By far one of the best travel agents I've used. Dale is so personable, he doesn't string you along and will go out if his way to get you the holiday you want. All through the pandemic he kept us up to date of what was happening and what we needed to do. Excellent service couldn't recommend them enough. No matter where you are in the country, call them.

I cannot thank The Travel Hive MCR enough! Needed a last minute, short break before we returned to work. I went in and had a wonderful hour extracting their amazing travel knowledge that led to a trip to Krakow in a glorious hotel in the Jewish quarter! It’s been an amazing trip, exploring the south of Poland, from outdoor thermal spas, medieval towns and even a trip over the boarder to Slovakia. I don't think I can praise this independent travel agency enough. Super friendly, amazing value for money and very responsive to emails and requests. I have been booking holidays with separate flights and hotels for over 20 years, but as I wanted to plan a big 40th birthday celebration driving across the USA, I thought it would be best to contact a Travel Agent, that was the best decision I could've made. Both Dale and Becky were on hand to answer any questions, help with all aspects of the booking, including car hire while always staying within the budget I provided. This was booked in December before the world stopped due to Covid. Becky was amazing at helping to reorganise the holiday to April 2021, making changes quickly and fully explaining each step to stop the obvious worry we had. We were so happy with the proactive way they dealt with us, we have booked another trip through them to go to Ibiza in August 2021. I honestly cannot recommend The Travel Hive MCR enough. Please don't book separately, I will never do that again. You will save time and money and in these strange times you will have peace of mind that you will be fully protected. If there was a way to rate more than 5 stars I would.

Very helpful lovely and friendly guys, nothing was too much trouble when finding information, good deals and quotes for a holiday I intend to book to Malta this year. Will definitely be booking with these guys.
