People blame the company for being charged abnormal prices for tickets, yet it's the individual drivers that are to blame for that. Furthermore, people shouldn't blame anyone in particular for buses being late, because it's most likely out of people's control: traffic, accidents, etc. Bluestar's buses are much nicer than their direct competitor in Southampton, first, being more comfortable and providing a smoother ride, and even tend to be cleaner and generally more pleasant. When I went to the shop, the person at the counter was pleasant and was able to answer my query quickly and at a satisfactory standard. Would definitely recommend over their rival, First, any day.

Guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the bus services in the city and even took the time to explain to me all the different ticket types and help figure out the cheapest fare for me.. I was also able to buy the tickets here which was quite a big plus. There is also lots of timetables and leaflets to take which is very handy Would definitely recommend if you are new to the city and need help with travelling around

I get the no. 16 all the time u have some lovely drivers on ur route Steve who is always attentive and lovely and spends the time talking to my son who is autistic and doesn't normally talk to anyone but 1 let's the rest of u down, I'm pretty sure his names kev he has dark hair glasses and a scar he is the most rude driver u have on ur route, he always seems late, he parks as far away from the kirb as possible and doesn't adjust the side so I can get my babies push chair on he was absolutely rude yesterday and in the past I have made the effort to put my pushchair down to let younger babies and less experienced mums on and he gave me the comment of " that's a bright idea, isn't it putting ur pushchair down" he doesn't say please or thank u I make sure my boys say thank u for everything and he just huffs, don't know why u have someone on ur service letting u down so much, recently if I have seen him driving I don't get on or I walk to my destination (which is often as I get the bus daily) horrible man if I spokr to people like that in my job I would get a disapline someone needs to have a word with him!!!!!
