One of the best bus companies, or possible the best in the country. Very friendly and polite drivers, excellent value tickets and nice buses that are always on time. Real-time info is always accurate. Highly recommend.

Driver Number: 675775, So polite and courteous to me whenever I see him even around Reading Area always says Hello when entering Bus, Thanks while leaving Bus, Unlike some very Rude and Stupid Drivers whom don't even bother to get up from their egg (their seat basically) and lay down the ramp for Disabled People!!! But their services are not bad after all!!

The bus service in Reading is excellent despite the heavy traffic. A wide choice of routes, and the buses have Wi-Fi and charging points. Many of the buses are 'green' and are gas powered providing a cleaner air quality. The drivers are polite and appear very happy in their work. We'll done Reading buses.

Great buses. Have free wifi (on certain buses) which is great for us as we can surf the web on the way to school. However some of the bus drivers (like the one on the way back of the school bus 981) are slightly annoying. Good season ticket fares but singles and returns and days are overpriced. However great buses and has won a bus award for 3 years running. Never had any problems with them. Sometimes the digital display can be dodgy so watch out. I like the way they have different coloured buses so you can see your bus a mile off. However would like all buses to have free wifi.

Can I just congratulate one of your drivers Dawn Daniell who helped me out on Monday evening at Ikea bus stop I had purchased a rug and I needed to travel to Southcote via number 26 bus route and was told by male driver I could not travel on bus because rug would not fit into blue bag provided by ikea although bus empty and likely to stay that way for my short journey. Feeling quite desperate and vulnerable when Dawn pulled up shortly after around 6.30pm she assessed the situation and used common sense and decided it would be safe for me to travel with my rug as long as I. Didn't block the ilsle which was not a problem as bus empty and remained so throughout my journey, her main concern was for my personal safety and she pointed out it was hardly like trying to carry a wardrobe onto bus. Thank goodness some of your staff can exercise discretion and common sense whilst delivering a good customer led service. Again I would be grateful for you to pass on my appreciation to Dawn for her kindness. I believe good service should be recognised.

PROS: - convenient but very small location, - service mostly courteous (depends on who you get), - have everything you need in terms of bus tickets (cards). CONS: - depends very much who you get on a certain day (sometimes staff can be very unhelpful and rude).

Reading bus drivers are great, most of the routes i use are fine except the 16 route which is as unreliable a can be since Ikea opened up and they put on the new bus routes

I love a good bus ride. I often get the bus. You just can't beat pressing the bell when it is your stop. Sometimes I get on and get off at the next stop to make sure the bell is working.
