Jason rescued our holiday, I had paid deposit for a holiday in August for Thailand but because of covid we had to cancel the trip so Jason was the man he made sure our holiday was changed to April to another destination of our choice with good price and discounts. 10/10 Jason and his Manager After running into multiple problems with my holiday booking, I was contacted promptly by the customer service team and was helped by the lovely Jason Lynn. Unfortunately, I ended up having to change the hotel that I had originally booked and Jason Lynn could not have been more helpful with the problem! He recommended numerous different hotels in the area, looked for the best prices and best reviewed hotels, and most importantly he was so understanding and patient with my indecisiveness of which hotel to choose! Nearly an hour later we finally decided and Jason sorted out all the details and rang me back to confirm that it had all gone through properly! This was the most customer centred call and person I have been on the phone to dealing with a problem. Barry was amazing! We had a large group travelling but ultimately like with all large groups we couldn't get everyone to agree on flights, accommodation or destination. After Barry had given us many quotes we then decided separate quotes were the way to go. We have booked 5 rooms in total with 12 people traveling including a soon to be newly wed who are getting separate private transfers thanks to Barry. As it's also my sister's Birthday, the day after we arrive. I asked Barry to get the hotel to order a cake so she could have a home to home celebration. Jason was very helpful and did everything to make sure we had a good trip. We travelled to morrocco first leg Agadir and then second in Marrakech in October 2019. The only issue was with transfer from Agadir to labranda amadil but one phone call to Jason via WhatsApp and 20 mins later the taxi driver came hurling into airport car park. Will use them from now on also saved around 40% from usual online price was very sceptical as how is this that even possible. Jason even left a message for the hotel to look after us and we got a pool view. His customer service is second to none. Don't forget to email me details for my next trip.

I had trouble resolving the length of stay online and so I telephoned Jason at Virikson Travel. He was exceptionally helpful in dealing with my requests and I believe that I have ended up with a great custom built holiday. The whole transaction took a while as it was quite complicated and it is important to get it right. He remained breezy throughout. Holiday problems are not just the responsibility of the booking provider.It does pay to do some research beforehand and Tripadvisor reviews must be seen when considering 'special offer' hotels. Additionally cheap flights are not always quite what they seem. For example the cheapest flight to Orlando is with Norwegian Airlines but if you add in baggage costs and meals and consider the convenience of flight times then in my case Virgin Atlantic was a much better option.but from now on never go anywhere will get everything in the HUT of Virikson Travel.
