Excellent job, I got my family visa for 5 members in 4 days. I would recommend 100% Saudi tour and especially brother Ahmed who dealt with my visa and hotel bookings. He is an honest and trustworthy person, whatever he advised and we followed was accurate, true and fact. He responded immediately to all my queries and concerns. I am happy to choose Saudi tour.

Planned an Umrah trip, with family (wife and little kids). My personal experience was very nice. Everything was upfront, and did not find any bad surprises during my trip. Customer service was quick to respond, and willing to help (special thanks to Rehan at Saudi Tours). One small suggestion for "Saudi Tours", will be very helpful if driver can find you on arrival (rather than you trying to find him, can be confusing with luggage and kids).

My wife handled all the bookings with Brother Mudassar who was extremely helpful throughout. As we were meeting family from abroad, we booked our own accommodation, but we did our flights, visas, and transport in Saudi through him. We had no issues at all Alhamdulillah. The communication was excellent and we were kept informed throughout the visa process. Once in Saudi, communication with the transport provider was good. The driver between Makkah and Madinah made an emergency stop when our daughter needed to use the bathroom, although he didn't talk a lot or come across as very friendly. All in all, a great experience, affordable packages, and friendly team. We will definitely book with them in future if Allah gives us the opportunity again inshaAllah. May Allah reward Brother Mudassar for all his hard work!

This Ramadan, we had the opportunity to go to Umrah alhamdulillah. May Allah reward brother Ahmed (ameen) as he was very helpful in booking our visa, flights, transfers and hotel literally a week before we were due to depart. Very good communication as he always answered his phone and whatsapp. I was nervous because this was the first time I have booked an umrah trip but for a last minute package, everything went as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately due to booking last minute, our hotel was not as close to the haram as we would have liked but there were regular buses between the hotel and the haram so not a big issue. In madinah, we had booked 2 rooms but the hotel owner gave us adjoining family room with only one bathroom. However after much discussion, we managed to get the 2 separate rooms that we had actually booked. Transfers between jeddah, makkah and madinah were perfect. We were a family of 4 with 8 suitcases and they sent a very large GMC car which was very comfortable. Overall good experience. I would definitely recommend as prices were the most reasonable than all other travel agents I had contacted. JazakAllah khayr brother Ahmed.

Rehan I just wanted to write to you to express my gratitude to you and your company for the the excellent Umrah experience we had . Although the driver was not waiting for us at Medina Airport, he was there a few minutes after I made the call to the supervisor. The hotel Millennium al Aqeeq was excellent and we managed to get all the rooms on the same floor which was quite good. The room sizes were a good size and had all the facilities for making tea and coffee. The quality of the breakfast in terms of variety and taste was excellent and all the members of the staff that we came across throughout our stay were very helpful. The location was also brilliant, particularly ideal for the ladies. We had to call the taxi company to remind them about our pick up and unfortunately What's App conversations are not possible so a lot of texting and voice call were made to communicate. Had a good journey, although one of our sisters was a little ill on the way to Makkah. On Arriving at Swissotel, one of my sisters realised she had dropped her phone on the haice, and subsequently exchanged messages with the driver to enquire about the phone but he said he could not find it in the haice. We informed him that it was used in the haice just before leaving it but he said he could not find it. The Swissotel Makkah was also excellent, although the lifts were a bit confusing and could take some time getting to the 11th floor if it got busy but other than that the quality of the hotel, and all the rooms we had was excellent. Quality and variety of food was excellent as was the room service. Location again was very good as could access the hotel via the clock tower shopping centre. I would like to mention that I did make dua's for you and your company and prayed that you continued to deliver a a high quality service for people going for Hajj or Umrah. I would like to take the opportunity again to thank you all for making all the arrangements and apart from small communication issues I am very pleased with the service your delivered. Well done and please continue to deliver a a quality service.

Went for umrah with my brother. Was my first time going so was nervous about what travel agent to go with Me and my brother both contacted Sauditours and based on what they assured us of we decided to go ahead with them and brother Mudassar was very helpful There wasn't really any problem the whole umrah trip apart from the day we came to the Mecca hotel and they told us we were too early but that was sorted out pretty quickly on the spot too. Everything that was promised including private AC cars, hotel distance to both Haram's, hotel AC and wi-fi, everything was there Alhumdulillah we were also given a double room in both Mecca and Medina for some reason, whatever the reason I wasn't complaining. Saudi tours are really good company also one thing I like about them is that they have a person in Saudi Arabia who stays there and sorts out business for the people going for umrah. I don't know if that is normal for umrah travel agents but that's really helpful. Overall 5 stars for Sauditours and 5 stars for brother Mudassar. Jzk
