Genuinely a really good experience. Travelled in September from Manchester to Corfu, team members all the way through were friendly and helpful. From check-in through security literally took around 10 minutes.
The flight departed about an hour late due to air traffic delays over Europe and a storm over Manchester airport. But the pilot kept us all updated and through the flight have us regular updates. On board the crew were friendly and serving us with a smile.

We have flown with Jet2 before many years ago, ie. before the pandemic hit. It is only after having been through so many nightmarish experiences of going through snaking queues caused by incompetent handling of the checking-in system by other airlines, that I learn to appreciate flying with Jet2 again.
Manchester Airport, as many would agree, is not one of the best in the country. However, our recent experience there with Jet2 has been nothing but good. Jet2's self check-in system was efficiently monitored, and staff were on hand to help if needed. No unnecessary multiple checks of documents and chaos like the experience we had with Easyjet. Smooth and easy, until, of course, we reached security (!!), which was a little chaotic.
The crew was polite and great. The upfront seats were comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Jet2 is definitely going to be our first choice of airlines from now on for our short holidays abroad. I honestly didn't think that our flying experience can be so different at the SAME airport by just our choice of airlines. Well, it's not too late to learn!

Absolutely grateful for Janette at the jet 2 guest information desk who helped me track my lost phone from the aircraft. As we landed and I realised I'd left my phone on flight she tried her best to get it back for me by asking ground staff to go back to the aircraft I couldn't appreciate it enough it saved me visiting lost and found and it got me my phone back straight away! Thankyou so much to janette and the gentleman who went to receive my phone from the aircraft! 👍🙂

Not long back from Malta and I have to say, this airline reminds me of the good old days with Britannia. Britannia was my favourite airline and I used to always aspire to work for them.
Those days you could visit the flight deck!
Unfortunately, when I grew up Britannia had gone.
I should’ve bought a meal: that was the main difference. Silly really, the chef on the ground probably makes less effort now, thinking no-one will buy it anyways.
I should know, I was once the chef on the ground when meals were included.
Yet the overall price is probably the same today but it’s marketed differently.
Well done Jet2; you’re keeping the dream alive. BTW: also appreciated the polished engine intakes. That was a rare request 👍

What a great airline to fly with.
No searbelt sign and toilets closed while they sell duty free and drinks. Family friendly. And staff so polite. I have to give 5 star.
Airport staff also perfect in getting you through security. On return Easter Monday, waited 5 min for bags.
Great break away start to finish.

Great little airline. I've used them loads for holidays around Europe, and I'm always extremely impressed when I fly with them how they can offer the service they do at such a low price. Compare them to a company like Ryanair in a similar price bracket and it's an easy choice to make. Keep it up Jet2!

Easy to use airline. Love the the hotel check in as it takes the hassle out of coming back home. Don't like the fact that prices were inflated after the Thomas Cook crash. I feel I've been ripped off after paying lots more than guests at the same hotel recently

Really easy and smooth experience, no hassle flying. There's plenty of space in the seats if you're a tall person. More than helpful staff. Though the transfer bus at our destination was speeding dangerously, even around corners making a coach lean hard which I've not seen before. The local Jet2 rep did say he was "not being well today" as I was packing my own suitcases under the bus. I didn't realise he actually meant it in the sense that the driver was just being an idiot, I thought he meant he was feeling under the weather! He reminded me of the really bad driving you get in Dubai but the roads in Lanzarote are absolutely clear. Would probably find my own way to the hotel next time. "Not being well" would be the sort of term you'd use for your dog, not a professional driver responsible for 30+ lives.

Travelled 6 times with Jet 2, every flight has been excellent no problems. Considering it is a no frills airline it is better than some other flights operated by holiday companies. More leg room, in flight service not overly expensive, in fact I could name four airlines I wouldn't fly with from choice who could all learn from Jet 2.
The excellent service fell down on arrival at Faro, an awful airport, everybody walking for ages in an attempt to find the organised transport, no help from Jet 2 ground staff.

My daughters partner lost his passport in airport security's xray machine,
They weren't flying jet2 but their representative came to their aid and helped as much as she could,, and explained what they needed to do with regards to emergency passport etc thank you so much,,
Easyjet didn't want to help which is who they were travelling with.. disgusting.
Jet 2 are world's apart in there customer care ! I hope the lady gets recognition for her assistance towards a passenger in need of help even when they were not one of her passengers.....
