I've have recently used Soliman Travel with my family for out trip to Cairo. I wrote unpleasant review as at the time we had small issue with booking and my daughter had acted too fast by publishing it. I would like to apologise, staff did their best to solve the issue upon our arrival to the hotel and it was solved to our satisfaction, we all enjoyed rest of holiday very much. THANK YOU Soliman and I revert my previes comment, if I had a chance I would erase this review as I regret publishing it on All in London website... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOLIMAN TRAVEL TO ALL TRAVELLERS !!!!! Dilek, Egypt
