S.Excellent service we were looked after by Lauren & she was amazing knowing exactly what we wanted to book for our holiday 2023! The staff were friendly and the welcome warm!
F.A big thank you to Mr. Lewis Lewis (so good they named him twice) for helping us secure a trip to Prague in September.
We initially enquired about India/Asia, and it was the encyclopaedic knowledge he imparted on this subject that had us hanging on his every word.
Witty, smart and goes above and beyond the call of duty. It would be an absolute travesty if TUI don’t make more of this man’s talent.

G.Im not one to leave reviews but i feel i need to on this, i cant thank lewis lawson enough for all that he has done for myself and wife, hes gone above all to make sure we have our best holiday on a cruise, i know your thinking well thats his job but he literally done everything, i have no clue on doing any of this because its our 1st ever holiday, so thankyou so much lewis , also hayley pedlar i must thank her aswel for everything you done and being very friendly and polite 😀 the whole team at the spytty super store are amazing so thankyou

J.They staff were very good at what they do, all be it a bit disjointed due to staff shortages, I had no problems from the transfer of information regarding compensation for delays and change of plane resulting in a paid seat refund, the staffa the store were helpful and polite, the TUI system is a little rough at the minute, the shortage of aircraft crew is crippling the running, if it wasn't for a volunteer cabin crew member offering to do an extra shift, our flight home would have been cancelled, as it happened we were 1 hour delayed coming home, but 3½ hours late going so that cost TUI £350 per person on thatflight
C. V.Despite having issues when I first tried coming here as they closed the doors early, I saw Ceri Ann on the Travel money counter today and she was lovely. Couldn't ask for more, and she genuinely did her best for me.

O.I went into the store to discuss booking 2 holidays; the lady there was immensely helpful and patient; as it was my first holiday since becoming disabled I was concerned about how transfers, flights etc would work and how easy/difficult it would be,as well as the accessibility of the resorts. She went through everything step by step from when we arrived at the airport up to getting to our hotel room and vice versa. This made the booking an incredibly easy process and put my mind at ease as I knew everything was taken care of. As the time came closer to the holiday, I had a call from the staff member checking that everything was in place and if I had any questions. The holidays themselves were superb and went without a hitch. I'll be returning to them to book my next holiday!

m. r.Popped into the store to speak about our upcoming holiday in September the 2 members of staff we spoke to were so helpfull and very polite in changing our holiday to 2021 due to the covid 19 dont understand all the negative reviews people have posted on here as every visit to this shop has been met by helpfull and well mannered staff.
L. S.I can understand that at this present time you are very busy with people coming into the stores with questions and answers of refunds and debooking holiday,but I think its rather rude that when someone rings the store clearly knowing there open and they put the phone down
I would rather someone answer the phone and explain your busy and to ring back later when its quiet than keep putting the phone down on them
