just overnight, room is clean, bed are comfy, air-conditioned, toilet bathroom clean and nice. Near to bus station and tube station. Friendly staff.
M. K.
Room was clean and tidy. Seeing the towel folded into a swan was a nice touch. Friendly staff and within walking distance to transport links. Shower was nice and warm no flooding or plumbing issues.
Only downside is that the road outside is a little bit noisy during the night. But nothing you can do about that! Would have been 5 stars if the residents knew how to be quiet at 3am 😋👍
G. C.
The rooms were very cold on arrival and cold every time we returned to the room. We phoned reception every day and was told they control the heating from reception and would turn it on. This happened every day and became very annoying. Also housekeeping failed to top up the toilet roll on 2 out of 5 days. Some of the staff were approachable and some weren't. Generally, the hotel was good but could have been a lot better for a Premier Inn.
v. s.
Good location, 10 mins walking distance to the city centre, very quiet, family room is quite big but the TV is too small though!
Given the situation, breakfast is only served at the table with less choice than usual. Service was a bit slow, it took us around 45 mins to be served and eat... Otherwise, nothing serious to complain about.
e. D.
I liked how easily you can check in by jumping the line and use the screen. The room was clean and nice. I loved the towels placed on the bed. That was a lovely towel origami - the shape was a swan. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition.
J. C.
Just stayed at Greenwich Premier Inn for a couple of nights. The room was lovely and clean and plenty of space for two people. Beds were cosy and so comfortable, very quiet in and around the hotel.
We also had a breakfast and very good value for money with all you can eat, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries and cooked items.
Staff here very helpful and can’t do enough for you, very polite and friendly from reception, restaurant and house keeping.
Highly recommend!!!!
D. A.
Rooms are ok. Staff are nice but the parking situation is a real pain. They have limited spaces and first come first serve. Otherwise you need to wait till after 5pm to park on local residential streets
D. B.
For the price, this hotel was outstanding. The bedroom and bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly. Tube stations are a close walk. there are two good options for dinner if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Try the Golden Cafe across the street for breakfast and Golden Chippy for dinner.
S. B.
really nice staff and great location. Would recommend going to Greenwich Market which is about 10 minutes walk away and has lots of street food and little shops
p. r.
We had a one night stay at this hotel in a twin room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, tea and coffee in the room, also extra pillows. The girl on reception called a taxi to take us to the o2 which was cut price virtually half the cost of a taxi we got back to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a very large variety to choose from. All the staff were lovey and friendly, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
K. D.
This is not a five star hotel, do not get me wrong. However it is really clean, you are well provided for, the beds are comfortable. It is fairly basic, but kept very well. A little walk from Greenwich itself, but an easy walk. Staff were lovely. There is a nice bar for a relaxed drink.
R. B.
Loved it. Fantastic room, very quiet with their usual top notch bed. Very friendly staff. Took the meal deal, just over £26 gets you a two course evening meal with a drink (wine, beer or a soft drink) and their all you can eat Breakfast - incredible value for money.
M. S.
Arrived an hour early..given a coffee until room was ready. Then checked in by polite, friendly helpful staff. Room was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. Bed was so comfortable and slept very well. Everything in the room that was needed for a comfy stay.
Sadly breakfast at 9am was extremely busy and was a lack of hot food choice. As soon as more came out it went within minutes. I did eat from other choices though including yoghurt, croissants, fresh fruit, muffins and plenty of tea/coffee available. When I mentioned the lack of hot food I was immediately refunded the full cost of breakfast and was given an apology.
All in all my stay was excellent with first class customer service.
B. B.
Worth the stay and lovely car park .
S. K.
Great location, convenient for dlr if you don't mind travelling or happen to just love Greenwich. Really efficient friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, good value for money. Comfortable room for an adult and two kids. One of my kids is practically adult sized, so really the second single bed was too small for her. All slept really well though once bed allocation was sorted!
M. H.
Very clean and comfortable. Well situated for tourist sites close to the river.
A. N.
The hotel is pretty comfortable and the staff is quite efficient and warm. The rooms are comfortable but all the rooms are non smoking with smoke detectors installed in all the rooms. The restaurant has a good menu and all varieties of food is available. The meal deal is really good and value for money. The only flip side of the hotel is that they don't supply drinking water which can be a problem for many but there is a convenience store nearby from where one can buy water.
K. H.
Stayed here in a family room for 2 nights. On arrived we were booked straight in and the room was a great size. There were only single pillows but when we spoke to the receptionist on our qay out to eat, she said this would be sorted when we returned and sure enough it was sorted.
The breakfast was first class on both mornings and there was lots of choice.
My only issue was was on the second evening we chose to eat in the restaurant at the hotel. There were only about 6 tables seated, it was only 1845, so not too late and there were 3 members of staff. However, after waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes I went to find a member of staff and found them chatting. There was no apology but we were seated. Staff attended tables around us and after waiting a further 15 minutes we decided that we weren't going to be served. We weren't the only ones to leave, a woman by herself and a couple also gave up and left. Such a shame that the service at the restaurant in the evening has let this pleasant hotel down.
M. A.
Typically excellent Premier Inn stay. Superb value for money. Good breakfast. Only 1 negative point, which I've never had before with Premier Inn - the bed was very creaky, and woke me up every time I moved. Very unusual for them.
L. B.
Room was clean and comfortable but the self check in on arrival didn’t work and it required a member of staff on their way home to alert someone in the office that we, and another customer, were waiting at the desk.
Only one set of towels was in the room for a booking of two people and when we requested an iron and board it took a long time to be delivered to the room (first world problem I know). We were also, on arrival, informed that if we need anything to phone reception on 01 (or whatever). Tricky to do this when there was no phone in the room.
Lastly, usually there is a fire escape map on the rear of the door. This hotel didn’t have that, just a sign saying in the event of a fire to go to the nearest fire exit.
I use Premier Inns a lot for work and pleasure and never usually have any issues or complaints.
C. B.
Good hotel, friendly staff and comfy bed
However the breakfast was below standard
M. A.
Nice and comfy room, everything in place, very clean, usually I check tiles to see if dirt runs down but perfect cleaning standards. The 4 star rate is for the fact that we didn't have 2 sets of towels as it is a double room. We had 2 of everything lol but not towels. Loved it though, a decent place to stay.
S. M.
Cheap and cheerful. Lovely staff. Would stay again.
P. D.
Very nice Premier Inn, its marketed as Greenwich, but it is more Deptford Bridge. Short walk from the Docklands railway station there.
The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Had a room request, which was honoured and had a lovely view out over the river creek and the Ravensbourne river. Comfortable and decent stay, with good transport links.
m. m.
Very clean, very efficient hotel. Excellent staff, good on site bar and restaurant.
n. b.
Clean and tidy, friendly staff.
Good drink and food menu available. Good location to the train station.
J. P.
Very dated..rooms were dark and not inviting at all. No bathroom accessories ie soap shower gel ... breakfast however was nice and water we had was lovely and helpful
P. C.
Great location, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Greenwich. Lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff, plus secure parking at a reasonable price. We had the best nights sleep for ages on very comfortable beds. Can't comment on the restaurant, but the menu looked interesting and the dining space was welcoming. Oh yes, and the elevators were speedy and take you from your room to the parking garage. All in all, EXCELLENT and RECOMMENDED - A*****
K. S.
Good value for money. Room did not have a "view". Waitresses serving breakfast were very polite and welcoming Breakfast very good value for money.
D. H.
Reception staff were great, room was great, but service at the bar and restaurant (for dinner and breakfast) was poor. I was left waiting to be sat down for a long time at both meal times. Our evening food order was taken and took a long time to be served. I was then charged for a drink which I had ordered, but never received! At breakfast I was left waiting again and then rushed to a table with very little explanation of what to do and where things are!
Loved the room and service by reception, but a massive improvement is needed in the bar and restaurant area.
A. 7.
I found the reception very welcoming, being in a tourist area 'cosmopolitan' would be an apt description of the environment.
The customer service was secound to none, very warm, friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms were very clean with all the basic commodities that are needed.
The breakfast was really nice! Lots of variety, with a family atmosphere.
I would definately come here again.
M. W.
Stayed here for a few nights for a concert at the O2 arena. Situated near town centre & tube stop and was able to get to the venue easily. Staff were helpful particularly one lady (whose name I forget sorry!) who made me a cup of coffee whilst the bar was shut. Room was clean & tidy. Bed made & towels replenished daily. Providing price is reasonable, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
L. B.
At least it's cheap and well located, although the cheerfulness could use work. When we arrived on a Saturday evening in mid-December there were no staff to be seen. It was a long wait to be checked in!
Otherwise, it's a Premier Inn! Nothing else to note as we didn't eat or drink here, other than to avoid the breakfast price gouge!
T. G.
Had to book 2 rooms as travelling with a 17 year old but they made sure the rooms were adjacent. Restaurant downstairs was much quicker to bring meals than the last time we stayed there. Staff were super, including receptionists and restaurant staff Natalia and Karina. A little bit of traffic noise, but not continuous and it didn't disturb sleep.
D. C.
I stayed here in desperation because my boiler had died. With no heat and no hot water anywhere that I could afford and that had a room seemed acceptable - even somewhere so very far out from Central London. I was pleasantly surprised by the place. It is one of the nicer Premier Inn branches. It is the good quality and comfort level as I expect of this company. The breakfast was good and the dining room was large and quiet. I left a wash bag behind when I checked out, and they had it safe for me when I went back for it. I would now chose this as a place to stay in the future.
L. S.
If you've stayed at a Premier Inn before, as we have, you'll know what to expect. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring all that Greenwich has to offer. DLR stops are nearby and buses run along Greenwich High Road for those wanting to explore further afield.
We received a warm welcome on arrival, check-in was quick and our (family) room quiet and comfortable.
The hotel has a restaurant which we used for breakfast which was plentiful if a little busy, but again the staff ensured we had everything we needed.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, we'd certainly go again and I'd definitely recommend to others.
P. M.
Great hotel. Fantastic location, round the corner from 2 dlr stations and an over ground station. Easy access to isle of dogs and central London. Greenwich it’s self is awesome, small community feel, loads to see and Greenwich park has the best view of London I’ve seen.
P. M.
A great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Very good breakfasts setting you up for a hard day's sightseeing.
O. U.
Situated at the quiet end of Greenwich town centre, this location provides a reasonable and yet more than standard services with good night sleep assured as traditional with premier inn. Very curtious staff. Meals are served in their on-site restaurant as an optional extra.
L. B.
Wonderful hotel. Stayed on Friday 1st to Saturday 2nd. Staff helpful. Room is nice and plenty of space. Beds comfortable. Great location. DLR less than 5 mins away taking you to Lewisham, Greenwich and Central London.
Would definitely recommend
D. F.
Amazing room and perfect service. Couldn't have asked for more. Staff at breakfast are lovely too. Rooms seem to be sound proofed as we couldn't hear any traffic! Always stay at premier inns and I never go anywhere else!
J. L.
First time at a PI. Excellent experience. Very clean, good decor, friendly, very comfortable bed, parking convenient. Highly recommended. To be repeated.
A. B.
Nice typical Premier inn great staff
M. K.
It was very hot in the room. Sadly we can't control our room temperature but wehl have to walk down to let the lady adjusted the room temperature. hotel provides phone but can't use so no use. The service was good.
J. K.
We only spent a night there to see a gig, but the room was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was decent, although you have to take an unlimited buffet option and it would have been nice to have a standard menu as well.
S. R.
Hard to say why I'm not giving this hotel full marks. The room was clean, comfy and large. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet. In the morning was actually very tasty (and all you can eat). The only real negative was the lack of character.
J. P.
We stayed here for two nights and had a lovely time, the town of Greenwich is very nice too. There is plenty to see and do to keep you occupied for a few days, the weather was phenomenal. The hotel is clean, the food is nice and the staff are helpful. We had our evening meal in the restaurant which we hadn't pre bought, the nice waiter informed us of the upgrade option which we were eligible for because we had booked breakfast the next day, this saved us some money. The carpark is onsite, under the hotel, £12 per day, first come first served. You can park on nearby streets but only until 9am.
K. O.
Nice hotel in a good location. Lovely breakfast. Very comfy beds. Nice spacious room for a family of 5. There were 2 adults, 2 children and a baby in a travel cot. The cot was already set up with blankets and sheets. My only issues are when we paid for the ultimate Wi-Fi (£5 for 24 hours) it kept disconnecting and it was rubbish. It didn't work any better than the free Wi-Fi, if anything it was worse. The other issue is when we tried to contact the front desk by phone there was no answer, we tried 3 times in total. On being unable to contact reception I went down there and there was no staff members around at all. In the end I gave up and went to bed. Other than that it's a really nice place and we would definitely stay there again.

Like Premier Inn it's nice beds, large room and even good free internet. Only negative was the lack of a large smart TV with the ability to insert a streaming stick like some other Premier Inns have. Instead opting for a very small TV.
J. D.
Clean rooms and friendly service, the biggest benefit has been the quiet. Coming in jet lagged and on no sleep, a night with no sirens or drunks was just what I needed. There are probably better options for being close to the sights, but if you want a soft mellow place to crash at the end of the night, look no further
L. M.
Well this is the second stay at this hotel and we have allways found the staff to be very pleasent well turned out and very helpfully , we have stayed in the famailt rooms both times we have visited and are more than adequate Very well located to get to most of London by the river busses , which are just a pleasent 15min walk thougth the town centre. Only down side are the shower head is fixed so you can't move it much , and no plug socket for 1 bed side table . But I would defiantly recommend .
P. M.
Fair sized comfortable rooms at a sensible price. On site restaurant with decent food.
Limited parking with a fee, but that's better than many in this price band.
N. C.
Good location near a tube station. Rooms are a little smaller than other Premier Inns we have stayed in but adiquate. Good restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. Don't forget the meal deal and eat your breakfast free next morning.
H. M.
Tidy room, very basic. Could do with an update to the TV. Understand with covid etc but on a long stay the rooms don't get cleaned which is not ideal.
A. F.
A truly beautiful experience no complaints whatsoever
S.
A good Inn. Newish, smartly presented and stylish. I wouldn't call it Greenwich though. It's nearer Deptford. But I don't suppose that has the same cache
L. K.
Quiet comfortable room but the small problems piled up. First, neither of our keys from the self-checkin machine worked for our door. The hall light outside our room (308) was out, do it was a bit dark at the end of the hall. Finally, I woke up with allergies which for me is a sign of dust in the room. Surely the regular cleaning should ensure a dust free environment?
K. M.
My husband and i have just returned from a fabulous weekend trip to London and stayed at this Premier Inn. It was the first time we had ever stayed in a Premier Inn and we were very impressed. We arrived from Deptford Bridge station and the hotel was literally across the road and round the corner. We had checked the route on google maps being unfamiliar with the area. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant our first night and enjoyed a 2 course meal plus drinks for less then £30, they do special deals if you've booked breakfast. As for breakfast, i'm not usually a big fan of self-service its usually greasy, cold and generally yuk! However we were pleasantly surprised! Great range of food and drink, cooked breakfast wasn't swimming in grease and a Costa coffee machine! Excellent start to the day. Now the only downside. Our whole visit we had issues with our rooms key card. They worked down in reception but would only ever work once in our room door and we had to constantly get them changed. I mention this because on check out we were offered a refund on the cost of breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. Overall a great stay, lovely staff and a good base for sightseeing. We visited the Cutty Sark and Greenwich Observatory and getting to the O2 was a doddle.
N. J.
The staff are nice and very helpful. It costs 10 to get from there to the O2 by taxi which they help you with as it's cheaper than a black cab. It's close to the trainstation and town and has a fish and chip place next door to it. As well as the bar and restaurant inside the hotel which is nice to spend time in. Also offers a luggage storage room.
B. J.
Had a meal here. Very tasty and lovely waitress from Romania. My friend was staying so had a look at her room, clean and cozy.
P. S.
Went to Premier Inn Greenwich to see a band at the O2 - staff greeted us warmly, were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was clean and tidy fsirly large and the facilities spot on, fantastic shower - powerful and hot, easy to adjust the temperature, not suddenly hot or cold. Slept really well - very comfortable mattress, missed breakfast due to hangover, but my mates staying in room few doors down said it was fantastic (full english and continental) and highly recommend it. Only issue was that the bar was closed before we went out for the evening, but it was a sunday to be fair. Honestly highly recommend premier inn(s) for decent budget overnightstays. Book as far in adcance as you can for extra value!
E. M.
Just spent the week end (Friday to Monday) here. What a time myself and 5 others had. Hotel 10 out of 10, Staff Friendly and kindness itself, especialy Linda, would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The best week end ever.
B. M.
Excellent value for money, staff are very friendly and helpful.Close to trains,DLR and bus connections,my place to stay in London
B. O.
The quality is exactly what it says on the tin; premier! Absolutely fantastic, clean good sized rooms, enjoyed my stay...
J. S.
Fantastic staff at this hotel, treated our son like royalty when they realised it was his birthday, Maria deserves a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast.
z. a.
Friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms and super comfy beds. A bit far from Westminster, as there is no direct tube link between the two. Takes around 45 min to get to Westminster. Greenwich area is lovely too.
Z. H.
This hotel is your average Premier Inn located at London Greenwich but is very nice inside. Food is pretty nice and they have a computer and printer in the downstairs lobby. You can also have breakfast if you pay for it when booking over the phone or online. Rooms seem pretty clean and there is an underground car park but no lifts into the hotel, so better to walk via the car park road and enter via reception after parking your car.
V. W.
Fantastic staff. So much quieter than the middle of London. Surrounded in historic places. Great village with wonderful food. Close to transport. The manager was very nice and helpful.
N. C.
Good location near the tube and Maritime Greenwich. Nice restaurant with a meal deal option that includes a full breakfast and kids eat breakfast free. Friendly helpful staff. We'll definitely go back.
N. G.
Comfortable, good size family room, great location. Brilliant attention to detail, gave flowers and a card to my mum for her birthday. They saw her birthday girl badge and presented rgem to her at breakfast. Above and beyond.
R. C.
I have stayed in a few premiere inns around d the uk and this one is truly exceptional. Their bar and restaurant areas have the prices of your local but the decor of a fine dining 5 star restaurant.
M. J.
Another Premier Inn that didn't disappoint, I slept like a log. In fact, I slept so well that I didn't hear the apparent fire alarm that went off during the night (had an apology letter under the door). Don't know whether that's due to me being ridiculously shattered or just a testament to the comfy bed.
Location is great, it's London so you can pretty much get anywhere from anywhere in a nifty time using the good old tubes. The room I stayed in wasn't one of the newer ones I've been in at Premier hotels, not sure if this is the case throughout the entire hotel. For example, the TV was a little small and not mounted on the wall directly in front of the bed, and there's no USBs on the plug sockets at the desk. No biggy though, still a good room nonetheless.
G. M.
Fab service, very clean and spacious
R. J.
Good stay. Could have wider breakfast selection. Building work at the time which is no fault of premier Inn. Draft from windows made room very cold, but heating is provided.
J. M.
Decent hotel for exploring the area. No evidence of free parking so not sure why that appears on the amenities list. Wouldn't recommend asking reception to book you a taxi - the default company (Carlton?) was appalling. 35 mins late (for a wedding...) and no regard for road safety (one seat and working seatbelt per passenger doesn't seem too much to ask).
A. H.
A great place to stay if you want to be on the edge of London.. I love it here.. Greenwich at the weekend is vibrant and busy, lots of places to eat, drink and shop.
The hotel is clean, pleasant staff and I recommend highly.
M. E.
Decent enough location between Greenwich and Deptford Bridge DLR station. The lift was out when we stayed which was annoying as I stayed on the 4th floor. Rooms clean and tidy if a little dated.
P. G.
Comfortable bed in a quiet hotel (especially if you are facing the courtyard) and a comprehensive breakfast (surcharge). Good free wifi, a great place for a stopover in Greenwich / early event the next day.
S. 2.
More than adequate Premier Inn located in Greenwich. It's not central London so be aware of how long it will take to reach the hotel. Staff were pleasant and food in the restaurant was decent. The rooms are functional rather than anything special but serve their purpose.
F. H.
Short walk from Deptford Bridge DLR station, so rather out of the way if you want to visit some of the more popular tourist attractions. However, the price is much cheaper here than further in the city, and the tube fares are relatively cheap, as this falls in Zone 2 (stations and tourist spots are all in Zone 1).
Has an automated check in service, but the main reception can get busy at peak times. Car park accessible by permit, which is given upon arrival, with enough reserved spots for all guests. Room was clean, and rather spacious (booked a family room, came with a double bed and a chaise lounge), however had one small, high up window, which overlooked the bins. There was no fan available at reception, so a member of staff had to come up and open the window for us. Limited amounts of tea and coffee supplies, so had to ask for more.
Dinner was expensive, but tasty. Plenty of options, but a very limited meal deal selection. Wait staff were very polite, even in the small dining room/bar. Breakfast was a buffet style with a wide variety of food available. Very tasty, with a lrge basket of mini muffins to take from.
Stayed for 3 nights, and the hotel staff were very hospitable, and polite, but seemed permanently distracted by talking to other guests at the same time as ourselves. Good disabled access, as everything was on the ground floor with no steps, and the lifts were large and clean. Corridors leading to rooms were narrow though, and not totally soundproofed.
All in all, would recommend, and would visit again.
I. G.
It's a Premier Inn and did what Premier Inns do - provide good accommodation - together with a good breakfast and surprisingly good dinner all at sensible prices. Waiting staff need to learn red wine is not served in a bucket of ice!
H. Y.
Easy to get to the O2, it's on the tube line.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Our bed was fairly uncomfortable and there seems to be a night club down the road so the kick-out time woke us up.
Breakfast was well topped up and there was lots of stuff on offer.
N. O.
We stopped here for breakfast, service was excellent (although it is a self service buffet). The restaurant is comfortable with lots of seating and the food was plentiful although some of the hot items had been sitting out for a while. I would come again.
R. C.
Very handy place to stay when visiting the o2. Good bus service and close to Greenwich. Not new but clean and comfortable.
D. M.
Brilliant location . Friendly but not over helpful staff . Food tastes great but way over priced . Rooms ok but ours smelt of tobbacco despite it being none smoking. Parking situation is rediculous and very costly . Its good but have stayed in far better premiere inns further North .
J. f.
Like this hotel. Hotel helpers so nice. Big breakfast options very tasty. Comfortable beds sleep very good.
R. M. G.
Great hotel and location. Tip for getting into central London quick is not to use the DLR, but to get the overground from Greenwich to London Bridge and then onto the Jubilee line into central London. Takes about 15 minutes rather than 45 minutes!
B. S.
Situated in good proximity to Greenwich DLR Station with extremely friendly staff, clean fairly basic rooms as you'd expect with this kind of hotel. Would recommend.
G. L.
This is a good hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good and the room rates are decent value as well.
b. b.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is spacious, comfy, and good overall. The bathroom is clean and spacious too. The bed is not hard.
l. h.
Spotlessly clean, superb breakfast, great location for DLR and exploring Greenwich and the most amazing ladies on reception...they gave our kids a bottle of bubbles each on arrival and a large pot of sweets and chocolate buttons after breakfast one morning.... all the staff are super friendly.
H. B.
We thought it was good until we had to realise that we were stolen a robe of my wife's. So this was a severe blow to our otherwise positive experience. Can't stand thiefs, disgusting.
I wonder if it was the cleaning staff, they most likely had access to the room, and were seeing the robe. My new suit was left untouched.
So, locking up your belongings including your clothing is good advice for the future.
J. D.
Close to the overland and DLR train station, 10 minute walk from the centre of Greenwich. Large rooms, very clean. Friendly staff and breakfast wasn't too bad, decent selection.
S. B.
Was great with booking in came with my wife and sister and they put us on the same floor and the staff were friendly
C. W.
Room was spotless and staff were very friendly! Loved how it was 15mins on DLR to Bank in Central London. Was nice to explore Greenwich, Cutty Sark and Canary Wharf which are all a few stops away on the DLR. Would deffinate recommend and stay here again!
B. C.
Have been staying here for work reasons, fantastic staff who are very polite and welcoming, but as a word of warning do not leave you vehicle outside on private road even if your sitting in it waiting for staff to open the gate to lower car park which you have to book space for.
After returning from a nightshift early on a Saturday morning I was waiting in the vehicle while my colleague went to ask a member of staff to open the gate to the car park, this took some time as there are not many members of staff on the nightshift and I was issued a ticket for £60 which was stuck on my vehicle in the premmier parking bay
C. T.
We have stayed here a few times and will do again next summer it's so easy to find and is a great base if your going to the 02 as the DLR station is a few minutes walk.
V. W.
Visited for breakfast twice. Good selection but they have decided Deptford is now "central London" for pricing purposes so their breakfast is more expensive than in most Premier Inns. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
W. P.
Your average Premier Inn, fantastic bed and room like normal but that is about it. Vending machines didn't recognise any cards, the assistant couldn't really care and just said to try another card (after watching me try 2 already). I ended up having to go to the bar to get a drink and was charged £4.80 for a pint of lemonade - I know it is London but still.
I would probably avoid this Premier Inn again in the future and finding another.
J. E.
It was clean and great bedding. However, we booked there because reviews said that it's walking distance to the O2. That's absolute rubbish.
d. s.
Staff very attentive Breakfast Good
p. m.
Cheap and cheerful. Room was spacious and clean, 5 mins walk to either Greenwich or Deptford Bridge DLR stations. Had dinner the first night, food was poor but there are some good places to eat in Greenwich.
K. K.
Love it had great time
R. D.
Nice hotel. A little bit of a walk away from the centre but close to trains. The room we stayed in had little Wi-Fi service which I know is vital to some people. Would stay here again.
D. M.
Clean and comfortable hotel. Only 15 minutes taxi ride to the O2 with good travel links to central London. Uber service to and from O2 was fantastic at only £10 each way.
S. P.
The food at the thyme restaurant was good, well presented and tasty. Unfortunately the menu was slightly limited as the usual stuff were out on a training day and all staff on the day were brought in from other premier inn's so not all food was available but the stand in staff did an exceptional job considering they had never worked there before.
S. B.
The bed was amazing, bedding was comfortable, good location for London fairly near everything (when using uber), breakfast was 5* loads of selection for a cheap price.
M. P.
Slow to checkin as a group of 3 with 3 rooms. No real explanation given. Very nice rooms and comfortable bed though. Standard freeview tv. Wifi seemed reasonable at £3 for 24 hours but had excellent 3G coverage
B. H.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Big clean room and close to dlr Deptford Bridge Station. 20 minute walk to Greenwich Park and observatory. Definitely be back in the future, especially if going to the O2 for an event
B. A.
Good rooms. Basic but good bed and linen.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts.
R. D.
Very nice hotel, excellent and very helpful staff. Good location near DLR metro station and near Greenwich/Cutty Sark for exploring.
Hotel is on busy road so rooms at front are subject to traffic noice. Rooms are clean and comfy. Recommended.
M. L.
We've stayed here several times, it is exactly what you would expect of a premier inn. Clean rooms, nothing fancy, but nothing terrible, and only a 5 minute walk in to Greenwich
d.
Spent 4 comfortable nights in December 2014. Very convenient location for access to our son & daughter, who both live in SE London, and for getting into central London for various activities, including watching family member play Hal in Henry IV Part 1 at the Barbican. Breakfast very good. Car parking bit of a hassle as restricted street parking nearby and limited spaces available for Premier Inn customers in underground car park, which seemed to be mainly allocated to adjacent apartments but not used. Would recommend as ideal location for visiting London, especially Greenwich & museums, if reasonably fit & healthy & able to use public transport, which is very good: 2 stops to London Bridge by train or DLR to Canary Wharf & Bank.
T. S.
Lovely room. Comfortable bed. So clean and close to the station. I enjoyed everything about the hotel
J. A.
Really great hotel, staff were really helpful. Rooms clean and tidy, great food, breakfast was super.
A. R. A.
Great staff, clean rooms, we were there for one month, excellent! The only thing missing is a fridge in the bedrooms!! I will be back
P. J.
Good location. Nice rooms. When parking you have to stop outside reception and ask the staff to let you in the gated entrance to the car park. It is not free.
C. D.
Very nice, pretty small hotel!! Quiet, confortable bedrooms. Pleasant breakfast area and delicious food. Good location, walking distance to restaurantes and pubs. I certainly recommend it
D. H.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Great friendly staff, beautifully clean modern rooms and ģreat food. The price for London was amazing.
L. B.
It's fine for a one night stop, not as nice as some of the other premier inns we have stayed in but staff were really good and breakfast was replenished regularly.
T. R.
Very good service and at tentative staff, recommended food and the breakfasts are legend. You really can eat yourself to an early grave so self control will be required.
D. F.
The staff (with the exception of one friendly young lady) are all rude. The rooms are very clean and comfy as is to be expected from premier inn. Over all its poor for a premier inn.
D. A.
Great meal. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room looked good on arrival as with most premiere inns,
B. S.
Easy and as expected. The room was quiet, 415 if you're looking for a room at the very end of a hallway. The staff were all genuinely nice.
A. W.
From the train station it is a pain to find! Especially if you do not know your way round London on foot! I then didn't have a very good night's sleep due to being cold and the bed didn't feel comfortable.
B. M.
Great location very quiet. Rooms were clean an of modern design. Food in restaurant was great. Easy reach from DLR station.
G. L.
We had comfortable beds and in the morning we were welcomed to breakfast and shown where everything was which allowed us to have a delicious meal.
C. H.
Our favourite one to use in London, with a relaxed location and friendly, helpful staff. There is a DLR around the corner and next to that is the No 453 bus that starts there and takes you past a lot of the main sights in Central London on route to Marylebone.
A. W.
A lovely hotel with amazing good. Breakfast was delicious. Easy access from train station. Friendly staff
C. S.
Very friendly and clean good service which is what we expect from premier Inn as we have used them quite often, thanks again for a great stay.
S. J.
Great place rite from entering the staff were very friendly and helpfull . The rooms are great and spacious and the breakfast bar is excellent
P. G.
Just spent 2 nights here - nice and clean, lovely friendly helpful staff and a lovely breakfast, also easy to get to Greenwich Uni to be at our Granddaughter's Graduation Ceremony, would definitely stay there again.
N. T. P.
Thank you Premier Inn for the great customer service. Thank you Niki for your assistance. Great room and location for all the attractions of Greenwich.
R. E.
Really welcoming. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Execellent value meals. Staff very helpful and friendly
K. W.
Stayed here many times over the years have never had anything to complain about pleasant staff rooms are excellent restaurant 1st class .
I. P.
Nice restaurant and bar.
The best thing about this premier Inn is the staff. They are fantastic. From reception, bar, restaurant and house keeping. You will not find better in a premier Inn.
N. E.
Clean rooms nice bed quieter than I thought it would be and the self check in is really good. Can't really complain to be honest
M. N.
Restaurant team worked hard to make up for when they were short staffed. New menu but don't recommend the burrito. Maybe there wasn't much to it because it was a low cal option.
T. O.
Our stay was lovely, friendly staff, clean room. Couldn't have wished for anything more
G. K.
It's okay, just to sleep.. Its just conjested for 4 people. Very closed rooms and hard to stay without aircon on
D. R.
Standard Premier Inn Hotel stay close to Greenwich Town, smaller than normal beds but had a good nights sleep. Restaurant and bar on site, 12 min walk to DLR.
M. D.
Great clean rooms. But there what i constant running in the hallways and pounding the rooms doors. But still great value
C. P.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy and the food was lovely couldn't ask for more.
B. B.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast was pretty standard but still good. Overall a decent Premier Inn
T. B.
Good location for Greenwich attractions. Only standard sized beds in rooms.
J. P.
Great stay rooms clean and completely meet requirements. Really friendly helpful staff
S. 8.
Comfortable rooms and friendly staff but a little further out to want to stay again
J. P.
Spacious room, comfortable beds, reasonable price, downsides are, reception rarely manned and phone not answered when either from room or external, also ultimate wifi is a waste of money, not any faster and constantly disconects
A. P.
Vending machine it's not work no have any open shop around 24hrs if you need water just from the tap :(
D. D.
Good location and rates... Clean, comfortable... Only breakfast being served at present...
.
A. T.
Friendly extremely helpful staff and excellent standard of room got the week off to a great start, Ps wish I could take the bed home with me
R. M.
Nice clean hotel close to DLR, reasonable prices and well served by busses into Greenwich. Only 25 mins to the O2 by bus.
N. B.
A nice clean hotel situated in a area to be wary about. There is no onsite parking but I did find free parking in van guard road.
I. r.
I liked this because it was so quiet and very good breakfast and staff. I think the Wifi could of been a lot better but still good!!
