Fabulous staff. Very helpful and courteous. We're very understanding female security and Head supervisor the day I had to attend on behalf of my daughter who was unwell. Got me sorted out in no time and was quickly looked after and I was able to make the next tram on time to get back home to her.

I do understand that any job can be stressful. While there are some very friendly and welcoming drivers with NCT there are some, who are without provocation, extremely rude. Such as the driver I met this morning on the 69 (901) heading to Nottingham from Bulwell. Emphasis on the RUDE!!! Not the first thing you want to meet in the morning. Unfortunately there are limited options so I guess I will have to be dealing with this from time to time.

I've been using this travel centre for at least 6 or 7 years and have always found the staff competent and helpful. I use one of their easy rider cards daily, and it "just works". On the odd occasion I've either lost my card, had to cancel it, or had to renew one, I've always been able to get what I wanted then and there, and without a problem. They think I've noticed is that even i use their services infrequently, the service has always been consistently good. If you visit at busy times (say, lunchtimes when a new batch of students have recently arrived) then there can be queues, but today for example, i visited during my lunch hour (approx 12.30) and was served immediately.

The city-operated transport service is really nice. However, I feel the tickets for the buses and tram should be harmonised for flexibility in terms of choice of transport to the same destination.

It’s really a wonderful place. Great stuff and they are very helpful. I remembered in 2017 I lost my phone on bus it has got £70, bank card and other IDs within the phone case. I phoned them and they said yes we got it. Then I came there & got it back. So thanks for everyone working for that highly respected, decent & worth trusting co.

Very disappointed that there are absolutely no buses near me as they've taken off the 46, 47, 56, 57 and 59. It's an hours walk to my workplace the city hospital from my house and one back, but luckily the NHS are paying for a taxi ride home on certain days when my husband can't get h me and I walk in the ,morning anyway ...

Excellent customer service, I left my mobile phone on the bus and before I could contact them they contacted me (alternative number on lock screen) letting me know it was handed in. So all the stress that comes with such an event was avoided, including the fight with the insurance company so thanks to all involved and much appreciated.

Buses are usually on time and clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their routes. Only downside is they do not give change so take exact fares.
