Our first time travelling with Barnes Coaches and we have had a great day. Andy, the driver was courteous, informative, friendly and humorous. We couldn't have asked for a better driver. A fab trip to Portobello Road. Can't wait to book the next trip. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our trip to The Eden Project with Barnes Coaches on Wednesday 17th August. Our drivers Barry & Neil were superb - they kept us informed throughout, were very accommodating and had a great sense of humour. They are brilliant ambassadors of Barnes Coaches.

My Grandma regularly uses Barnes Coaches for day trips and sometimes a few days away. She is always very complimentary of the drivers who are welcoming and knowledgeable. As she is in her 80s and lives alone Barnes gives her a lot of freedom that she wouldn’t otherwise have and has allowed her to visit some of her favourite places to go, as well as introducing her to some new destinations.

Went on a day trip to London yesterday and very impressed. Punctual pick-ups in a clean, modern coach. Made to feel very welcome and looked after by the competent and friendly driver. Choice of 3 drop-offs in central London, all very well located to enjoy different parts of the city. Great value for money.

Just returned from a school residential to Spain with Barnes Coaches. Have to say they were first class! Excellent double decker coach and the drivers were brilliant, thank you Jason and Richard for making, not only the long journey, but also every trip we went out on fun for the students…and staff! Very convenient way to explore new places but not appreciating repeat custom enough. One of my trips has been cancelled due to low numbers and i chose to transfer to a new date rather than claiming refund. However, when i couldn't cancel in plenty of time due to being ill and bank holiday office closure, no alternative had been suggested, rules can be bent sometimes. There is an out of hours number, mentioned at the very end of automated message when you're trying to call. I hang up after hearing the office is closed. It would be so helpful if that number was given with order confirmation.

I have done 40 odd day trips and 5 holidays and have another 3 booked.all in the last 5 years.coaches always punctual ,drivers are fantastic without exception.always great value,whats not to like?even though i drive i find this an easy way to travel.nice to be delivered to the destination without having to think! Cannot recommend highly enough.got plenty of ideas for day trips and holidays if you want them!

We took the trip to Dunoon,Scotland with Mr. Merion.He is a true gentleman with commendable driving skills. He is very punctual and well organised.Took us to many beautiful places in Argyll, especially the Isle of Bute and Glencoe highlands.We enjoyed the vacation very much. I went with royal mail 419ers trip to Portsmouth on Sunday the 12th of June our driver was Jason we have a lovely drive to portsmouth and back and Jason was professional and had very positive attitude his driving was excellent and his commitment to keep the customers confortable and well informed of the coash information and the legal requirements was excellent, so could please pass our thanks to him

We had a lovely trip to York, Harrogate and the Dale's. Very well organized and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble and our driver,Paul, kept us well informed the whole trip. Despite social distancing and wearing masks on the bus, I can't fault Barnes Coaches on their excellent service.

Just back after a short break in The Lake District - Barnes were brilliant - the hotel was fine, the introduction to The Lakes fab and the driving (by Barry Telling) was fantastic. Great trip to Weymouth today and thanks to our friendly bus driver David who drove us safely. Everyone on the bus was wearing a face mask and we were seated so that everyone could keep social distancing. Seats in front, beside and behind us were left empty. Jason has been our driver this weekend and he has been amazing! From the moment he met us he and throughout the entire trip he has always been helpful and gone out of his way to make the trip run as smoothly as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his positive attitude helped keep spirits up when there was a delay.

Our holiday in Norfolk was made extra special by our coach driver Jason....he was always willing to please and was lots of fun. The hotel was comfortable and the staff polite and helpful, but sadly the evening meals for the first couple of days were of poor quality. The steam train journeys were lovely, as in fact was the boat trip on Wroxham Broad. Sheringham was a delight and Ely, our final port of call was fascinating.

I went to Exeter with Barnes. It was a lovely journey. Coaches were clean and tidy and very comfortable. The me the leg room was a little small but I am over 6 foot tall. The only thing that I found was that you spend a long time driving around picking up people at lots of different spots. I got on at 7.45 and we didn't to Exeter until about 9.30. I did enjoy my trip though. Very good value for money aswell.

Just been to London Zoo. Very comfortable journey on brand new coach Barry our driver was excellent a very friendly guy. Will definately recommend Barnes coaches to others and look forward to our next trip. Shame the zoo did not meet our expectations nevertheless a great day out.

Have been using them for day trips for more than 25 years mostly to the seaside and missing it during this virus and look forward when it starts up again, all drivers very friendly and great service.

The trip was very enjoyable Norfolk Broads & Poppy Line Jason the driver was first class The only let down were the dinner meals at the hotel Breakfasts were very good but dinners left a lot to be desired
