We arrived and found the keys and checked in very easily. The flat was super clean and very comfortable and quiet. The checkout was also easy and so pretty seamless from start to finish. We would be happy to book again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay with Veeve Paris. The company delivered a truly first class service right from the booking process through to the checkout experience. The apartment was very comfortable, extremely clean and located in a central location. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed to have a pleasant stay with my family. I stayed at a Veeve property this fall (56 Rosslyn Hill in Hampstead) and it was an excellent experience. The greeter Jake was super helpful and made sure everything was set up before he left. The cleaning staff was wonderful, and anytime I needed to contact Veeve, I got a brisk response. Great staff, and terrific property. The flat itself was clean, conveniently located, and had all the amenities described in the listing. I would definitely stay there again.

Veeve offered us exactly what we were looking for in regards to making London feel like our home for the duration of our time there. The sales team was very quick and proactive in helping me find the properties with the right price and location suiting my preference. Meet and greet at check in was on time. They provided a brand new AC unit at an extra charge during the heat wave. During my 2 stays this year i had a few minor issues with guest services. Although they always replied in a timely manner there seemed to be a problem with punctuality when it came to housekeeping and Linen services. That definitely needs to be improved. Overall I think veeve is doing a good job and I always recommend them to my friends.

We have used Veeve the last few times my family and I have come to London. They have a great selection of properties across various parts of London- we have stayed in properties in the Vauxhall and Pimlico area. We have always enjoyed our stay at Veeve properties. The properties have been clean, stylish and homely. When comparing prices with hotels, Veeve properties are often the same, if not lower, in price which is why we choose to stay in Veeve properties which have the additional home comforts of a kitchen and living space. This comes in handy when you want to relax, stay in and cook a meal. The added touch of a 'greeter' upon arrival is great if you have any questions about the area- they can tell you where the nearest tube stop is and where to visit in London . I would highly recommend Veeve if you looking for a comfortable stay in London with added privacy and home comforts!

Veeve was wonderful to work with, check in and out easy. The house was wonderful. Love Camden's quirky vibe. Only complaint is that we were there for a week but we only had 1 towel each and no washcloths. We washed them and it wasn't a problem but it was different.

We stayed in London with Veeve in October 4 days in one of the perfect homes, they rent. It was super trip in perfect part of London in Fulham. Home was very clear, big and it was 10min walking to tube. Veeve is very friendly and helpfull and we hope to stay with them again.

My family and I stayed at a Veeve rental, Ongar Rd and we were glad. A lovely quiet neighborhood with a grocery shops , restaurants and bars within 10mins walk. West Brompton station is less than 10mins walk away. The 2-bed apartment was well equipped. Luxury kitchen area and utensils. We had stocks of toiletries and laundry soaps in the utility room.There are 3 bathrooms so we could all get ready at the same time! There is a lovely roof terrace with a barbecue grill. Unfortunately, it rained nearly everyday. We stayed for 2 weeks plus and there was weekly house cleaning by Veeve. We hope to stay at Ongar Road again!

If there were more than five stars possible for a Veeve review, I would surely give it the maximum. I was first introduced to Veeve while planning for a December holiday, hoping for a rental property in Kensington. After the disappointment of learning that my first choice property was not available for that week, I was contacted by a Veeve agent by telephone. He graciously worked at presenting me some options, which included the most perfect place, Kensington Bloom. I cannot imagine a more charming property.....just as lovely as pictured, lovely quiet neighborhood, near many shops and restaurants, walking distance to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall and accessible tube connections. Kensington Bloom also provided enough space for some family gatherings with our son and two granddaughters. Thanks to Veeve, my family was able to make some Christmas memories that we won't forget. We will certainly return to Veeve for assistance in booking our next London visit, hopefully at Kensington Bloom, and I know that we will definitely receive 5 star plus assistance from Veeve.
