We traveled around the world for two and a half months, from the beginning of November 2016 to the end of January 2017. It was in large part thanks to the professionals of "roundtheworldflights" that the preparation of our trip was a success. It was we who elaborated the itinerary but it was Sanjay who realized all the bookings of the flights, their connections as well as additional flight possibilities for really small prices. We asked for some changes but there was no problem. Sanjay has helped us a lot with very useful advice on some countries. We have always had very detailed and complete information about the flight plan and the changes. We were very satisfied with the competence and professionalism of this company and we recommend it to frequent travelers.

Great Service. We booked a 5 week trip with Round the World Flights which included a total of 13 flights covering South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand & Tokyo The information received prior to the trip was excellent and any schedule changes were advised well in advance. We have just returned and all I can say is that we had a fantastic time. Every flight and connection went smoothly and we were even upgraded on a couple of the flights. roundtheworldflights is an absolute MUST if you're looking to book your adventure (and/or relaxing escape) of a lifetime. Stuart was a great at helping me nail down my itinerary and happily accommodated all flight changes with incredible speed, all the while being super to talk/write to. (I like to think all the folks there do a happy dance when they've successfully changed a flight... which is all the time... yup, that's a lot of dancing.) I really appreciated the fact that even while Stuart was on holiday, Sanjay immediately took up responding to all my questions and concerns, no matter how repetitive on my end. This group WILL make planning your trip easier and will most definitely provide you with the feeling of security that there's someone to count on to answer your flight questions whilst abroad. They were so great I booked my travel insurance with them too. I'm still traveling Round The World and have now enjoyed 9 months of my year trip in South Asia and heading for Australia and NZ. My journey started with Stuart who helped me with my route and which flights to take for my trip as at that point I had no idea but know now that he knows his stuff as my 'loop' through S-E Asia went well. During my trip I had to change my dates many times as as Stuart predicted I'm having a great time so spend a lot more time in each country which meant I had to prolong my trip to the full year. Every time Stuart or one of his colleagues would get back to me and change me flights or put me on a waiting list so I didn't have to go or deal with local travel agents and language barriers. This is very useful and something less to worry about.I can highly recommend the guys at the Angel branch and would visit them again for my next trip or travel in 2014. Thank you! Angelique

Round the world flights have been truly fantastic from start to finish of my round the world trip. Really helpful, patient, responsive, efficient and totally reliable and trustworthy. I feel one hundred per cent safe knowing they will respond so quickly whatever needs doing and are completely there for you whatever you need , .I will be using them again as soon as possible for my next trip. They also make travel really exciting as it seems so reasonably priced to fly round the world stopping off wherevever you fancy rather than there and back to Australia New Zealand etc. I will be recommending them to everyone as the best way to travel . Hello Simon and Jarvis. Just got back to Cologne last night and wanted to thank you both for the 1st Class Service and help. Everything went as planned , no hitch. Great Organisation. Airlines were good.. even Jet Connect gave me a Flight Etui, Meals and Video/Media Choice included... and the service was very good...as were British Airways, American Eagle, American Airlines and Qantas. Very professional service. Sanjay was extremely helpful in advising me of what airlines, the best routes and making sure that he knew exactly what I wanted. He put together the perfect package and even managed to have me upgraded to Premium Class on the first leg of the flight. I have used RTWF on a number of occasions for both business and leisure trips. The attention to detail of the customer's needs and general service is first rate, with staff always patiently searching for the best flight options and other passenger requests, as well as ensuring everything pre-trip is in order (visas, etc). The staff are friendly and also respond quickly to phone or email queries. A credit to the world of travel agencies and good old fashioned customer service.

I have used RTWF now for over a year. I am a heavy user of international travel with about 20 Intercontinental trips a year. I use Stuart and his team for the majority of these bookings. Previously I used Trailfinders. I have found in general that I can get better flight prices from RTWF than other agents. Their customer service is good and responsive. They are also reliable which I find is a rare attribute these days. I would recommend using the team and thank them for their service. Dont let the standards slip boys and girls!!!

I just got home from my amazing 3 month trip to South-East Asia. I planned my trip at roundtheworldflights and got an amazing price for my flights. We had no problems except one incident when we were flying to Singapore and we didn't have any lunch included in the flight - But it wasn't a big deal. One more thing that 1 flight was delayed for 4 hours but we just bought another one for 100$ - As I said, it didn't ruin the trip and it was pretty much up too us if we wanted to wait or just buy a new ticket. I'm really glad that i chose this agency because they flew with the best airlines. Flying from London-Dubai, Dubai-Beijing, Dubai-London with Emirates airlines was so nice! I'm so happy with roundtheworldflights that I'm thinking of planning another trip next year - and hopefully they can help me. I planned my other trip through Simon - and he's the best! He called me all the way to Iceland just to plan the trip. I really like how they handle things at roundtheworldflights. Im giving them the 'Excellent' review simply because they are the best. Excellent value for money to travel around the world, excellent assistance with planning before and ongoing help during my travels. It´s always nice to know that no matter where you are someone will be one the end of the phone or reply ASAP to e-mails to assist you, I had to change my itinerary about 6 or 7 times in 6 months and it all happened very very easily and unbeliveably cheaply as well. Did a mammoth round the world trip to South America, Easter Island, French Polynesia, NZ and Australia and a load of Asia for *way* cheaper than their competitors offered me, and Geoff (hello if you remember me!) was on hand literally all the time to change plans and move flights around at no extra cost. My plans kept changing (I mean literally every week) yet they never complained and were always helpful. I have literally nothing bad to say about roundtheworldflights - I went round the world and couldn't have done it without their help.

Roundtheworldflights helped me with a very complicated RTW itinerary. Though the itinerary's stops were pretty run-of-the-mill, it was complicated by a very precise window for departure from London and some unbreakable commitments along the way. I had very little wiggle room, in other words. I tried to book this ticket on my own, using both airline and aggregator sites. I was able to nail the itinerary, though it was difficult to find anything for less than £2000. Roundtheworldflights helped me do it for just over £1300. And they're a friendly and fun crew, to boot. I will rely on them in future for complicated multistop long-haul itineraries.
