My wife normally deals with them for her travel, but I dealt with them today to make some changes. They were excellent. Really helpful and pleasant to deal with. I asked for certain flights which I knew came with a extra cost for the change and they suggested (unprompted) slightly different ones which would save a bit of money. No hesitation in recommending.

I had to call Shiraz Travel in 3 different occasions. I spoke to 3 different customer assistants. They were all helpful, polite and provided me with a good customer service. The 2 ladies were so patient and helpful when I asked them a few questions! I Will recommend Shiraz Travel Agency to everyone. Well done!

I used to apply for visa via Shiraz Travel, back in the days the staff weren’t very helpful and the guy who deal with visa wasn’t very helpful! Now its all changed, great customer service over the phone and face to face! Delivered as they promised even earlier than we expected! The visa section is doing fantastic job and well deserved to leave a 5* review! Definitely will come again for my next trips! My cousin applied almost 3 weeks before I did from Safir Travel and guess what! They failed over and over for him and we got our visa and authorisation code before them using Shiraz Travel.

I met a representative (Sas) of Shiraz whilst undergoing the melee which is visa application at the Iranian Consulate. He was extremely helpful - not just to me (not a client) but also all the other bewildered 'newbees'. My advice if planning a visit to Iran is use these guys as agents - it'll make the chaos less so.
