He is extremely professional and detail oriented and made all my travel reservation seamless especially during the pandemic when travel arrangements can be very difficult. From start to end the service given was fantastic. I booked a ticket to go to Pakistan in the summer holidays. I tried to check in online and reserve a seat but was unable to do this on the PIA website. The staff at Times travel helped me do this, they were efficient, helpful and understanding.
