We loved our bike tour and would recommend to anyone. We were a mixed age and ability group and everyone had a brilliant time. This is the way to see real London if you don't want to get sucked into the usual tourist tat. As a London resident, I got to see places for the first time and my non-London friends loved the pretty back streets and hearing all the unusual stories. We're definitely coming back to do one of the other tours with Owain soon, who is so friendly and clearly loves what he does. For anyone unsure about cycling in London, it was far easier than we imagined and really relaxed.

We had a fantastic bike tour around parts of London that we had never seen. Oswain was very accommodating and full of information. We loved finding out who lives where etc. Bikes were great and so pretty. Would defiantly recommend RBT.

To see the different Burroughs, experience the fresh air and sites, all with a handy guide (thats Owain) by your side? The Red Bike Tour was one of the most enjoyable city tours I’ve ever been on, and such a great way to see London from a new perspective. I’ve been a Londoner for over 6 years, and thought I was familiar with areas such as Chelsea, Westminster and Kensington, so I was surprised at how many fascinating things I’d walked past for years without noticing. Great idea for a corporate team building event as the private tours are professionally handled yet easy to tailor to what you need and great fun. The private tour guide, Owain, is knowledgeable, interesting and engaging; just a good guy to spend time with. My friends and I are always looking for new ways to enjoy the city without breaking the bank and this is the perfect example of that. It was very relaxed, the bikes were easy to use and the route was well chosen to be light on traffic wherever possible and (thank you 🙏) completely flat. A refreshing beer in the park part way through was a lovely way to round out the experience; many thanks to Owain for a fantastic day out.

Red bike tours were fantastic! We saw some real hidden gems around London and learned a lot - all at a relaxed, enjoyable pace. Owain was a great host and knew all sorts of interesting facts about the city. The bikes were great quality and setting us up on them was all done very smoothly and professionally. The tour was brilliant! Owain is a great guide who knows a lot about london and took us on some really good routes around the city whilst being informative at the same time. We saw all of the popular tourist spots as well as some more unique areas with interesting history. He knew some nice places to stop at on the way to get some lunch and towards the end of the tour we even stopped off at a very authentic and enjoyable English pub! I would definitely use red bike tours again and would recommend to friends looking for an enjoyable interesting way of seeing London!

Having visited London on a number of previous occasions I thought I knew the city fairly well - how wrong I was. Owain’s tour takes you beyond the usual headline attractions to give a fascinating insight into London’s past and present. He is an excellent guide, enthusiastic, extremely well informed and has a great sense of humour. The bikes are comfortable and well maintained and the route easy to negotiate and well paced. We all thoroughly enjoyed this tour - a great way to see London.

We enjoyed a fantastic private tour with Owain this week at the very last minute. He accommodated our request so quickly and met us with a smile and complete professionalism. He took us to some legacy spots, and some lesser known areas as well. He went above the call of duty when he took the boys for burgers so my husband and I could enjoy a quick adult beverage at a Chelsea pub. We had a blast with Owain and would highly recommend his tour for a fun day out with friends or family.

We had such a fun tour with Owain - he was relaxed and full of interesting information about London. My husband and I suggested doing the tour to some friends from New Zealand and we were really impressed with Owain’s style and his knowledge of the city. We learnt such a lot and had a fantastic day. We liked exploring parts of the city that were off the usual tourist trail, but it still included the highlights like Buckingham Palace, which was good for our friends who had never visited before. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone - it’s a really great way to see lots of parts of London that are hidden but fascinating. Ten out of ten!

What a great and fun day in London!! I didn't expect that it's so easy to explore the City by bike. I was a bit worried, due to London traffic, but Owain knows his city really well and figures out the perfect way to go - even if there is a huge movie production going on and nearly every street around buckingham palace is blocked. ;-) This tour is anything but ordinary and shows London from the most beautiful side. Definetely do it again on next visit!! The typical red bus tour is kind of fun. But if you really like to see the real London you take the Red Bike! Thank you Owain!

Just returned from a Red Bike Tour with work colleagues. We hadn’t realised how beautiful London sights and its multicoloured leaved parks are in the Autumn. Owain is full of interesting details about this city and made sure we felt comfortable and happy. We felt great at the end and were sorry it was over. I arranged a long weekend in London for a large group of friends to celebrate my 40th, and wanted to plan a few activities. Took a chance on Red Bike Tours, and knew after talking to Owain (who runs the tours) on the phone that we'd have an enjoyable and relaxing afternoon seeing some beautiful areas of the city, rather than just trying to hit all the big attractions (I'd done a bike tour in London years ago and was a bit stressed when battling some crazy traffic in places). Firstly - the bikes. Obviously fairly new and well looked after (and so pretty!) The bright red helped us easily spot group members. Next up, kudos to our guide Owain for sharing some interesting facts at places of interest and having a good instinct for knowing when to get the ride moving again. He clearly knows a lot about the city and we enjoyed testing his knowledge with silly questions! Owain took us through some truly beautiful and fascinating places in London (some of those mews streets - picture postcards!!). Importantly, the route he took felt very safe and there were many parts of the ride where 2 or 3 of us could ride side by side and chat. Owain incorporated a mini picnic in the park at my request and even offered to play some fun tunes on his portable speaker. He really made the day fun and set the tone perfectly for my party weekend. Thank you Owain! Definitely recommend booking a bike for a fun and interesting day out.

Fabulous half day in London - not to be missed! Owain our guide was relaxed, knowledgeable and so happy to tailor the trip for our group of four - all ages.
