A. W.absolutely loved my accommodation at warm well the 3 bed corfe lodge was amazing me and my family enjoyed our stay and was worth the money the entertainment was great especially for my son and the activities on site were amazing

The bar staff were fantastic considering they were short staffed well done Rebecca Hazel Sian Dan Tracy Jade Charlie Big pat on the back. The food was really good freshly cooked and you didn't have to wait to long well done the kitchen team Marie Gina Ben and Sammy. Nothing was to much trouble👏👏👏😁

W.Cherry Tree Great Yarmouth resort is still, in our opinion, the best overall Parkdean experience, from park cleanliness, great accomodation, picturesque setting, ample facilities, varied and fun nightly entertainment and the friendliest, polite and obliging staff we have EVER experienced from Parkdean...and this has never changed, in all the years we have been visiting. C. “. m. H.Edit: spoke to a lovely gentleman from park dean customer services ( they phoned me) and a resolution has been found, I got the 2 extra weeks I needed. A big thank you to Dan for trying and succeeding in helping.
Book a holiday and you hit a pandemic, they offer to help if you are having trouble paying and when you ask for a 2 week extension as I get paid 2 weeks after the final payment date they say no and we are keeping your balance of whats been paid so far. How is that helping? Totally disgusting not friendly help from staff as stated in their email and no help whatsoever. This is my last holiday with Park Dean due to their inability to help when they say they will try. I have until 14th May to pay but you won't get a penny unless I have managed to scrape up the final £479.
Whilst I don't holiday yearly I always go to Park Dean resorts...anyone got any recommendations please.
M. B.Third year running we used them this year. Was slight issue the mattress was bigger than the bed hence the bed kept tippling so ended up sleeping on couch for holiday but as usual the service was excellent and good value for money . Would always recommend. (2020-sandy bay)
R. E.My wife and I have just returned from a weekend stay on Parkdean Resorts park at Sandy Bay near Ashington . This was previously a Park Resorts Holiday Park. We booked a pitch in the touring park for our 7 metre, 3.5 ton motorhome, for three nights. on arrival we found that we had been allocated a pitch right on the clifftop.
The pitch was on grass that was waterlogged in places and the rest was soggy at best. This was a very busy weekend and the touring area was full, so we had no choice but to pitch up. On Saturday morning we found that the motorhome had sank about 4 inches into the grass and went to report it to the staff in reception, we were told that all pitches were allocated and could not be relocated to another pitch,that the park wasn't sure if they were going to keep a touring area very much longer, so no improvements were planned for the future. We were informed that all maintenance staff were very busy so left our mobile number for them to contact us however no call was received. On Sunday morning after being required to sign a damage to vehicle waver, ground staff used a tractor to pull my vehicle closer to the road network and I put mud mats under the front wheels. I again asked at reception if we could be relocated to a flatter area on the park just for the night as we were leaving early on Monday morning. My request was again denied as again I was informed that all pitches were allocated. when it was time to leave on Monday morning, I found that my vehicle had sank again and was unable to get off the pitch. My wife went to the reception to request assistance once again and I spoke to the site warden, who radioed through.
After being told we would have to wait 10 minutes we ended up waiting over an hour for help to arrive. This could have been avoided as the pitches on level ground further up the touring park were still empty when we eventually left the park.
The toilet and shower block on the touring site, although spotlessly clean were an old wooden cabin and about 20 years out of date. There is no grey water drop area for motorhomes and only one fresh water fill tap attached to the side of the toilet block to fill water tanks. Other amenities on this site were new but were more for the holiday parks static caravan clientele.
In general, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our weekend away, the views along the coast are great, there are good dog walking trails and the beach was great for long walks with the dogs, for this, my wife and I would visit this site again, however in future we will go in drier weather and book a flatter pitch further up the touring park area.

C. J.Theres to many holiday homes for the size of the facilities amusements are small bars are way to small swimming pool is, a joke way to small but there's a decent pub with food 5 min walk the hurley burley ( next to football club to the right of the park)

D.I've just spent 4 days at Whitley bay park Dean caravan with hubby then went straight in a nuther nice caravan for 3 days booth caravan very nice couldn't ask for better going to Sandy bay on the 7 th May hope just as nice hope to get pressy of park Dean for been a good customer lol see you all soon
S. C.4 stars cos as an owner became too difficult after 5 years to stick to rules eg not go work from caravan and length of time you can stay at any one time being too restricting. Other than that it had everything we wanted 🙂 Loved my caravan, but at least I am getting a fair price selling it back to Parkdean. Thank you! …
c. d.CRIMDON - HARTLEPOOL, Lovely speedy checkin, staff very friendly and helpful, louise checked me in and explained where to go for the van, directions were spot on, we found it straight away. Lovely clean caravan cleaned by Dawn and bump into checker Karen who asked if everthing was ok, I told her it was perfect, couldn't fault the van one bit, definitely home from home, Had a meal in the restaurant, was slightly pricey but the quality of the food was definalty worth paying the extra for and 25% off drinks before 6pm on Friday too 😁 . Went to the club house on Saturday, kiddies disco was good, my 1 and half year old loved it, it was a bit loud for the 60+'s but they weren't complaining when the band came on lol (who were really good one of the best nights we've had in a while). Glass collector Fehmi, wow!! ive never seen anyone running around making sure everything was clean and tidy and still he had the biggest smile on his face. Even though he was super busy he still had time to ask if everyone was enjoying themselves, what a lovely guy. One of our party left their wallet in the club house and someoFne handed it in, we got it back the next day. Absolutely loved our stay, 100% recommended, the site has it all, friendly staff, excellent location and plenty for everyone to do, we'll be back
