I spent a considerable amount of time in the store today. I had a few problems to solve regarding my holidays. I sat down with Chris S.; from the get go, he was professional, courteous, empathetic and helpful. My problem was sorted. I then went on to book a holiday in North America. From start to finish, all of the stress and worry, was taken off my shoulders. I did tell Chris, that I was going to leave the store skipping and dancing, as I was so relieved to have a fabulous holiday to look forward to. I would certainly highly recommend Trailfinders to other travellers. Thank you,

I havent been into the shop but rang and spoke to Orsa Jackson who was absolutely brilliant, she spent time finding a suitable trip arranging excursions, giving opinions on hotels etc unfortunately we had to cancel the trip but will definitely use them again as nothing seemed too much trouble. On the 1st of this month we jetted off to the Maldives for an incredible get away. 6 weeks earlier we went into Reading to book. After being recommended by a friend Trailfinders was the first place we stopped. With a tight budget and exact dates we thought it would be a difficult task, however Jamie Humphries was knowledgable, helpful and not pushy at all. The knowledge he has meant he found a perfect location within seconds - thanks to him we had the holiday of a lifetime. On the way back we missed our flight due to weather conditions and the airport closing. It was a Sunday and with 5 hours difference we had to wait in the airport for a few hours before Trailfinders opened, once they did the customer service team were on it and got us a hotel to stay in and flights the next day within an hour. We couldn’t be more thankful for them during a potentially stressful situation, they’re expertise helped keep us calm. Thank you Trailfinders!

Reached out to Trailfinders to see if they could find us an all inclusive deal in August in Greece or Turkey. Not their typical space but have always had good experiences with them before. Whats so good about Trailfinders is that they are honest, have fantastic experience and will try and find something that meets your itinerary, not bland low grade package deal that many travel agencies push. Dan Hills, the manager at Reading, deserves a special mention for top grade Customer service. Because even after we found a holiday different to our original spec, Dan came back with an alternative option for great 5* all inclusive at an alternative location, just so we at least had an option and were hppy with our choice. He also was kind enough to reference his own experience in Croatia, where we finally decided to go, to give us the reassurance that it would work for our 5 and 7 year old. Will always check holiday options with Trailfinders first!
