M. D.The bus station has been renovated and kept in good condition. A lot of people in the local area think it is an eye-sore, but others think it is a thing of beauty! It has a lot of history and is listed, so it's going nowhere! As a practical bus station, it works like clockwork for local buses and for the long-distance travelling coaches.
D. G.I dont use this operator very often but their exact fare system needs to be dropped in favour of simpler fare structure, ordered a day ticket which had to be exactly £3:75 which only creates more fumbling and hassle.
Did receive good service though and got me to the Hospital on time.
J. B.Looks alot better since its been done up the only thing that lets them down is that they are hardly ever on time also some of there drivers have rubbish customer service skills maybe they should get some women bus drivers so I'm not looking at a fat munter ever time i step on the bus
j. R.Always a good service I this area from point 1 to point 2.safe bus drivers Blackpool and Preston bus .once travelled to stockport's from st Anne's took a while. St Anne's to Preston on to Bolton then Manchester piccadilly on wards to stockport about 6 hrs nice day very interesting day out. John Rooney.

The Coach Station is impressive, like you have arrived at some major Metropolis.

There used to be a bus from Preston Bus station,Mon Fri. 05.35.
It was changed to 05.40! this made it difficult for anyone working in the employment area around LEP GPO Jonesco Home-serve,and Asda to be at work for 06.00.
Is it possible to re time this bus to 05.35 From Preston to Asda route 23 please.?
Is it also possible for drivers to smile and be sociable, obviously attendance at charm school was not a success.

S. L. U.Its a bus station what can I say. It's a bit old but they are refurbishing it and adding a youth centre there making less spaces for busses.

P. S.Green Triangle buses come and go from here. So does Preston Bus and Diamond. They have beddybyes time here... It's a flipping bus depot, what else!
