r.Booked a holiday for me and little one. Found out afterwards that her passport lost so went down to see what they could do. Guy called Stephen dealt with me and got through to Maxine at jet 2 and rebooked our holiday for a week later! They even knocked off the rebooking fee...brilliant people!
